I'm about as skepictal as they come when ordering online. But with that being said, I just received my frosted sailboat tealights for my upcoming wedding. They are gorgeous, exactly as described! I was very impressed with the packaging, everything was wrapped so nicely. I went through each sailboat, and found no damage. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Review: I placed an order May 26, 2014. My order was of 20 Jungle Critters Collection Candle Favors with the grand total of $50.40. I expected the shipping order but never came through and when I revisited the website to check on my order status it showed Price Wise Favors was no longer in business. Now I did not receive an email concerning this nor a refund for the amount I paid. It has been 2 months and no words from them. I am completely disappointed because I needed this order for my daughters baby shower. It is such bad customer service that we take our time to place an order to not even receive an email. If Price Wise Favors would have given a warning that they were going to close soon I would not have even placed an order in the first place.Desired Settlement: I am requesting either my placed order shipment or a refund before I take this matter into further actions.

Review: I placed an order with pricewisefavors.com on 2/15/14. Expected delivery was supposedly to be by 2/26. On 2/27/14 I called because I never got tracking number or any shipment confirmation, I find out that my order had not been shipped yet and couldn't get the product to me by 2/28/14 or even on 3/1/ 14 which was the day of my event. This is really inconvenient as now I don't even have time to order from elsewhere in time to my event. They have refunded me but this is not enough. I would even accept delivery on 3/2/14 which they can make an exception to deliver on saturday.Desired Settlement: I believe price favors owe me more than just the refund on the product, due to the fact that they haven't left me anytime to order from elsewhere as the event is nearing. I wish they would've been more informative and let me know ahead of time of situations like that, so I could look for other solutions.

We shipped this order via overnight Saturday delivery to the address the customer provided. UPS was unable to deliver to the address as it appears the address was misspelled. Although we paid over $100 to ship this we will eat the cost and refund the customer. A refund was issued today in full.

I ordered table decorations for my wedding in May. I was told they were back ordered and would be sent on May 25th. It is now June 20th and I have yet to receive my product. I cannot call them because they are not taking phone numbers. I have received the same automated response for the last two weeks, that it will be shipped this week, yet I have still not received a tracking number. My wedding is in 6 days and now I will not have table decorations. I will have to scramble at the last minute. I feel disrespected by this company and I am completely frustrated. I feel that if a company is a party favor company and cannot deliver products in time for a party, it should not be allowed to continue as a company. This has caused me a lot of distress and I feel I am owed more than my money back from [redacted] the owner.

My order came quicker than I expected. Everything was just like it was pictured. I was very happy with the experience I had with this company. I am sure I will use them many more times in the future.

Review: I ordered my items on 5/22/14 for my wedding and was told that I would have them by 6/11/14. on 6/12 I reached out to customer service because the status had not been updated or product received. I got an email from Scott saying that there was an issue with the warehouse and the order had not been processed. He was going to send it back to the warehouse. I received partial shipment on 6/18/14 for my event on 6/20/14. I sent several emails stating that there was a problem with the order but heard nothing back. I logged on to their website this morning (6/20/14)and the site and phone number has been disconnected.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the entire order so that I can return it and go get new items for my bridesmaids for tonight.

I am rejecting this response because I had to do researcha nd reach out to the vendor that supplied these merchanise to Pricewise for them to supply me with a replace and since they were not able to get in contact with Price wise because of number being disconnected they sent out replacement for the Letter "J". However there is still item for Letter"O" that has not been replace or refunded. I would like my money back for this item and the shipping and tax cost associated with this. My wedding was on Saturady and this was not acceptable.

Review: I ordered favours for my wedding from this online source and they abruptly closed down less than a week later with no forewarning and they had absolutely no problem accepting my funds with no hint of the aforementioned abrupt shutdown. I have since tried to contact them and I now, apparently, have to go out of my way to put in writing my information to submit a refund request. Needless to say, I have initiated a dispute regarding my credit card. If, for some reason, this company resurfaces, STAY FAR AWAY!!Desired Settlement: refund of my purchase amount of $300.65 of product that I NEVER received!

Review: We placed an order for products for our wedding, The order was placed on April 1, 2014 and the received email gave an expected delivery time of April 22nd. It is now May 12th and we have still yet to receive our merchandise. the cost of the order was $191.95, a payment that was promptly taken from our bank account within 2 days of placing the order, yet we have still not received an email stating a tracking number, or received our order. I have email the company twice with this issue with no responses and have made numerous phone calls to the listed contact business number.Desired Settlement: MY wife is adamant about receiving these Items for our wedding. I we receive our merchandise within the next week, I will have no quarrels with the company, however if this matter is not resolved by May 31, 2014. I would like a refund and/or will be pursuing Civil Legal action against the company for fraud.

Boy, I wish I had read some reviews of this website before I placed the order. I ordered 35 favors on May 22nd, 2014. After a week had gone by and I still hadn't received anything saying that my order had shipped, I emailed them. (I first tried calling the number posted on the website, but I got a voice-mail message saying that I could only contact them through email). I got a generic response from '[redacted] the owner' saying that he'd check on the status of my order and get back with me. I didn't hear anything so I kept sending emails over the next few weeks and got pretty much the same generic response every time...that he didn't know what was going on and he would look into it.

This went on for 3 weeks until finally, he said he put a new order in and was waiting on a confirmation number from the warehouse. After a month went by and I still didn't have my favors, I gave up and disputed the charge with my credit card company. There is absolutely no reason I shouldn't have gotten the favors in time. (My event date was June 28th). And what makes it worse, is that I wasted so much time trying to get these favors that by the time I realized I would never see them, it was too late to order them from anywhere else. So I had to do without on the day of my event.

Bottom line, save yourself the time, money and hassle and do not order from this company.

Ordered Product for a event, and did not receive a tracking number... After a week I inquired about the tracking number as the event was getting closer and I needed the product. Apparently product was never shipped and now I'm left with nothing for my event as it's only 5 days away, will never use or promote again.

That company is fraudulent & so dishonest. This was my first time ordering from them & the last. They lied about the shipping date & of course when I called they said items were in their way. When I checked their site, they reordered the items which showed a new delivery date. I still never received what I ordered & I had to host my event without my order. They also never sent any shipping details or tracking number because they knew they were lying. Then it's a struggle to get your money back. Stay away from this company.

Review: We ordered the [redacted] from Pricewise Favors on 02/06/14, scheduled delivery for 02/21/14, for a mid-March wedding. On 02/24/14, the order did not arrive, so I emailed a ticket for them to check the order; on 02/25/14 this was their response "I am very sorry for the delay. I am having the warehouse look into what happened to the shipment. I am having them reprocess and get me a tracking number ASAP. I will send as soon as I have it. Everything came on time and as requested. Emails were sent with tracking info, which was very helpful. Ordered 60 cookie cutters as gifts for baby shower. They are adorable!

Review: I placed an order with pricewisefavors.com on June 17, 2014 and received an order confirmation notice with an Estimated Arrival Date of June 26, 2014. As of today, July 15, I have not received my order. I sent an email to customer service today and received an auto reply email that said "pricewisefavors.com has closed (permanently) and will no longer be shipping orders. Any outstanding orders in the system at the time of the shutdown are deemed canceled and will not be shipped." An address was given in Thousand Oaks, CA to resolve any refund or financial matter. The 800 phone number has been disconnected and the email stated no further replies will be given via email as there is no staff to reply to emails. My payment of $70.27 was charged to my credit card the same day the order was placed. It seems my only recourse is to try to resolve this "issue" by snail mail with the now-closed, non-staffed company.Desired Settlement: I would like either a $70.27 refund from this company or to have my order shipped as promised.
