I am rejecting this response because:Your information is incorrect.In fact it was me that had to initiate a phone call being Priceline and my bank. Priceline, per my request, told me I had a credit coming in 1-2 billing cycles. It is with that information that I asked my bank to grant me a emergency credit while waiting on the funds, so that I could rebook my flight. 
My bank credited me by reserves the right to take the money back out of my account if we do not receive the refund from Priceline.  Given all the hassle and lies on your end, I have little faith as to when I will ever receive this refund.This case is not closed until my bank receives the refund from Priceline. Therefore, I will contact the Revdex.com again until the refund is processed.
Please understand that it was your company that failed me time and time again; I was told on 11/19, 11/23, 11/26 that I would have the refund in 5 business days. It was on those same dates that I was also told you were waiting on Air India to issue a waiver code, and that it may never happen, this meaning maybe never receiving a refund. That it was not your problem.
You should be ashamed of your company. You asked to hire yourselves as my travel agent for this flight, yet I had to do all the work. I had to call Air India on conference code to get the waiver code- you failed me on your end. I had to call the bank to get the emergency credit- you failed me on your end. With the emergency credit I recieved, I had to purchase new and even more expensive tickets because of the lack of timeliness of tor end. As a result, I am asking not only for a refund but to be credited for the price difference in new tickets as well. If you had not failed me in taking so long to deal with this issue, I could have purchased new tickets at a cheaper price than you originally sold to me.
Please rest assured that this case is not closed. Not only my bank receives the refund on your end.

This room was not as represented in their advertising. As our event was ending someone asked where we were staying, we told them where and that it was ten miles away. They laughed and told us yes if we had a helicopter. As the crow flies ten miles might be right, but they neglected to mention the half hour drive north,cross the bridge and back down another 30 mile. Even the clerk said there is no way to get there in ten miles. She said she'd cancel it if she could as Er were lied to, but priceline had them hostage too. They need to quit bullying and be put in their place. [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Priceline continues to fail to address the material point. The [redacted] Place is described on Priceline's website as being “downtown.” I relied on that description in selecting my search criteria because I specifically did not want the [redacted] Place to be within my search. Hence, none of the areas that I selected for search include “downtown.” Priceline's terminology is misleading – apparently deliberately so because: (1) Priceline uses one location description in the hotel description and then changes the definition in the search criteria. This change in definition would only come to the attention of the consumer if the consumer were to assume that Priceline’s location description was false; (2) Priceline refuses to correct the issues with its website despite an obvious track record of customer complaints regarding misleading location descriptions and the relative ease of correcting the description (compared to the effort of responding to numerous customer complaints); and (3) Pricline persists in refusing to address the actual issue, which is indefensible.
Priceline appears to be taking the position that it can include misleading descriptions on its website and then blame the customer for relying on the description. There is nothing in the "agreement" that Priceline has attached that preserves a non-existent right to mislabel locations, nor is there any waiver of the right to rely on Priceline's plain-English description of the property. Moreover, Priceline refuses to put me in contact with an employee who is capable of understanding the issue, instead directing all inquiries to [redacted] in Executive Offices who simply parrots the same response without ever giving any indication that she actually understands the basis for the dispute. These are typical bait-and-switch tactics followed by a refusal to engage on the actual issue. 
I have requested to be put in contact with Priceline's legal department. Priceline has not responded.

I am aware of the conditions of the contract, having used priceline numerous times in the past. My issue with this transaction is that when making the iffer, I was given the choice of bed types. I chose 2 Queen beds. Priceline should not OFFER a choice then fall back on the contract when it doesn't honor that choice.  This is what I call false advertising. If there is truly not an option to choose bed types (as stipulated in the contract) why is there an option to choose bed types listed in the offer? priceline should follow through with what they advertise, or not offer the choice in the first place!!!

Rental
cars are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable even if the
reservation is not used.

If your
offer is accepted, we will immediately lock in your reservation and charge

different date, time, or location than you requested for your reservation.

Your
offer price does not include vehicle liability, collision or personal

amount for the refundable security deposit required at the rental counter

a credit card for the security deposit, the security deposit will be released
back onto the card once the vehicle is returned. If the driver provides a
debit card for the security deposit, proof of round trip airline travel may

have received the consumer’s additional comments.  As you requested, we have again reviewed this
matter to see if we overlooked anything that might support a more favorable
conclusion. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can add to what has already been
stated in our previous correspondence. We have reviewed
this concern and verified that the contract page states that the reservation is
guaranteed for 25% or more savings. Our system shows that the consumer saved
$33.99 or 26.15% for the reservation and the savings percentage is correct. We
checked the hotel's website and verified that the rate available is higher than
what the customer paid for the reservation. We are
sorry that we are unable to assist the consumer any further in this situation.
