We understand that you only used the first night of your
reservation. We contacted your hotel and spoke with Bridgett, the general
manager of the hotel who confirmed that you only used one night of your stay. A
refund for $60.85 was issued on May 5, 2015. Your refund has been processed
through our system. If you need to check the status of your refund, please
contact your bank directly to inquire about their processing time.

This is unacceptable.  For one, I don't think you even read the complaint.  For two, I received an immediate refund minus the fee 2 seconds after your website malfunctioned charging me more that the agreed upon price.  Why should I pay a fee for your website malfunction?  I agreed to 250.00 a ticket.  You accepted 250.00 a ticket and then charged me 350.00 a ticket and want to charge me to cancel the transaction?  Do you have an automated response to these kinds of things?  I don't feel I should be charged ANYTHING when I was not at fault.  I CALLED IMMEDIATLEY when the error happened.  That is like me agreeing to pay 250.00 and you accepting it then me wanting to pay 150.00 a ticket.  Its not what was agreed upon.  I want a full refund.  I want you to hear my compliant and not just send me something automated. I get the same answer over and over from many people which makes me think you don't care, you just send out the same thing from every employee.  I  admit when I have made a mistake and take ownership for it.  How about your company do so as well.  This is just not fair.  Saying you refunded a portion of my reservation is a crock, you gave me back what I was entitled to, now how about the rest, like my fee that you stole from me.

The customer is unhappy with the location he received on his reservation. He
also stated he saw an ad showing the hotel's rate is $50, but when he called to
have the difference refunded, the agent could only refund him the $59 rate they
located.
The customer selected multiple areas for his reservation. His initial
request is for a hotel in [redacted] area which was rejected. He then added
the [redacted], [redacted] area when he resubmitted the request. The customer received
a hotel in the [redacted] area and the reservations cannot be changed, cancelled
or refunded.
As stated on our website, the lower price, must be available to the general
public for booking on a website when the customer calls us. When he called, our
representative tried looking for the $50 rate, but they could only find the
rate of $59 per night. The refund processed was based on the verifiable rate
found by our agents.
No additional refund can be offered on the guest’s reservation as it is
non-changeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

cancel your reservation anytime between noon on Friday, May 27th and
noon on Saturday, May 28th (local hotel time), the hotel requires
payment for the first night's stay. You will be charged for the first night's
stay including taxes and fees. Any remaining amount will be refunded to you.
Refunds or cancellations are not available after noon local hotel time on your
day of arrival (Saturday, May 28th).The consumer requested to cancel the reservation on the check-in date, May 28, 2016; therefore, the reservation is non-changeable and non-refundable.The Days Inn And Suites Conference Center representative
advised that since they held the rooms as booked, they are unable to offer a

I am rejecting this response because: Myself and Priceline contacted [redacted], and [redacted] said that they don't have anything to do with the situation. The transaction was strictly between Priceline and the customer. [redacted] only refund customers that purchase tickets directly from them. [redacted] actually advised that Priceline should give back our full refund and it's all recorded. On the 14th of December, a supervisor from Priceline told us that we would lose the cost of the ticket and get back the taxes on the ticket. This is the breakdown;
Ticket cost: 286.76 * 3 = 860.28
Ticket taxes: 581.20 * 3 = 1743.60
Due to their terrible service, after going back and forth with them, the supervisor at Priceline stated that we would only receive the amount of $1743.60. Later on they told us that between the first and second week in January, we should get our refund. On the 2nd of January, I received an email stating that I should call to receive my refunds. I called and their supervisor kept me on hold for almost an hour, and told me that I would be charged $300 each off ticket. I reminded them as per the last conversation, I was supposed to get back the ticket cost and they kept lying that [redacted] told them to take out $300 each. This is really frustrating. Please help me. We called [redacted] again and they told them that Priceline should stop lying to their customers. Also they reiterated that they don't have anything to do with my funds. I asked for the recordings of September 14th and December 21st and 24th respectively, but they insisted. Because from that conversation, they offered to give back out full refund or there won't be any extra charge if we rebooked. Thank you so much for your help.
