Review: I am filing a complaint against Prise wise favors. We placed and order on MAY 5, 2014 FOR $85.70 and it was paid in full via paypal. The order has still not been received. I opende a complaint directly with the company and they have no phone number just email correspondences. I believe the busines may be a scam. ticket number via price wise 92187Desired Settlement: Refund

I ordered bells for my wedding and they not only lost my order but when I requested to cancel the order for a refund they "magically" already had shipped it out. I still requested to cancel my order and they gave me the wrong address for their warehouse. So after paying $30 in shipping to get rid of the unwanted bells I was still stuck with them. After emailing the company many times trying to fix the issue they would take days to respond and when they would they never give clear answers. I ordered these bells in January and it is now May and I finally got a refund check for $10 less than the amount owed... That makes no sense. DO not do business with them.

Review: On March 28, 2014 I placed an order with PriceWiseFavors.com for my wedding favors. I customized lollipops to give my guests at my wedding for August 2. I was told that due to the number I needed (100) it would take 3 months for my order to arrive. It is now July 30 and I still have no favors! I've emailed them with no reply until yesterday.... I receive a reply that says they have closed (permanently) and will no longer be shipping orders. I paid $101.90 for favors that I have never received. My wedding is now 3 days away and I have nothing to give my guests. The only resolution I want is a full refund of all monies paid.Desired Settlement: The only resolution I want is a full refund in the amount of $101.90 for the order that I did not recieve.Jessica Karlick

Review: I ordered 200 favors on 6/12/14 for my daughters wedding. The email said we would receive on 6/19/14. When I did not receive on 6/19/14, I sent an email to the company. On 6/20/14, I received an email that the company went out of business and received the following message: "Pricewisefavors.com has closed (permanently) and will no longer be shipping orders. Any outstanding orders in the system at time of shutdown are deemed cancelled and will not ship. We wish to thank the 50,000+ customers we have had over the last 5+ years. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this shutdown causes anyone but it was necessary. If you have an unresolved matter (refund or other financial matter), please forward your request in writing to: Pricewisefavors.com PO Box [redacted] Thousand Oaks, CA 91358 Please not that this business is completely closed permanently so there is no staff to reply to emails. Nor further replies can be given via email.". Now I have to try and get a refund from theses people, which will probably take months to do.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund in the amount of $170.88.

Review: I ordered 65 favors in May and they were never delivered. I contacted the company in June via email and they assured me that they would process my order within the next week. It is now two weeks after and they have just generated an auto response on being permanently closed and with no number but a postal box to inquire on getting a refund!! I placed an order May 1st for my Bridal Shower Favours, and I have yet to receive anything yet- todays date is June 17th, 2014. Emails have gone back and forth, and basically I keep getting the run-around. Apparently the shipment has been shipped twice, and the owner [redacted], keeps saying how sorry he is, and how is waiting for a tracking number, and he is trying to locate the shipment, but nothing has really be done. Communication is terrible, he doesn't email you until you contact him. My money thankfully was reimbursed, but only because that was the right thing to do and I opened up a PayPal dispute. I am stuck with nothing but aggravation from this JOKE of a company. BEWARE- don't purchase anything from this company, because you won't end up with your shipment. You'll just feel aggravated, and harp on him for communication.

I have used this vendor twice - both times they have exceeded my expectations!. The quality and service are as good as it gets - not just on the internet but anywhere around. They are 100% responsive and had the best pricing I found. They also met or exceeded their delivery date. I could not be more pleased and they are my "go to" vendor for the items of the type they sell that I need.

Review: I ordered wedding favors from pricewisefavors.com and was sent an email confirming the total of $359.45 including shipping & handling. Later I find that they charged $411.98 instead so I called to ask why and they said it was due to the exchange rate from USD to CAD. I agreed to the explanation and waited for my order. The order did not arrive by the estimated arrival date so I called to check with them and the explanation was that there was a "mix up" so they will have to start a new order the day I called. I asked why I was not informed so such a situation and they offered to waive the $75 custom fee (I was never informed also.) At this point I felt that the company was being dishonest and irresponsible so I asked for a full refund. They charged me $411.98 CAD so naturally I would receive the same amount back because it's called a full refund. Instead they credited me $386.92 CAD which is a $25 difference. Through all this trouble that was not caused on my part I lost $25. It is not a fair situation.Desired Settlement: I ask for the amount I was charged back.

We submitted the charge to customers card as 359.45 (USD) and that is what we got. We credited the exact same amount (100%): 359.45 (USD)

Customer is a Canadian ordering on a US site. There is a conversion that has to happen on all international transactions. We do not control this and our customer service has already explained this to customer. If customer would kindly call her bank, they will inform her we did issue a 100% refund and did not keep 1 cent. She can argue with them if they used a different conversion and their reasons why. We have no way of refunding more than 100% of the transaction. This customer cancelled her order while it was in process and this order would have shipped to her just fine (within 24 hours of her call). We are not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or how a bank decides to interpret those. We gave a 100% refund. Please see the attached screenshot from our payment gateway showing we gave 100% back in terms of US dollars (our currency). The customer needs to direct her grievance to her bank as we cannot refund more than she paid us.

Review: I ordered favors from Pricewise Favors on May 13th and was assured delivery by May 19th. On May 19th I called Pricewise and was told they would contact the warehouse and have order sent out immediately since the event is 5/24/14. On Wednesday I called and the automated system stated they were not accepting phone calls and that I should communicate via email. I sent an email and received an automated response with a ticket number stating the would look into this. On Friday I again tried to connect with someone but received another ticket (the phone call stated they were still not accepting calls and to communicate via email or the Contact Us form on their website). I also tried to get a response via the Contact Us form. Friday I wrote to cancel my order and demand a refund. Only after writing a 3rd email on Friday stating I was contacting the Revdex.com did I receive an email stating my refund was approved. My refund, however, has not been reapplied to my credit card. I emailed the company notifying them that I do not yet see the refund, and have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded in full. Additionally the company should be investigated. The practiced, to me at least, seem a bit fraudulent. They had no problem billing me, and then made communicating with them very difficult and did not get my order to me.

Review: I ordered my favors and was billed on 5/23/14 however never received my favors. I was in contact for a short time with the owner of the business letting him know that the estimated arrival date had passed over a week ago. Then got the email saying they are out of business. Since then I have sent them a letter like they stated I should in the email requesting my refund. It has now been two months since I was billed and have not heard a thing from them and have not received my refund. I sent them my order number and even my cell phone number, it's ridiculous how they handle their business they should be ashamed.Desired Settlement: I would like a total refund back to the bank account they took it from.

Review: I ordered candles on May 11,2014 and was sent a confirmation number and the money was taken out of my account for this.($212.81) It said I would get a tracking order when they were shipped and should be arriving by May 19, I never got a tracking number so I emailed them on May 30 asking about the tracking order. The reply was they were transferring warehouses and should be ready to ship the next week. Still no tracking order, so I sent another email asking about the candles and got this reply " June 10...The warehouse confirmed I should have tracking information this week., Let me check on this matter for you and I am very sorry for all the delays..." Review: I ordered $175 worth of items from Pricewisefavors to be delivered on June 26th. They charged me for this on June 19th the day I placed the order and I have not received the order nor have I received any other communication. If I had read these negative reviews first, I would never have ordered from this website. I ordered some baby shower favors 3 weeks in advance. My delivery date came and went and I attempted to call their contact number. Unfortunately, they no longer accept calls just contact by email, the recording says. I sent them an email and got a quick reply to say that the order was marked complete but never assigned a tracking number so the items never shipped. [redacted], the owner asked when was the event date. I emailed back to say in 7 days and I should not have to pay extra shipping fees to expedite the order. I received an email back to say, he was in the process of changing fullfillment center and would not be processing any orders this week, and abruptly cancelled my order. I have a strong suspicion from other complaints that even if I said my event was 14 days away, I would not have gotten the items. Do NOT order from this website. It is a scam!

Review: I ordered and paid for merchandise from Pricewise Favors on June 4. Promised delivery date was June 11. On June 16, I still had not received my order, so I contacted Pricewise Favors via e-mail (a recorded phone message on the company's 800 number said the company does not accept phone calls). Between June 16-23 I corresponded via e-mail five times with the company. In reply, I was told the company was investigating the delay with my order. On June 23, I received an e-mail from the company saying it had gone out of business and would accept no more e-mails.This company owes me $98.25. Can you get my money back for me? Oh my goodness, BEWARE!

Don't know where to begin, but I felt that it was important to write this review to prevent others from experiencing the same. I placed an order for my daughter's holiday classroom party which was on Dec 20th. My estimated delivery date was the 19th & nothing came. When I called them, I found out today it was the owner that I had spoken to then who acted as if order was fulfilled. I then went into the website only to find out that they reordered the items the day I called & had a new delivery date. After finding that out, I wanted nothing to do with such dishonest practices so I called numerous times following & sent several emails without any responses. Well today is Jan 2nd and nothing ever came. I finally was able to get a hold of them this morning and requested a refund.

Hopefully, she did process the refund as she said and that's the end of my ordeal with this company. It sounds as if this is not the first time that people have had similar issues with Pricewisefavors, so be careful!

Review: I ordered 50 fans on 05/26/14, I received an order confirmation with an arrival date of 06/02/14. I emailed the customer service on 06/04/14 since I had not received tracking information. I received a reply saying that there were problems in the warehouse and my order will be shipped out next week. The following week comes and goes and I still have not received my items. Every time I emailed customer service I get the same response saying that they are working on it and will have tracking this week. It is now 3 days before my Grandma's 92nd birthday, which is why I am buying the fans and they still have no tracking information for me. In fact the customer service rep today told me that if they do not have tracking today he will refund my money. Why did they wait until the last minute to finally to tell me there is a chance I will not receive my order. Every other email had not indicated that there was an issue with me receiving it. I am very disappointed with the way this is being handled and there is still not resolution to the problem. I would still like to receive my product assuming they are delivered in time.Desired Settlement: I would like my product to be delivered on time as promised by the company. There should be fair warning if they cannot fill an order. It is unfair to the customer to be told this at the last minute.

Worst experience with an online purchase. This was an important purchase , it was my wedding favors. With not enough time to order new ones, they emailed me a week before my wedding to tell me they won't be able to fulfill my order because of a glitch. Now I'm left with no wedding favors.
