When selecting a reservation, and prior to purchase, the
consumer is provided with the cancel policy associated with each reservation.
In this case the consumer selected a Name Your Own Price reservation
that provided greater savings and less flexibility.
Attached hereto is a copy of the consumer’s initialed contract page
authorizing the non-refundable, non-changeable terms and conditions of the
purchase.
Flight Times:
The airlines will choose your flight times. Your trip will start between 6 a.m. and 10
p.m. and you will arrive no later than 12:30 a.m. the next day.

The first email  was at 1:48 stating we were to get a refund of 252.84, the second email at 4:44 s[redacted]s we are to get a refund of 173.75. I am writing to let you know that we have received your Revdex.com complaint in our Executive Offices. I understand your concern about checking in late at your confirmed hotel.
 
We have contacted the [redacted] Celebration to request for late check in on your behalf. The hotel advised that they will hold the room for you until arrival and that you should be able to check in even after 2:00 AM on February 4, 2017. They also advised that they do not charge a late check in fee. For a better check in experience, I suggest that you attempt to call the hotel to let them know if you're on your way to the property so they would know when to expect your arrival. Children All children are welcome. FREE!  Up to two children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.Up to two older children or adults are charged USD 6 per night when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 
 
According to your own website 2 children can stay in the room using EXISTING BEDS!  There was only one bed per room.  Are 4 people supposed to fit on a full size bed?  Also you guarantee you have the lowest price.  I was (accidentally) charged by the hotel I stayed at and it was significantly lower than what I paid through priceline.com.  I am NOT happy, nor was I when I contacted customer service who did not help me either.

I am rejecting this response because:
Priceline.com guaranteed my reservation when I booked at their site. The guarantee was not met. The hotel said since we booked at Priceline.com, they can not refund our room or give us half off for not being able to stay at the room type we purchased. Now Priceline pushes the issue back to the hotel saying they refused to refund us. I found this a big problem since similar things happened to other guests as well shown on customer reviews at Priceline.com. If you guaranteed something, you have to make it happen. There were rooms available when we checked in but you refused to complete our reservation and only willing to find alternatives. I shouldn't be the one going back and forth to the hotel and the Priceline to have this issue resolved. Again, the hotel said they can't refund us because we booked at Priceline.com, which makes sense because Priceline is the one charged me. The hotel has done part of their part to compensate the inconvience (although I don't really care about the lunch buffet), and Priceline should give me the refund.

I am rejecting this response because:It auto populated the price. Which was confirmed to me via phone with the unhelpful customer service rep
 
And the fact that no one is there to talk to. I have now heard of this happening through others. 
And I also complained through social media and was directed to send a private message, which I did - with the trip number and it has been days with no response. 
This is an ongoing issue and someone prompted me to launch this complaint!! So I am not the only one this is happening to.
There is no response no service e and no one to talk to. Which is ridiculous for a company of this size.

I am rejecting this response because:
Priceline’s reply to my complaint
is completely off-base. They say that the [redacted] is clearly in
Area 5. I never disputed whether the [redacted] was in Area 5.
Rather, I disputed whether Area 5 was near the [redacted] Airport itself. Judging by the name of Area 5 (“[redacted] Area”), it
should be the closest to the [redacted]. It is not. Area 6 (“[redacted]
North”) is actually closet to the [redacted].
The misleading names of Area 5 and 6 led me to select the
wrong area when booking my hotel. On these grounds, I reject Priceline's response and demand a refund.
