Precision Today Plumbing Drain Cleaning

We were extremely pleased with Paul *** work. We had a few plumbing issues that required Paul's attention. He assessed each problem and provided an explanation on what was occurring. We knew what it would cost to have all the repairs done prior to him starting the job. Therefore, it was no surprises when he finished. I specifically like the fact that Paul took time to provide a rationale as to why the plumbing issue had occurred. Paul is very knowledgeable and provides exceptional services. I will request Paul for any future plumbing needs and I will tell my friends as well.

I have been using this company for the past two years and their service is EXCELLENT. I have replaced a water heater and sink and sink fixtures. Dean has handled everything in a very professional manner and leaves everything clean and neat when complete. I just a new washing machine drain completed and he had to tear out the wall to complete it. Wonderful job!!!

Our 23 year old water heater finally died spilling water all over our garage. When I called I was told that someone would be coming to replace the water tank same day. They sent Andrew who was a really down to Earth, extremely knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. He was honest about what needed to be replaced and what was still in good shape. I would definitely recommend them.

So precision plumbing came out to my house because my main sewage backed up they have a 14 day guarantee no back up guarantee. In addition to this nothing was told to us that there were tree roots that they pulled up or that there was any future problem everything was fine they said. We had a mitigation cleanup done and what happened was literally three days later the entire basement flooded with sewage all over again management came out and said that there were tree roots in there that they rotted out and that should’ve been addressed the first time they apologized. Then we had to spend $5000 to get a trap installed in the front lawn. My insurance company is not paying for full cost on second mitigation and I have asked for them to cover the cost and they refused. They are a horrible and shady company and this is not how you treat customers and I would hope that the Revdex.com would punish them and address this for hurting consumers like this.

I had a slow draining tub and bathroom sink. Precision was recommended by Angie's List.

From the person I spoke to schedule the call to the repair by Richard things were handled very professionally. Richard identified installation problems from recent;y having my bathroom gutted and remodeled which I was able to pass on to my contractor for resolution..

He got both drains clear and now I do not have to wait for water to drain.

Jeff was pleasant, skilled, neat and efficient. Explained what was wrong and the correction.

Needed service today and received it. Did an excellent job. Tried to sell me 3 additional items which I didn't want. He fixed the issue that needed fixing.
