I ordered bells for my wedding and they not only lost my order but when I requested to cancel the order for a refund they "magically" already had shipped it outI still requested to cancel my order and they gave me the wrong address for their warehouseSo after paying $in shipping to get rid of the unwanted bells I was still stuck with themAfter emailing the company many times trying to fix the issue they would take days to respond and when they would they never give clear answersI ordered these bells in January and it is now May and I finally got a refund check for $less than the amount owedThat makes no senseDO not do business with them

We shipped this order via overnight Saturday delivery to the address the customer provided. UPS was unable to deliver to the address as it appears the address was misspelled. Although we paid over $to ship this we will eat the cost and refund the customer. A refund was issued
today in full

Price wise took good care of my order of favors for a baby showerAfter several days of uncertainty that the favors would arrive in time for my baby shower, they answeted my email and expediteated my order
I have received my order and the shower is still several days away
Price wise was very understanding and exyremely helpful to get the ordet delivered

I placed an order May 1st for my Bridal Shower Favours, and I have yet to receive anything yet- todays date is June 17th, Emails have gone back and forth, and basically I keep getting the run-aroundApparently the shipment has been shipped twice, and the owner ***, keeps saying how sorry he is, and how is waiting for a tracking number, and he is trying to locate the shipment, but nothing has really be doneCommunication is terrible, he doesn't email you until you contact himMy money thankfully was reimbursed, but only because that was the right thing to do and I opened up a PayPal disputeI am stuck with nothing but aggravation from this JOKE of a companyBEWARE- don't purchase anything from this company, because you won't end up with your shipmentYou'll just feel aggravated, and harp on him for communication

Ordered Product for a event, and did not receive a tracking numberAfter a week I inquired about the tracking number as the event was getting closer and I needed the product Apparently product was never shipped and now I'm left with nothing for my event as it's only days away, will never use or promote again

Placed an order with this company on may 21,They took my money immediately and it is now June and still no order received I have been in contact with a *** Owner and he is telling me he is working on it He said I was to receive my on June 13th guess what? Beware! I ordered wedding favors a month ago, never received a confirmation email Have emailed several times in which always received a reply On Feb 17th, I emailed again to check status, owner *** sent a reply stating the ware house had confirmed that I would receive the shipment last week via UPS Emailed again yesterday due to still having no favors, received email stating warehouse failed to inform them that the item was backordered and won't be available til June...can someone please tell me how the shipment was confirmed last week but now is unavailable til June?? I was lucky enough to get a quick refund...I believe that is due to payment with paypal...I don't feel this would have been the case if he had my credit card number directly

Boy, I wish I had read some reviews of this website before I placed the orderI ordered favors on May 22nd, After a week had gone by and I still hadn't received anything saying that my order had shipped, I emailed them(I first tried calling the number posted on the website, but I got a voice-mail message saying that I could only contact them through email)I got a generic response from '*** the owner' saying that he'd check on the status of my order and get back with meI didn't hear anything so I kept sending emails over the next few weeks and got pretty much the same generic response every time...that he didn't know what was going on and he would look into it
This went on for weeks until finally, he said he put a new order in and was waiting on a confirmation number from the warehouseAfter a month went by and I still didn't have my favors, I gave up and disputed the charge with my credit card companyThere is absolutely no reason I shouldn't have gotten the favors in time(My event date was June 28th)And what makes it worse, is that I wasted so much time trying to get these favors that by the time I realized I would never see them, it was too late to order them from anywhere elseSo I had to do without on the day of my event
Bottom line, save yourself the time, money and hassle and do not order from this company

We submitted the charge to customers card as 359.45 (USD) and that is what we got.  We credited the exact same amount (100%): 359.45 (USD)
Customer is a Canadian ordering on a US site.  There is a conversion that has to happen on all international transactions.  We do not...

control this and our customer service has already explained this to customer.  If customer would kindly call her bank, they will inform her we did issue a 100% refund and did not keep 1 cent.  She can argue with them if they used a different conversion and their reasons why.  We have no way of refunding more than 100% of the transaction.  This customer cancelled her order while it was in process and this order would have shipped to her just fine (within 24 hours of her call).  We are not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or how a bank decides to interpret those.  We gave a 100% refund.  Please see the attached screenshot from our payment gateway showing we gave 100% back in terms of US dollars (our currency).  The customer needs to direct her grievance to her bank as we cannot refund more than she paid us.

Refund was issued on 5/23 and a receipt email was sent to customer.  As standard with all credit card refunds it can take 3-5 business days to post at bank.  By now that credit should be posted.

Good communication, super fast delivery! Several sites offer this item, but I found the best price here! What a bargain! I've only inspected one frame (out of an order of 125) so I can't speak to the quality of the entire shipment, but so far so good!

Due to logistical issues with the warehouse (dropship) we no longer carry the products and cannot ship the order.  A full refund has been given to the customer and email receipt sent as of today.

Customer was given an ESTIMATED delivery of the 19th.  She has already been emailed tracking.  UPS:

Excellent customer service via phone and the manager was quick to respond with assistance. They rectified the mistake right away and were prompt/thorough.

I am rejecting this response because:
They are mentioning two options, one of them being to return the item. I don't have the item they requested it be sent back I have copies of the UPS tracking stating it was requested to return to sender, so that leaves me with my other only option which is a full refund which is what I have been asking for, The owner contacted me and I thought we agreed on that as I have copies of those emails. I want a refund as that is the only option left at this point.
