Justin did a great job with the sewer camera inspection to my new home. He was able to explain every small detail within my sewer line. Justin gave me really good suggestions on how to stay ahead of potentially bad problems that could arise in the future. He was genuinely concerned about the well being of my new family. Terrible customer service! Dan G., the field manager, is too busy in "meetings" to ever return phone calls or deal with issues. We've had a reoccurring problem with our tankless hot water heater, that they installed, and cannot fix. We've given this company thousands of dollars over the years and they treat their customers like garbage and leave them hanging. We've since moved onto another company that values their customers. Beware!
