I bought several coupons from amazon local to use with printerpix for Christmas gifts (guaranteed delivery by Xmas)days before Xmas they send me an email saying they can't get the materials to make my products and I should make other plans for Xmas- but no offer of refund(In the mean time I'm still getting email deals promoting the same products they don't have!)One product showed up to my niece about days after- Very good quality they saidA week later, the other package arrived with someone else's photo creation in itI sent it back and sent an email- no responseAfter a week I Called them (put on hold for at least half an hour) and they agreed to reprint and send my packageThey said it would be here in daysIt will be the end of February before I can give my father part of his Christmas gift

On four previous occasions, I have ordered products from Printerpix and been very impressed with the quality of the photo books, print, and mug ordered as well as the time between placing the order and receiving the productThis was always well under the days stated, until now
I ordered a mounted photo print on August 12th for my brother's birthday in mid-SeptemberI used a sale code on the site, but no vouchersEverything went through, I received a confirmation email and was confident the poster print would get to my brother
My brother's birthday got closer and I emailed customer service, receiving nothing by an automated reply
After the third email, my husband phoned customer service and was told there were production delays and it would dispatch on September 15thThat day has come and goneThe status bar on the website today (Sept 24th) says my order is "being prepared for production" and all emails to customer service simply generate an automated reply
I guess I will just keep waiting, and so will my brotherWhat makes it worse is he works overseas as a diplomat, so there is an additional week delay on anything maied to him! Maybe it will arrive in time for Christmas, but I'm not hopeful
I regret ever recommending Printerpix to friends and family and will not be doing business with them again

I found printerpix through GrouponI decided to try getting a photo on metal to see how it lookedI even ordered a secondI have to say I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my purchase and have just begun my second purchase with themI have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone

TERRIBLE experienceIf I could give no stars I wouldI placed orders at the same time prior to Christmas- then right before Christmas received a weird email about some sort of strike and a coupon to use towards my next purchase telling me that due to the strike I probably would not receive my order prior to ChristmasWell, the first of the orders (again, placed at the same time), finally came right before new years (it took about weeks)Not so badHere's the kicker- NO information on my 2nd order! So I emailed the company trying to track down a tracking number or some indication of the status of my orderNO responseI gave it a week, then called customer serviceTook about mins of hold time to get someone on the phone and then they were incredibly rude and unapologetic about what was going onNot only that they could not tell me anything about why I had yet to receive my order OR when I would get itThey just said that "hopefully I would receive it soon." more weeks go by, STILL nothingI call againAnother or so minute wait time, and ANOTHER very rude personThis person was also unapologetic and unable to tell me when I would receive my order or if I even would at this pointApparently stars aligned though and almost TWO months after placing my order did my 2nd order finally arrive
Needless to say, this is NO way to do businessI would run far awayThe groupon or living social is not worth the headache especially considering that they charge an outrageous shipping fee PER ITEM
They did not earn repeat business with me and I would highly encourage anyone considering them for business to go anywhere else to get what you need

Please, do NOT order from this company!!!! I've never posted a negative review it's usually not worth my time, but this company ruined a very special gift for my parents anniversary It took over three months to receive the order that was supposed to be done in two weeks I wasn't responded to via email I waited on hold for over an hour on several occasions I was hung up on I've never experienced anything like this before Horrible company do not give them your money!

I got a Groupon to use with printerpix and I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, however, I have to say that my experience with printerpix has been nothing be positive and professionalI received my order promptly and t was exactly what I wanted

Ordered product on 11/22/2018 its now 1/11/2019 been assured by multiple support personnel was being dispatched, still hasnt.
Ordered metal prints from vendor on november 22nd of last year 2018, I also placed 3 other orders that same night (all of which have been delivered for over a month now), one order has been stuck on production finished awaiting dispatch from warehouse since the first week in december, I have called phone support, used their chat support numerous times on each, and hav attached chat transcripts of their support technicians assuringme the issue was being escalated and resolved, that I only needed to wait a week or two, Ive gone through this same cycle three times now every two weeks.
I speak with a supervisor who assures me it is being remade, but the last time I was assured that was december 27th, they print and ship orders within 2 weeks, theres no excuse or reason that this should be taking this long.
They also claimed to have "started an investigation into a refund" when I demanded my money back after still receiving no product, employees were extremely unhelpful, kept promising things with absolutely no follow through.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking the products that I ordered 6 weeks ago on november 22nd, the prints that I was assured have been in production/completed numerous times now without them ever leaving the warehouse to be shipped to me, and I would love for the business itself to take some sort of negative hit for this, a negative on printerpix's record showing a very unsatisfied customer.

I placed the orders above and paid for the products plus an additional $69.96 in shipping charges. The delivery timeframe from their website states
" Our suggested time frame to dispatch an order is 5 business days, although we can have it shipped out much sooner! Delivery will depend on the shipping method selected at the time of placing the order, which could be anything between 1 and 8 business days"

According to this time frame I should have had my delivery by 12/19/18 in time for a planned departure of 12/21/18 for Christmas. Their website shows the progress of each order and when it appeared they were not being processed I made numerous phone calls and emails. When I was able to get through to them by phone I was assured that they would be to me within the stated timeframe. Responses to my emails were "canned" as if they did not read them.

All of the items arrived after my departure date, which meant I was unable to bring the gifts and once I returned home I had to pay shipping to send them all to their destinations.

I have reached out to the company and asked for a refund of shipping charges and again received a canned response.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of $69.96 in shipping charges. #*** $39.99 #*** $9.99 #*** $9.99 #*** $9.99

Yes, the response is acceptable if the amount they agreed to refund is credited back to my account.

Do NOT order anything from this company
I bought a Groupon for a photo book with them I purchased the photo book in late October, It is now December 19th, and they have yet to even ship the order
The photo book was only $and after looking at the website, it appeared to be a good deal However, once you checkout, you find out that it could take up to days (or a great deal longer, apparently) for them to process your order, then it can take up to days to ship with standard shipping That's weeks This photo book was a gift that I needed to give within weeks, so I paid $extra in shipping costs to make sure that I had it on time
Unfortunately, the event that the gift was purchased for has come and gone and my order has yet to arrive After being on hold for over minutes, PrinterPix reps promised me a refund on my shipping costs in early November (which I have yet to receive) and then told me that they would send me my product immediately
I still don't have the photo book or the refund Do not trust this company My only consolation is that a company with customer service and follow through this poor will surely go out of business However, I feel compelled to speed that process up as much as I am able
Spend the extra $ and purchase your photo gift from a reputable, quality site like Snapfish or Shutterfly They deserve your business far more than PrinterPix

No response in weeks to refund request
I ordered a 4pk custom mug set from them and not only did they send me a single defective mug (an image was supposed to come up when you put hot water in the mug); they also only sent me 1 mug.

I have sent 2 emails now with no response about getting a refund for broken / insufficient products.

Desired Outcome

I paid $25 through *** for the 4pk of mugs, and I paid $25 for shipping, I need to be refunded $50 total

I purchased an Amazon Local Deal for my Mother in Law for ChristmasI guess I should have read the reviews before I purchasedI have dealt with other companies and have had great service and productsI am very disheartened by dealings with this companyI called and got nothing but excusesI got an email from someone in sales and all they had were excusesFunny thing is that their excuses were totally differentI replied to the email and as of this time I have still not heard back from themIt is Christmas Eve and still nothing
I sent the following response to their sales dept.:
While I appreciate your email, it does not change the fact that I have no gift for ChristmasI do not have the means or opportunity for another giftMy frustration lies with your companies lack of concern when I reached out prior to the cut off date and after with an email because I could not find the place to put my promotional code I had received from AmazonI bought this item in good faith that I would have it in time for ChristmasI have used other sites where my product was delivered within a week of submitting my orderThese companies are highly rated and handle a huge volume of businessThere are no excuses I will acceptThe first from your phone consultant...We receive over 6,customer service emails a dayI don't care about that, you should have persons that work diligently to answer the emailsIf the email had been answered then perhaps we would not be exchanging these emailsThe other excuse was...We did not expect this many orders and were not preparedIf your company was not prepared to fill these orders, then perhaps you should have not sold the promotional coupon on Amazon's websiteNow your excuses...it's because of strikes at the ports in LAReally this is no way to handle a situation with an unhappy customer

I ordered a canvas from Printerpix on Dec 20 2018 It is now Jan 10 2019 and I haven't recieved it.
I ordered a canvas from printerpix on 12-20-18 and still have not received it. I called customer service on Jan 10 2019 to see what the status was on it and was put on hold so that he could look at the status after being on hold for 5 minutes I hung up and called back. The same guy answered and I told him that I had just called and was put on hold this time he stayed on the line took my order # which is *** and proceeded to tell me that the order was ready to ship they were just waiting for
a shipping order. This made no since to me.So I looked up to see if there had been compaints on this company and sadly there were tons. I ordered a 16X12 photo canvas for 20.97 including tax. The order # is ***. The product code is
Canvas_F18_16X12 Product Type is Platinum Canvas I
used my *** card to pay for it.

Desired Outcome

I would like the Revdex.com to contact the company and have them deliver the canvas I ordered.

They have yet to fulfill an order I had placed on 11/25/2018, after several emails, phone calls and promises that it would be shipped in 4 to 5 business days there is nothing. I used *** so I will just have to cancel, they refuse to respond.

No one can tell me where my order actually is. They justkeep saying that it will be shipped as soon as possible. I do not like that they have my daughters picture. It scares me. It was supposed to be a Christmas present and I still have yet to receive it. The tracking has not moved. I was told I would get a tracking number on 1/8/19. I have yet to receive it.

I purchased three Printerpix items and two did not show and arrived severely damagedWhen I called the toll-free number I was connected to someone not in the USWhen I asked to speak to someone in the US, I was told that was NOT possible
I was told regarding the lost items I needed to do the legwork myself to locate the missing shipments through the USPS, mind you they were not sent via USPSSo, the USPS will not take claimThe item that was damaged I sent the photographs of the damaged items including bent photos and the photo arrived in the wrong size - it should've been 11Xjust like my *** stated (which the person on the phone confirmed) but for some reason I was sent 10x
I paid three individual shipping costs because there is not a single shipping rate for three items and I had prepaid vouchers for my itemsI just want the items I paid for10xpics and 11xpic!
No one at PrinterPix wants to helpVery Frustrating and did not like being blamed for THEIR error

It took over hours to download my photos to their website during which I "saved" my project many times The next day my pictures were gone I called Printerpix and was told I'd have to start over So I did
I downloaded my photos in small portions The first thing you do is pick your book size and pages By the time my photos were downloaded, the book was somehow changed, not by me
I called Printerpix again and the gentleman walked me through changing the book back After that he went over a couple "how to's" During this time I watched the amount of pages for my book change from to I told him and he told me, "It'll be alright, juts add pages He then told me how to add pages
I finished making my book and went to check out I could not use my groupon and I was supposed to pay $ I placed another call and the female was not helpful, just repeatedly telling me to start over and there were no supervisors for me to talk with I finally told her I was done with the call and hung up I called back hoping to get the same guy I had for the second call I did not get the same guy, but this guy told me that it was a problem with their website and he apologized for the other person I spoke with (which I had not told him about) and the situation Unfortunately, I needed to return to work as my lunch time ended There was not been a solution provided for me and I sought a groupon refund Unfortunately I have over hours invested in the forementioned book My time is very valuable so this is unacceptable outcome My suggestion to all....DO NOT EVEN START A PROJECT WITH THIS COMPANY TURN AND GO DEAL WITH ONE OF THE MANY OTHERS THERE'S GOOD REASON THE HAVE AN "F" RATING

I placed an order with this company on 12/5/18 and still have not received my merchandised. I've contacted this firm by email, phone and chat.
I placed two orders with this firm on 12/5/18. According to the status online mynmerchandise has been at 50% for 3 1/2 weeks. My function has passed and I had no gifts. My order is for 14 custom mugs and yet they had no problem collecting monies for this merchandise to $99 dollars for the shipping.

I've called, emailed and chatted and continuously receive the run around. I've taken screen shots of the communications that took place in writing I.e. by chat and email.

This firm did ship my order and provided me 30% off the shipping. Though I feel that total shipment should have been reimbursed.There were 2 broken mugs and one mug wasn't printed at all. I've sent an complaint in on line. They have responded to the email and asked for the pictures I utilized on the previous order. I provided the pictures.

Products were ordered on 12/7/18, with stated cut-off of roughly 12/12/18 for Christmas delivery. Still do not haven't - expected 1/14/19.
Two custom photo mugs were ordered on 12/7/18, way ahead of Christmas Order cut-off date. Order number is ***. Did not receive gifts in time for Christmas. Mugs are showing as shipped with a estimated arrival date of 1/14/19. Recipients for mugs/gifts will no longer be in my vicinity and I will have to pay to ship them their gifts. Would not have ordered if not led to believe I would have product in time for Christmas.

Desired Outcome

Refund plus reimbursement for cost of shipping gifts to two people.
