We are writing to let you know that we received your Revdex.com concern in our Executive Offices. As we understand, you expected to pay for this reservation in Canadian dollars ([redacted].
 
We apologize for any inconvenience regarding your hotel charge. On our website, charges are made in the currency that was quoted on your Contract Page which was [redacted] Currently, our website defaults to USD and the currency must be manually changed to CAD on the upper right-hand corner where there is a currency selection dropdown. When selected, a pop-up will show and the entire page will repaint all quoted amounts in [redacted]
 
Prior to purchase, you were asked to review your Contract Page where the total amount charged by Priceline were shown. This page allowed you to review all the information you had entered. In addition, it stated the conditions regarding the products and services reserved through us. We are sorry that we are unable to offer a compensation per your request. We confirmed that your Contract Page has the information that, "All prices are in USD."
 
For your reference, a copy of your contract page has been sent in a separate email, and for your future reference, our communication has been documented.

Priceline lacks any integrity as a company as it does not stand behind its promoted policies. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR 24 HR REFUND POLICY.
I booked a multi-city ticket from Orlando to Cincinnati to Houston this morning. 3 hrs later, I realized I no longer needed the ticket and decided to cancel. While they were happy to cancel my [redacted] flight, they could not cancel my [redacted] Flight.
I understand [redacted]'s policy, however their documents clearly state that they guarantee 24 hour refunds AFTER which all carrier policies and rules apply. However, despite hours on the phone and with live chat on customer service, no one could show me any evidence or documentation that the customer is told about this before booking, or any indication that Priceline may not be able to honor their policy.
It is an egregious form of misadvertising. I have never written a negative business review in my life, but I am so disgusted by the blatantly bad treatment priceline gives, that I hope the Revdex.com, [redacted], any other regular, [redacted] or whatever other organization can shame the priceline into better behavior.
Don't use them. Support good businesses instead.

Immediately after I realized that the October 4th itinerary was purchased I
went back and looked at the pop-up offers. Upon a thorough examination I did
see the fine print with the dates listed. Obviously not the dates I wanted. I'm
sure if you do a bit more research into your pop-up system you'll find the same
thing. The pop-up offered me a good rate - just for a date I didn't want. In my
excitement about getting a good rate I purchased the itinerary without thinking
that the date may have changed.
I did not enter the date into the Priceline system - it was part of the pop-up
offer. Please check - you will find out that what I'm telling you is correct.

According to Kristen A Negri, her 4 year old accidentally purchased
4 star Name Your Own Price hotel room accommodations. The consumer is
requesting a full refund. The consumer states:
"I was recently on priceline’s
website looking for a hotel when my 4 yo accidentally booked a hotel. I called
priceline right away and they refused to do anything. I tried to get the hotel
changed and they refused and the hotel itself did nothing either.”
“Not only is it unjust for a 4 yo to
accidentally make a charge on your card and the company just basically tells
you ''Too bad" but no other solution was granted.”
It is
clearly not the merchant’s responsibility to monitor and or distinguish that
the user of the credit card is a minor/ 4 year old child.  The responsible party would certainly be that
of the credit card holder.
