Dean was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. In 3 hours he inspected my water heater, determined the problem, gave me the options I had , let me decide, and replaced the water heater. In my book this is remarkable. Thank you.

Paul came out to evaluate my problems and to recommend a repair method for my situation. Paul was very informative and gave several options to consider. He was very customer oriented and we agreed to a corrective path to solve my problems. He is great to work with and very knowledgeable in methods for repairs.

My experience with Precision Plumbing was very positive. The phone interaction was great and they kept their word regarding the service time. Paul not only solved our problem quickly, but also explained measures to take to avoid future problems. He was courteous and businesslike. I called in the morning and the technician Paul was here that afternoon to evaluate my sump pump. He was efficient and helpful in explaining how to monitor the pump. I've always received excellent service from Precision.

Paul, from Precision Plumbing, came out to check on my water heater, which had stopped working. He found that it could not be fixed after trying several remedies. He not only had the water heater he needed on his truck, he installed it very quickly and efficiently. He then, very patiently, explained everything I needed to know about it. I then asked him about two other minor problems I had. He diagnosed both of them right away. Two other plumbers, with major plumbing companies, had been wrong about them and suggested expensive repairs. Again, he had everything he needed on his truck and fixed them quickly and for a lot less than the others quoted. I definitely would use them again and recommend them to others.

We had a horrible overhead sewer line issue in our basement on a holiday - Ozzy was absolutely amazing. There were gallons of waste pouring out of the pipes and he repaired the problems with a smile. we will not only call Precision but we will ask for Ozzy!

Dean C was here to solve our "no hot water" issue. He arrived less than 45 minutes after the initial call we made to Precision. He explained all the possibilities for our problem and was able to complete the install of the non-working part. We are very happy to have hot water again. Dean told us we have a practically new hot water heater without replacing the entire tank. We have used Precision for other service issues over the years and will continue to do so. We always have prompt and professional service and highly recommend the company. Thanks Dean!

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. Hands down, the best phone call I have made for help in relieving a sewer line back up in basement. Initial phone call was answered immediately on a Saturday late morning. I received a phone call back when technician was being dispatched to my homes with a follow up -email with picture of tech to show me who was going to be at my door. Problem was too much to be resolved on Saturday afternoon. Ozzy showed up at my residence; as promised on Sunday morning with more equipment to spend as much time as needed to resolve my issue. Many problems arose and Ozzy handled each one with professionalism and business resolve to get my drains open. He showed me all the problems and allowed me to be present for the procedures needed to resolve the back up. Approx 4 hours later I had remedy for my back up. Ozzy then stated to me that with my permission he would like to come back the next day and do more to the sewer line for clean out of roots to be sure I would not have this problem any time in the future. ( Keep in mind that there was no upselling of products or extra cost to come back a 3rd day. Not even a surcharge for Saturday or Sunday service calls. Just true compassion for the homeowner in getting problem resolved)

Paul D. came out on Saturday to look at our water heater. He was early arriving and was very professional and knows his trade well. He answered all of my questions and offered some ideas. He installed an expansion tank for me and solved the original reason for the call. I would highly recommend Paul and Precision Plumbing.

Robert from Precision Plumbing unplugged my sewer line. He was pleasant and professional throughout and allowed me to stand at his elbow to watch the plug get unplugged on the little tv thing. I'd like to add that two other people from Precision came out on earlier occasions, one to unplug the sewer on a Sunday and one to fix an inside thing, and both were profession and polite. I'd recommend them. And I'd like to add, that I chose this company for this specific work because they came out on a Sunday without additional cost, while my regular plumbing company refused.

We called Precision Plumbing to have our sewer rodded & Rob the technician was here within 2 hours. Rob was very polite & professional & we were very pleased with how he explained every thing he was doing. We would definitely call Professional again for service based on how Rob handled our situation.

Our service Tech Robert H was very professional and resolved the plumbing issue we had very quickly. Robert also gave us some tips on how we might avoid another plumbing issue like we had. I used Precision Plumbing for the first time a couple weeks ago.I was very impressed by the knowledge and courtesy both on the phone and in person.Will definitely use again.

I called Precision Plumbing and within the hour, not 1 but 2 reps from the company called to confirm location and time. They also gave me the techs name and sent a follow up email so that I had a picture of the technician. When the tech arrived he was polite, informational and just made this appointment so much quicker than I expected. Robert was my tech, and he was flawless. From start to finish I cannot say enough to express my gratitude towards Robert and his amazing staff. Thank you -

We had a plugged drain from our bath tub. The drain was made with old iron piping with a huge trap that probably hadn't even been cleaned in 10 years. Paul D. of Precision Plumbing removed the old trap and part of the old iron pipe, re-piped everything with PVC and installed a PVC trap. He then snaked (rodded) the whole pipe to ensure it was completely clear and free-flowing. He was a good worker and was also very pleasant and friendly during the entire repair. Thanks, Paul.

I had Precision troubleshoot my slow draining kitchen sink, and they did an excellent job as always. They installed an external cleanout one year ago, and they did an excellent job at that time, too. Their employees are first-class human beings: they clearly want to do a good job and make their customers happy, and they set an excellent standard for other businesses.
