I ordered favors for an upcoming occasion on 6/2/14, as their website appeared forthright and their pricing was the best around. They emailed me 6/6/14 advising that my order was on back order. I then received an email today (6/20) advising that the company is no longer in business and to request any refund in writing, via USPS. My credit card was charged immediately when I purchased the products, but now I have to request a refund in writing? This sounds extremely suspect. I am requesting my refund in writing, but my expectation are extremely low that this will be resolved without further action. There are numerous complaints online about this company and I only wish I would have read about them before becoming entangled with their issues.

researcha nd reach out to the vendor that supplied these merchanise to Pricewise for them to supply me with a replace and since they were not able to get in contact with Price wise because of number being disconnected they sent out replacement for the Letter "J". However there is still item for Letter"O" that has not been replace or refunded. I would like my money back for this item and the shipping and tax cost associated with this. My wedding was on Saturady and this was not acceptable.

I ordered from this company - after reading some reviews I was very skeptical. But when I had problems, they got back with me the very next day. When my order didn't arrive when they had estimated, I wrote - they wrote back within the next day and apologized and got me the new tracking number. And I made a mistake on the zip code so it was going to be delayed. I wrote to them - they called UPS and fixed right away. They had the best prices and their customer service was great. I would definitely recommend them.

I ordered favors and never received them. The company took my money knowing they would not be shipping out the favors. I have sent a letter to the PO Box asking for a refund but I have not heard anything back.

Placed an order with this company on may 21,2014. They took my money immediately and it is now June 17 and still no order received. I have been in contact with a [redacted] Owner and he is telling me he is working on it. He said I was to receive my on June 13th guess what? I did not. I really think I was taken over and want a refund

Excellent customer service via phone and the manager was quick to respond with assistance. They rectified the mistake right away and were prompt/thorough.

I got favors for my sister in laws shower from this site. The items were less expensive than other websites, I was able to easily use Paypal, and they updated me via email from the time I placed my order to the time it was delivered. I was very impressed at how prompt the package arrived. Overall, it was a great experience and would order from them again in the future.

Review: I purchased 200 Tea Cup Tea Lights for my daughters wedding I paid $411.00 to Pricewise Favors for these items. After a delay in delivery and a several emails , I was assured I was getting them. I did not receive the Teacups !I have written to them a couple times but have not received An answer. I was told I would receive my refund but I have not received That either. Can you help ?Thanks !Not happy in Ohio . . .Desired Settlement: $411.96 Refunded to me because I did not receive the items that I purchased from Pricewise Favors.

Review: I ordered 100 stemless wine glasses with silk screened printing for my daughter's wedding. I checked the glasses immediately upon arrival and was satisfied with the quality. Since we were planning on using these glasses for a wedding toast, I removed them from the boxes and washed several dozen of them a week before the wedding. I placed some in the dishwasher and some I was washing by hand. To my utter dismay, the print started washing off of the glasses I was doing by hand, so I immediately stopped the dishwasher and the print was coming off of those as well, Out of 54 glasses that I washed, only 18 did not lose the printing. The store owner told me nothing could be done because their policy states you have to inform them of defects within 10 days. I did inspect the glasses immediately, but there was no notice that I should wash them to see if the print remained. It is unreasonable to expect the customer to wash the glasses immediately when the event is still months away. Thank you for your assistance.Desired Settlement: I understand that there was not enough time to replace the glasses, so I felt that I should be able to return them for a refund. Image shows what glasses originally looked like when I got them, and an example of various levels of deterioration after washing them.

Even though this is way past the return/damages time window we asked the customer to send pictures (through email more than once). She has yet to reply. If customer gets photos to us in next week we can work on a credit with the shipping warehouse.

Good communication, super fast delivery! Several sites offer this item, but I found the best price here! What a bargain! I've only inspected one frame (out of an order of 125) so I can't speak to the quality of the entire shipment, but so far so good!

Review: I placed an order for some bridal shower favors on June 6, 2014 with the event date being June 19, 2014. Estimated arrival date was June 11, 2014. My credit card was charged the full amount. Nothing had arrived as of June 18, 2014. I emailed the customer service department four times requesting either tracking number information or a refund for the items purchased. There was no response to any of the emails until I finally got a response on Friday, June 20, 2014 notifying me that the company had closed permanently. For a refund or other financial matters I am to send a letter to a P.O. Box in Thousand Oaks, CA. I find it hard to believe that this company and it's owner [redacted] did not know it was on the verge of closing. Meanwhile, they continued to take orders and money for the orders while having no intention of fulfilling the orders. That's criminal and fraudulent if you ask me.Desired Settlement: I would like my charge card to receive a credit for the items purchased.

Review: I placed an order online with pricewisefavors.com on May 31, 2014 for 248.53 order #95151 for printed glasses for a wedding. The expected delivery date was june 14, 2014. I used a debit card and they put the fee through. (I have copies of transaction from bank) on June 14, 2014 I tried to go to the web site to see where my purchase was and the web site was no longer in exsistance. I recieved no email from them telling me anything about my order or if they were reimbursing me for my purchase.I have since sent them a letter requesting they return my money, I got no response. I need to know how this company is planning on reimbusing me. What is my next step? I have all documents in regards to this purchase and proof of payment. Please let me know how to proceed. Great product. Reasonable shipping. Will definitely be buying from again!

I was very happy with the speed of delivery though I hate to say that was all I was happy with. The product was not exactly the quality I was looking for. The shipping costs were outrageous because I only purchased 2 items at $.57 each and the shipping costs were $9+. In my opinion..if you have the opportunity for a large purchase and a customer only wants a sample to see what the product looks like, should you want the big order you would be gracious enough to give an appropriate shipping cost.

Bought favors from this company in November. Did not get a confirmation email or anything. I contact the email on paypal and no reply. Following week I call them and then they finally send me a confirmation email. On the email it says expected delivery, Dec 6. Come Dec 6 no package. I call them after a few days and they say they are looking into it. Next week later still nothing. I email them asking them what's the status and the owner emails me and says he's sorry but they don't know where the package and are looking into it. How do they not know where my order is?! So far it's about 2 weeks after the delivery date. I told them that they need to start getting me my package. The owner does not reply back. I call customer service again the next few days and he tells me that he will call me back the same day. He does and finally is able to get the package sent. Mind you, they did not expedite the shipping which they should have since it is more than 3 weeks past the due date and offered no compensation for my wasted time and inconvenience, not even a stupid 10% discount or coupon. Awful experience! Finally, I get my package and guess what? It is missing 4 pieces!!!!!! I have to call customer service again and they said that they "forgot" to send the smaller package with the larger 96 piece package. Really? They expect me to think that they originally had intended to send 2 packages, 1 of 96 and 1 of 4? I don't think so. Anyways, I tell them that their customer service is horrible and that they should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY if you expect to get your shipment without a dozen phone calls and emails.

The owner does not resolve issues in a timely manner. I am very disappointed about when they time their deliveries. The owner does not have good controls over shipments and I am in shock that the order needed to e "reprocessed" although they already confirmed my order was received and even charged me. I do not trust this company's management.
