Precision Today Plumbing Drain Cleaning

I worked with Jeff M from Precision Plumbing today. He performed the maintenance on my furnace. It was a great experience. He was right on time; very good at communicating what he would do; and made some really good recommendations.

Ricardo did an excellent job on my furnace inspection-very thorough and professional; I have requested that he be assigned to my account for all future services. A+ rating!

I had Kevin *. come out for a tuneup on our furnace, from Precision. He was very friendly and helped explain everything to me as he was looking over the furnace. He was very thorough in both his service and his explanation of the problems that surfaced. I found his knowledge to be indispensable. He even gave me three options to best deal with the problems. I didn't feel like he was pushy and I appreciated being given the options.

Kevin K. came out to my house yesterday (10/14) for a furnace check and thouroughly explained everything he was doing and what explained what the range should read on the gauge. When examining the heat exchange Kevin noticed there were small holes and not all the carbon monoxide was getting out of the house. With Kevin noticing these small holes he saved 3 lives.

I recently had Precision Plumbing out to fix an outside faucet and replace my water heater. They did a first class job, explained what they were doing, what the options were. They were fast and professional a great job.

Had a broken tile at the sewer line. To repair the break, the large maple tree over the break would have to be removed and a hole dug in the yard to fix it. Called Presicion to see if a liner could be used instead of losing the tree. Richard came out and assed the situation. He fully explained the liner process and answered all of my questions and concerns. He also took care of getting a permit with the village. Looking forward to having the problem fixed once and for all.
