I am rejecting this response because: Your response does not address the issue. The issue is that I agreed to a hotel "similar" to a [redacted] The hotel I got is not similar. The rooms are not similar. A hotel that offers a twin bed in a room is not "similar' to a [redacted] You shouldn't hide behind your rental agreement like this. You could have booked me into a dumpster that fits two people and said that same thing - that priceline only promised the room would fit two people. You have to be more accountable than that. The room I was given does not meet the basic standards of any hotel that is anywhere remotely close to being "similar" to a [redacted] Priceline promised me something that I was not provided with. I cannot use the room. I will not use the room. The right thing to do is to refund my money and then resell the room to two much-smaller people who like to sleep in twin beds. Please do the right thing here.

I am rejecting this response because:  I read over the contract twice before accepting it.  I've reread what was sent in the email four more times.  I will reiterate that nothing in the wording specifically says I am purchasing insurance from Priceline directly.  The wording implies I am pre-purchasing insurance from [redacted] in order to save money.  The wording also states I can decline this insurance up to the point I pick up the car.  That would leave someone to believe declining the insurance at the [redacted] Rental Car counter takes care of this issue.  The wording needs to be more specific, clearly stating I'm purchasing insurance directly from Priceline, therefore in order to cancel, I need to contact Priceline directly.  This wording is lacking which led me to believe I was purchasing insurance from [redacted] and not Priceline, therefore, by declining the insurance at the [redacted] counter, I fully believed the charges would be reversed.  The language necessary to have a fully transparent contract is lacking, which is why I am requesting the $110 back I was originally charged.
I appreciate your time in this matter and anticipate you will, not only refund my money, but take time to change the wording online so this does not happen again to someone else.

I am rejecting this response because:

I WAS CHARGED TELLING THAT IT IS 2.5 STAR HOTEL AND THERE WERE AMENITIES SHOWN BUT even the basic utility of having electricity in the entire room of the hotel room was not there. 
 
The water faucet has water dripping as there was not enough water pressure.
 
There was no exhaust in teh bathroom
 
The lobby smelt of paint and construction material.
 
tere were tarps closing the areas of the lobby
 
 
Not even a single ice machine was working. 
 
 
For hotel: Why do you want to have customers stay when you do not have the ADEQUATE facility? Secondly, even if you want to make money then you ahev to state that it is under construction.
 
For priceline:   
The customer needs to be apprised of the product's condition when he/she is buying that product. 
 
It is not ethically correct practise to sell something by showing some other picture and facts. It is a fraud. Priceline should reimburse the money.

I am rejecting this response because: I was on the phone and in contacted the company representative in less than 5 minutes after the submission.  When I first spoke with the lady she had to look for my submission, as it had just occurred.  This would be indicative of an error.  Because of the short turn around and the opportunity to indicate that an error occurred I believe that I am due a refund, particularly  given that this is a purchase in an amount over $25.00.  I also believe that the two dollars and thirty-five cent ($2.35) is not an adequate refund for at $214.00 purchase that was promptly identify and reported.

Priceline Travel, being the inherently dishonest company that it is, have STILL not addressed either the complaint/grievance regarding their scam website, or their employees of dubious character that called me with a ruse regarding my banking information. EVEN THEY are stating they can't fathom why Priceline is behaving in this disgusting manner! 
Well, I am NOT going to just go away and hand them money, having been provided with no service whatsoever. THAT IS PURE THEFT on the part of Priceline. I am sick and tired of corporations thinking they can just push people around. They probably think that because I have a long foreign name that it means I'm illiterate and, or I will just go away and forget about the scam they pulled! Priceline could not be more wrong!
