We submitted the charge to customers card as (USD) and that is what we got We credited the exact same amount (100%): (USD) Customer is a Canadian ordering on a US site There is a conversion that has to happen on all international transactions We do not control this and our customer service has already explained this to customer If customer would kindly call her bank, they will inform her we did issue a 100% refund and did not keep cent She can argue with them if they used a different conversion and their reasons why We have no way of refunding more than 100% of the transaction This customer cancelled her order while it was in process and this order would have shipped to her just fine (within hours of her call) We are not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or how a bank decides to interpret those We gave a 100% refund Please see the attached screenshot from our payment gateway showing we gave 100% back in terms of US dollars (our currency) The customer needs to direct her grievance to her bank as we cannot refund more than she paid us

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: They are mentioning two options, one of them being to return the itemI don't have the item they requested it be sent back I have copies of the UPS tracking stating it was requested to return to sender, so that leaves me with my other only option which is a full refund which is what I have been asking for, The owner contacted me and I thought we agreed on that as I have copies of those emailsI want a refund as that is the only option left at this point Regards, [redacted] ***

If I had read these negative reviews first, I would never have ordered from this websiteI ordered some baby shower favors weeks in advance My delivery date came and went and I attempted to call their contact number Unfortunately, they no longer accept calls just contact by email, the recording says I sent them an email and got a quick reply to say that the order was marked complete but never assigned a tracking number so the items never shipped***, the owner asked when was the event date I emailed back to say in days and I should not have to pay extra shipping fees to expedite the order I received an email back to say, he was in the process of changing fullfillment center and would not be processing any orders this week, and abruptly cancelled my order I have a strong suspicion from other complaints that even if I said my event was days away, I would not have gotten the items Do NOT order from this website It is a scam!

We are very sorry for the delay on the order. There are only two possible solutions at this point. The customer keeps the shipment and this complaint is closed or She refuses
delivery and we issue a 100% refund. We provide Estimated delivery dates, not guaranteed delivery dates as we work with third party fulfillment warehouses. We are working through some issues now to avoid delays
