I am rejecting this response because:
The hotel clearly saw this was a system error end and so does Priceline.  I selected the correct dates and upon submission the system generated its own dates.  Priceline was issued a refund because the hotel cancelled the reservation and refunded, Priceline,  the money.  As a result the company, Priceline should process my refund in the amount of $161.47. 
It is poor customer service and it shows a lack of consideration for such an error that occurred on their watch.  Priceline and the hotel clearly acknowledge there was an error.  A blind man could see there is an issue.  As a result Priceline should refund the $161.47 as courtesy.  Effective immediately.  Anything less than a refund would be a theft and robbery.

I am rejecting this response because I was LIED TO by the [redacted] Rental agent! According to the agent, the car I had originally ordered via Priceline was unavailable, due to issues from the heat, and that I would be "taken care of."
 
This is clearly a bait and switch, and since I could not return home to Washington, because I was in Arizona, I, believing that I was "taken care of," was not aware that the upgrade was being charged additionally. I was told, since I was using a debit, that a hold of $300 was put on my card, but was unaware that there were TWO charges for ONE car!
 
This is clearly unethical actions on multiple parties, and attempting to take advantage of a disabled war vet.
 
Since Priceline is unwilling to work, after having me wait for 10 days, and then, an additional 10 days, and [redacted] has not responded, I have opened case files with my respective members of Congress, Revdex.com, Attorney General, and FTC. I will continue to press, until at least one of my OVERCHARGES has been returned. When an employee flat out LIES, engaging in bait and switches, which should be illegal, I am NOT going to be robbed of my hard earned money!

Hello, Sir,       I am writing to you and telling the reason why I do not accept their response.  As I mentioned before, I got the confirmation about 2 double beds from Priceline. If Priceline has problem with it, they should not send me that confirmation and tell me the risk. . Then when I checked in, the front desk of hotel told me they received the order without two beds requirement.  So they can not assign the room with 2 beds to me. And hotel "kindly" gave a saggy mattress without charge. They declined my any questions and asked me to contact Priceline.  I tried to talk to Priceline online.  They told me they would call hotel and update with me.  You can image how crowded the room is, when additional bed was added to a room with one bed only.  And for the whole night, I was waiting for the update.  Due to the saggy mattress, I even can not fall asleep.  Nothing happened. Nobody called me. No staff came to change mattress for us.  I am filing a complaint not for money.  I am angry with the attitude and manners how they deal with problems.  Hotel and Priceline both knew what happened, but both of them just stood by and let it go.  After they called the hotel and knew the hotel did nothing,  they should help me find other place.  But nobody called me and update the information.  I booked lots of hotels and flights online. This is the first time I met this problem.  Actually I am booking hotel for my friends now, do you think I can choose priceline again?Taken together, I require the full refund. The terms, conditions, including the fare rules of your tickets, were presented to you for review before booking. As stated on your contract, free cancellation was only available until 11:29pm EDT of November 4, 2016.
 
Our ability to assist you and option(s) we can provide is based on the fare rules of your reservation. The fare rules dictate whether the ticket(s) can be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. The fare rules is being governed by the airline. Since your carrier is the merchant of record for your ticket, all exchange and cancellation fees are passed along to the airline. provided the consumer with the lower negotiated room rate established between

sell in large volume, and if you compare our rates, you will find them to be
very competitive. We strive to offer customers the best alternatives for saving
money while at the same time maintaining profitability.
