Very professional, answered my questions very promptly and kept me informed of my order status. I received my items even quicker than I thought with plenty of time before my party.

Review: I ordered favors from pricewisefavors.com on June 9th, 2014. It gave me the time Estimated arrival date was June 13, 2014. On June 13, 2014 I got email from customer service saying:"the warehouse has caught a glitch in their system and it was discovered your order had a shipped status but no tracking number! I am very sorry for this. I am emailing to see if you still want the item or if you need cancel. When is your event? I am very sorry for this! Kindest Regards, [redacted] Owner". On June 14th, 2014 I have sent another email saying yes I still want the order. June 16th I received email saying thank you for getting back to us and conforming my address. On June 23rd I received the email saying Pricewisefavors.com has closed and saying If you have unsolved matter please forward your request in writing to: Pricewisefavors.com, PO Box 2050, Thousand Oaks, CA 91358. I sent the letter on June 23, 2014 to above address for refund, till now I did not get any answer or response.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded in full and the company should be responsible to pay back to the customer. Additionally the company should be investigated. In this matter seems to a bit fraudulent. Its been long time they did not response to me at all. The party favor for my Baby Shower, I ordered did not get and what a disappointment :(

Review: Yes I received an order back in June for wedding favors. Order #91531 which has already been paid for. After opening the box, I discovered that ten of the favors are broken. I haved tried to reach the business, but they have gone out of business.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund to compensate for some of the damaged favors.

Review: This place has to be a fraud., I placed an order on the 11th of May which was placed over the weekend. I am getting married in a couple of months, and we purchased luggage tags through this company. I made a follow call the next morning which I sat on the phone for 15 minutes and then got sent to an automated phone system where they took my message and said they would call back, which they did not. The next day I called again and got someone I asked if my purchase would be to me when it said on the Status which was the 19th, they said yes it would. I asked if I could have tracking to confirm and they said no need. A couple days later I called again because on the order status it still said processing which meant I wouldn't have it in time and the date they assured me. I called and waited another 15 minutes with the process as last, this time the same person I spoke to last time called me back, I asked was he sure I would get this item on the date shown because it still said processing, he said yes for sure it would be there. On the 19th I called to see if I could track package to see time it would arrive that day, they no longer take phone calls and said you may email them. What type of company stops taking calls and has no way to be reached. I of course sent an email requesting my tracking, I of course got no email, the date promised came and went and no package. I contacted them via email again and someone wrote back I would have a tracking in 24-48 hours and that was it, So no package, no tracking, one lie after another, horrible company, horrible customer service, I hope this doens't turn into fraud, These people need to be stopped.Desired Settlement: Refund of my total amount paid

We are very sorry for the delay on the order. There are only two possible solutions at this point. 1. The customer keeps the shipment and this complaint is closed or 2. She refuses delivery and we issue a 100% refund. We provide Estimated delivery dates, not guaranteed delivery dates as we work with third party fulfillment warehouses. We are working through some issues now to avoid delays.

I am rejecting this response because:

They are mentioning two options, one of them being to return the item. I don't have the item they requested it be sent back I have copies of the UPS tracking stating it was requested to return to sender, so that leaves me with my other only option which is a full refund which is what I have been asking for, The owner contacted me and I thought we agreed on that as I have copies of those emails. I want a refund as that is the only option left at this point.

Absolute disaster! I ordered 2 sets of table numbers for my aunt's wedding that will be on October 19th, 2013. I placed my order with pricewise on 9/21/13 and was told that I would have it by October 7th. Well, October 7th came and went with NO SIGN OF MY ORDER!!!! I had to call this company's customer service to ask them where the heck my things were and that the wedding was in a few days. The lady on the phone told me to give her my number and she would call the warehouse to see why they hadn't shipped my order. After waiting 3 hours with no call back from her, I called back again. This time she tells me that at the time I ordered the table numbers, the warehouse no longer had the product in stock!!! WHAT?!?!? I wondered, "how come there was no contact with me to let me know the issue?" Further more, why was the stock of the product not updated on the website??? Needless to say, I was pissed off and will NEVER order from this company again!

Basically, I did not appreciate this company not informing me of the warehouse issue at all. They could have at least called/emailed and told me what was wrong so that I could have had time to order something new in time for the ceremony.

I had such an awesome experience ordering from Pricewise, I really couldn't have asked for more! I ordered favor tins on a Wednesday and received them promptly the following Wednesday, even sooner than I was expecting. Everything was very well packaged and the product was exactly the dimensions given on the site. Pricewise's customer service was also superb. Shortly after I placed my order, I had a question and emailed them, expecting a reply the next day or the day after. To my surprise, I received a reply only about 2 hours later, and as I replied to their emails, I would receive responses within an hour, half an hour, as we went back and forth. I was able to have my question answered and the issue resolved very quickly. The next time I need party supplies or favors, Pricewise is definitely the first place I would turn to.

Review: I had purchased goods from PriceWiseFavors.com over a month before the event date. My bank account was immediately charged. After not receiving the goods by the expected arrival date and not receiving a tracking number, I contacted the business by email and was promised by a customer service agent that the goods would be shipped in a week and a tracking number would be provided. This email exchange occurred twice more and both times I was promised a shipment and tracking number. After the event passed and the goods were never received, I again contacted the company requesting a full refund to which I received this reply:"Pricewisefavors.com has closed (permanently) and will no longer be shipping orders. Any outstanding orders in the system at time of shutdown are deemed cancelled and will not ship. We wish to thank the 50,000+ customers we have had over the last 5+ years.If you have an unresolved matter (refund or other financial matter), please forward your request in writing to: Pricewisefavors.com [redacted] Thousand Oaks, CA 91358Please not that this business is completely closed permanently so there is no staff to reply to emails. Nor further replies can be given via email."It has been one month now since I have contacted the company via US mail and have received no reply.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded in full ($80.15) for the goods purchased.

Review: I ordered a set of keychain vintage key bottle openers from PriceWiseFavors.com. A few days later I looked for the tracking number that they promised and I never received it. So, I requested it. On the website it said that the order was received but I never received a package. When customer service replied to my request, they said that something went wrong in the warehouse and that they were processing the order once more and that they would get a tracking number to me promptly. A week later I never received the tracking number so, naturally, I asked for a refund. Someone named Scott Owner replied and said that they issued a refund to my credit card and that it would take 3-5 business days. I waited 7 days and I received no refund. I wrote to them and said that I would report them to the Revdex.com. Their reply was that they are closing permanently. I would just like my refund of $261.48. Please help me with this issue. These are supposed to be my wedding favors for the guests. I'm just glad I ordered them with months of anticipation.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund issued to my credit card.

Beware! I ordered wedding favors a month ago, never received a confirmation email. Have emailed several times in which always received a reply. On Feb 17th, I emailed again to check status, owner [redacted] sent a reply stating the ware house had confirmed that I would receive the shipment last week via UPS. Emailed again yesterday due to still having no favors, received email stating warehouse failed to inform them that the item was backordered and won't be available til June...can someone please tell me how the shipment was confirmed last week but now is unavailable til June?? I was lucky enough to get a quick refund...I believe that is due to payment with paypal...I don't feel this would have been the case if he had my credit card number directly...

This was my first time ordering from Pricewise and I had to seen the negative reviewed. Part of our order was personalized and we still received everything withing 1 week and without any issues. We love the product (a bookmark souvenir for a first communion). I would order from this company again

Review: Placed an order with the company on May 23rd 2014 in the amount of $123.96. The amount has been debited from my account and now the Pricewisefavors.com website has closed (permanently) and "will no longer be shipping orders". I obviously have not received my order nor my refund. Review: I ordered 250 glass jars to use for my wedding online from this company on 6/16/14. The money was removed from my bank account on 6/18/14. My order confirmation number is 96236. The items were supposed to be delivered on 6/23/14. I tried to contact the company today for information on my order. The website said that the company had closed and it listed the Revdex.com's phone number. I was not notified that the company would be closing and I would like my money refunded.Desired Settlement: I would like my $249.00 refunded to me immediately.

Review: I ordered 200 wedding favours on 10JUN14 and was assured that they would arrive on 23JUN14. I attempted to reach anyone in their office via the phone number provided (800) 511-8513 on 16, 17, 18, 19, 23 of June; no response. Now the number no longer accepts incoming calls and their website proclaims they have shutdown permanently with all orders cancelled. They charged my credit card for the items and never shipped them. Furthermore, they are not issuing a refund either. I have had to contact my credit card in regards to this scam and have had them freeze the charges. I'm writing this in the hopes that anyone planning on dealing with them seriously considers the ramifications of doing so. This appears to be nothing more than a scam operating under the guise of a wedding favor company.Desired Settlement: I would like the $520 CND refunded.

I have attempted to collect a refund since 15 June 14 and I never received the items that I ordered.Desired Settlement: I would like an immediate refund. I requested a refund without any resolution. I never received the items that I order. This company took my money and is now supposedly out of business. This business should be blocked on the internet to prevent anyone else from ordering and being scammed.

I waited a week and did not receive an email that it has shipped. When I sent an email in regards to it shipping, they are telling me it is out of stock until May. Buyer beware!!! If it is too good to be true, it most likely is.

I ordered from this company - after reading some reviews I was very skeptical. But when I had problems, they got back with me the very next day. When my order didn't arrive when they had estimated, I wrote - they wrote back within the next day and apologized and got me the new tracking number. And I made a mistake on the zip code so it was going to be delayed. I wrote to them - they called UPS and fixed right away. They had the best prices and their customer service was great. I would definitely recommend them.

Price wise took good care of my order of favors for a baby shower. After several days of uncertainty that the favors would arrive in time for my baby shower, they answeted my email and expediteated my order.

I have received my order and the shower is still several days away.

Price wise was very understanding and exyremely helpful to get the ordet delivered.

I highly recommend them!!

Representative was friendly and helpful. Received product on time and as ordered. My experience was very pleasant.

Review: I placed an order with price wise favors on May 12, 2014 and I received an email from the company on Firday 16 May stating that there was an error in system as the order is shown as shipped but they have no tracking information. I told them that I still wanted the order and Scott promised that I would receive my order by Thursday 22, May 2014. He said that he would send me the tracking information on Monday 19, May, 2014. However to date I have not received any tracking information and I have not received the order either. I have tried calling and I have sent several emails asking for an update to my order and I have not been able to get any response from the company. I have since asked for a refund of my money ($US291.19). I have sent a request through paypal and also through email asking for a refund and there has been no response to date.Desired Settlement: I would like to obtain a full refund of the money that I paid for items that I have not received. The total amount I paid was $US291.19. Thank you.
