Precision Plumbing sent Billy L. to my house for a possible spigot leak and foundation crack. Billye spent 30 to 45 minutes answering all my questions. Explained how I dont have a spigot leak and reassured me that we were correct in calling *** for a foundation seal. He explained how the piping worked, he showed us potential problems down the line to watch for in the future. And it is job to try and sell back up systems but instead of trying to sell a 10,000 system he said they do have cheaper back up systems that are around 1400 bucks. However, he said a back up system is something to think about and we don't have to purchase it today....He was very friendly, prompt, and the total cost was 49 dollars. I would highly recommend this company for anyone with plumbing problems or questions.

I have used Precision for many years as a home owner. We have been renting for the past two years and recently a slow leak was found that had led to black mold. Rob *** and his team partner Kurt did an excellent job repairing the original leak and did a plumbing inspection which found some additional areas that needed attention. Their work was excellent and I would use them again and highly recommend them for their professionalism, promptness and diligence in getting the job done in an expedient manner.

Precision Plumbing did a good job replacing my hot water heater the same day I called. They gave me some choices for water heaters and had it delivered and installed quickly. The Tech kept the area clean and replaced some old valves as well as rerouted the pipes for better fit. Price was OK for material and time for added work done. $1500 range.

Technician Paul W has been at my home three or four times in the past two weeks to complete various plumbing work. I am amazed at how much he accomplished within a short time and in such a professional and competent manner. He knows how houses function that were built before the turn of the 20th century and adapts his work to a low-celing basement and older plumbing. The cost of the repair was always very reasonable and the work was completed wonderfully. I can't say enough good about how pleased I am with Precision Plumbing, their office staff (competent, pleasant and great communicators), their technician, and the completed work I have received. I highly recommend them to all, and I have already recommended them to my neighbors who have asked about the work I received.

I was very impressed with my experience with Precision from the person answering the phone to Ozzie, the technician who did my repair work. They were very courteous and helpful. Ozzie explained what he thought it would take to remedy my plumbing problem and presented me with several repair choices. Once he began the work, Ozzie explained everything he was doing and did not mind my watching him and asking questions. He completed my repair in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned up when he was finished. Precision and Ozzie with be my go-to plumbing service in the future.

Our water heater electronics quit working .Mike *** explained the value of getting a tankless water heater .His installation and knowledge of doing a proper job showed up in the quality of work he did . I would reccommend him again to anyone who was considering this type of job be done .
