refund. We researched your issue and verified that your reservation was
cancelled on May 27, 2016. It is possible that what you are seeing on your
credit card is an authorization. As part of request process we authorize the
card to verify there are enough funds to cover the cost of the reservation. If
your transaction is cancelled, the bank may display the authorization  as ?pending transaction? and these  are removed within 3 to 7 business days,
depending upon the bank.

have received the consumer’s additional comments.  As you requested, we have again reviewed this
matter to see if we overlooked anything that might support a more favorable
conclusion. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can add to what has already been
stated in our previous correspondence.  The terms and condiotins of the consumer's  selected purchase, incluing the summary of charges, -taxes and fees inclued , are clearly disclosed prior to purchase. The consumer's selected purchase is non refundable and we are unable to
assist any further in this situation.

I have received the consumer’s additional comments. As you
requested, I have again reviewed this matter to see if we overlooked anything
that might support a more favorable conclusion. Unfortunately, there is nothing
we can add to what has already been stated in our previous correspondence. The
24-hour cancellation window for published price airline tickets only applies to
new reservations. Our records show that the consumer  booked the reservation on May 5, 2016. On June
7, 2016, u[on the consumer’s request, the ticket was exchange in accordance
with the fare rules of the airline ticket.  The next day, June 8, 2016, the consumer
requested to cancel the exchange that was made on the previous day. The fares
rules and restrictions of the selected purchase 
indicate that  the ticket is
non-refundable, if canceled. Therefore, we are unable to process a refund for
this reservation.  I am
sorry that Priceline is unable to assist the consumer any further in this
situation.

I am rejecting this response because you continue to ignore my original concerns, fail to provide proof or information showing that Priceline has made any changes, provide no reassurance that these same violations of customer privacy will not continue in the future, and fail to show that Priceline is in compliance with Revdex.com guidelines governing the use of customs' private information.  I am also rejecting this response because none of the three attachments that you mentioned were actually attached to the e-mail.In my previous e-mail I said:

its policy of using customers' e-mail addresses to send junk e-mails against

I would like Priceline not to
add customers' e-mail addresses to Priceline's e-mail list when a customer
explicitly opts out.
And you replied: "Unless
a Priceline customer tells us that he/she does not want to receive email
offers, Priceline will occasionally send promotion coupons, marketing material
or other special travel deals."Your response fails to address my clearly articulated original concern.  While purchasing my ticket online, I told Priceline that I did not want to receive email offers by unselecting the box next to "Yes! I would like to receive exclusive promotions, coupons, and discounts from priceline.com."  (See attached "Priceline Op-Out Button.")  And yet Priceline added me to their promotions e-mail list against my express wishes.  In addition, your response fails to address the fact that, in my previous e-mail, I attached a chat transcript with Bernice, a Priceline customer service agent, who explained: "When you make a reservation in our website the system
automatically sends you those promotional emails, even if you choose to
not receive them."  What Bernice says directly contradicts your claim that "Unless
a Priceline customer tells us that he/she does not want to receive email
offers, Priceline will occasionally send promotion coupons, marketing material
or other special travel deals."  Either Bernice is lying, or you are lying.  Because I deselected the "Yes! I would like to receive exclusive promotions" box when I purchased my ticket, all evidence points to your lying.In my previous e-mail I also say:·      
I would like all Priceline
e-mails to contain unsubscribe links. You also say in your reply: "Please
note that the unsubscribe link is located in every promotional email about
news/special offers/travel deals."  This, however, is untrue.  Please see the attached promotional e-mail ("Priceline Promotional Email with No Unsubscribe") sent to me by Priceline on April 18, 2016, which contains no unsubscribe link.  At the bottom, the e-mail says "This is a promotional email from Priceline.com," and there is no unsubscribe link.  Once again, your claim that "the unsubscribe link is located in every promotional email about
news/special offers/travel deals" is demonstrably a lie.You go on to repeat yet again: "In
accordance with Revdex.com guidelines, Priceline promotional emails (promotion
coupons, marketing material or other special travel deals), provide easily-accessible,
unsubscribe options from future emails to all customers."  And yet the attached April 18 promotional e-mail, without an unsubscribe link, demonstrates your claim to be false.And so my concerns remain unchanged:·      
I would like Priceline to change

Priceline is failing to acknowledge that they canceled the reservation.  When I called the Credit card company about the matter they advised me that I had to deal with Priceline.   since I was told by Priceline that the ticket was nonrefundable, I went to the airport on February 12, 2015 to take my flight to [redacted] and was not able to access the flight due to the action of Priceline. Priceline received Payment for the flight from the Credit Card Company and probably resold the two tickets for [redacted] because the flight was full.  Priceline  intent was accomplished because they made twice as much on the same tickets. I will like them to refund my  $685.30 for the two tickets that me and my wife could not use due to Priceline Cancelation of same.

I am rejecting this response because:Priceline simply states that they can do nothing to help but they completely fail to acknowledge that their guaranteed 15 % lower than published price is fraud. They charged me the same as the publicly available price despite their ad promising a "guaranteed deal", guaranteed at least 15 % savings over published price.  None of this ever got acknowledged in their email replies. Their guarantee they referenced in their reply is something completely different and applies to the price dropping below the booked rate until time if travel. This is irrelevant to the current case.

I am rejecting this response because:
 
I clearly stated that I read the cancellation policy; I am not denying that. But I initialed that contract at [redacted] and they wanted me to cancel by [redacted] at 11:00 am.  My point was this: I signed at 11:07 pm. It was late. I was not taking business from them. I canceled an hour later because of a flat tire and having no possible way to make it. Like I told the rude representatives I spoke to on the phone, I get a cancellation policy, but being a decent company and understanding your customers would be ideal. I am not asking for a full refund but I atleast would like a partial. Especially after how rudely I was treated by not one representative, but two, one being a "manager". I am very upset that Priceline is taking no steps to make this right. Copying and pasting a cancellation policy I already read does not help me. Because I did read it. But my point is that I booked it the night I was staying and cancelled it within the hour and not only that but I also signed it after the allotted time for a "hassle free cancellation". I did not plan for a flat tire and I just expected a little customer service. It is very unfair and I am disappointed with the lack of customer service. I hope this gets resolved with a partial or full refund. Thank you.

My response to Priceline reservatio[redacted] was to accept the full refund that was offered. The Revdex.com later sent me a letter about a different complaint that was mailed to be in error. The complaint in that file was about a different hotel and belonged to some other person.
Ms. [redacted] at Priceline has written that they will give my husband a full refund to settle the complaint against Priceline for the [redacted] reservation.

I am rejecting this response because:
 
ONE more time, I[redacted] did not change flight number/day/time. Priceline incorrectly coded the ticket.
 
AGAIN, I received two emails from Priceline, the last being two days before the flight confirming flight number\date\time. They even suggested I call I[redacted] night before to reconfirm which I did and which I[redacted] confirmed.
 
Priceline incorrectly coded the ticket and again I am requesting restitution for the $6000 it cost me in flights and hotel to get back to NYC because of that error.  I have provided Priceline with copies of all the receipts.
 
I have retained counsel and will take this matter to court unless I am made whole by Priceline.

·       Rental cars are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable even if the reservation is not used.
·       If your offer is accepted, we will immediately lock in your reservation and charge your form of payment. If your offer is not accepted, you will not be charged.
·       Additional charges may apply at the counter if you pick up or drop off the car at a different date, time, or location than you requested for your reservation.
·       Your offer price does not include vehicle liability, collision or personal accident coverage for your rental car. You should determine if you have insurance coverage prior to pick-up.

If the driver provides a credit card for the security deposit, the security deposit will be released back onto the card once the vehicle is returned. If the driver provides a debit card for the security deposit, proof of round trip airline travel may be required and any funds used for the deposit cannot be accessed until after the car is returned.
