Executive Offices. We are sorry to learn about the confusion you encountered when booking your rental car. First of all, we are not affiliated with Orbitz so you would not have booked this reservation through their website. In addition, the type of reservation that you purchased is restricted; it is non-changeable and non-cancellable. This was clearly stated during the booking process. Our records indicate that you saved 336.42 [redacted] or 45.64% off of our rental partner's regular rate at the time of booking. Our rental partner accepted this rate on the condition that your reservation would not be changed or cancelled.   Another restriction with this type of service is that the rental car company will not be revealed until after purchase. Therefore, we would not have guaranteed a shuttle during the booking process as we would not know which rental car company would accept your reservation until after the booking is made, and not all our rental partners offer shuttle service.   Lastly, charges are made in the currency that was quoted on your checkout page which was [redacted]. Currently, our website defaults to [redacted] and the currency must be manually changed to CAD on the upper right-hand corner where there is a currency selection dropdown. When selected, the entire page will repaint all quoted amounts in CAD.   I have sent a separate email with a copy of your contract page with your initials indicating that you agreed to the terms and conditions of the purchase. The contract page states that prices are in US Dollars, and the reservation is non-cancellable and non-changeable.   If you can send me a screenshot showing the exact amount of the charge that posted to your account, I can check if any exceptions can be made to reimburse you for the difference. Booked a trip for my birthday, airfare and hotel. Three days before the trip I had to cancel. I spent $2,000+ on this trip. Got half my money back. Had to pay $200 each for the canceled airline tickets, as for the hotel no refund at all. I called the hotel and they said that if I wanted to cancel, call Priceline because Priceline books a certain amount of rooms. If you call a hotel, 24 hours in advance you can cancel a reservation. If you cancel a hotel room with Priceline, a year, month, days in advance you will not get a refund at all. Why keep people money if you're not providing a service. Only to say that, that's Priceline policy. So Priceline is in the business of keeping people money regardless. I wrote their corporation, they supposedly tried to call me. I doubt it. They emailed me to tell me that of course I wouldn't be getting that refund. Priceline may have my thousands that I worked hard to save but they will NEVER EVER RECEIVE ANY MORE MONEY from me. So please enjoy that money. I learned a valuable lesson that I will never forget. Do not use any of these third party businesses for anything because when plans fall through they don't know what to do. Credit cards are already charged and they'd rather keep the money whether you actually take the trip or the service was below par.

The hotel description did not clearly outline the location in terms of the distance from the airport in which I was flying into, and it appears Priceline is pulling some sort of scams to get money out of consumers, upon reviewing complaints from others consumers and the responses from customer service to other consumers are identical in nature, they are lying and placing the blame of nonrefunding on the hotels as they have in various other complaints when it is in fact them, if you refunded money to someone this month because of death in family and they did not have insurance then I should be refunded my money as well because the hotel details were not clearly outlined as far as the distance from the airport which is the most important. I have gotten the run around by them and the lack of proper information in regards to the hotel cost me more money out of my pocket and essentially ruined my vacation.
