Precision Today Plumbing Drain Cleaning

I had a huge issue with mold in my bathroom. Precision Today referred me immediately, to Precision Plumbing, and expedited the urgent visit from Chicago Water and Fire Restoration. I have had some setbacks in the process of restoring my bathroom, but that was on me. When the bathroom was restored to the stage of a plumber to finish by installing the faucets and the commode, Andrew was sent to my home. Andrew was extremely professional and is a perfectionist with his craft. He was very pleasant to work with. He gave me advice that saved me money. And he picked right up on the fact that I needed a new toilet. This required that he would return for the toilet instal. He asked the dispatcher (Andrea) at Precision Today, to put me first on the next day schedule, and he was here al 0800 with the new toilet on his truck. The toilet was installed quickly, and Andrew made sure that the toilet had the appropriate rings around the flange, as wee as perfect amount of sealing done to all necessary pipes so that IF my toilet leaks again, it would leak from a very visible site, and not leak down into the tile/subfloor, as this was how the mold issue started.I am VERY pleased and grateful to say that Andrew would be the FIRST person I would reach out to with ANY further plumbing needs in the further! Easy to make an appointment on Sunday for next day. As part of no worries plan - we didn't pay extra for a next day visit and we got a discount on services. They were great on keeping us in the loop on Andrew's arrival and he was professional and kind. He did great work and made some good points and suggestions. The work done today saved us a very pricey fix in the future. Thank you!

It was a Sunday past 9 P.M. I had a sump pump that went out an the basement with water coming in. I phoned Precision Today Pluming because I always call them. Dean came out by 10 P.M. installed a new pump and was out in about 15 minutes. I love service like that.

Billy explained everything to me and listened to my concerns and questions. He was very neat and tidy

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday afternoon. David promptly came to our residence and assessed the situation. He was able to quickly fix the problem. He took the time to explain how he fixed it and also how we could be better prepared in the future. I also liked how he gave us a few alternatives for things that we may do in the future to prevent the problem. I have not used Precision Plumbing in the past but I will be using them for future needs.

From Gina who answered the phone to Billy that replaced our water heater, the service was wonderful. Very professional and courteous.
