Are not responding to my emails about why there is no progress on my order
Placed an order on Dec 4th. Since Dec 7th my account only shows order 50% done. On Dec 9th there web page said there system was down and that issue would be resolved by the next day. It has had the same message all week and my order shows no progress. I have sent 2 emails this past week asking about what is happening with my order. They have not emailed me back. I wanted the items for Christmas and am not sure I will get them.

I ordered from *** 10 Mugs. Order was placed on 11/25/18. There is still no shipment, when I checked 12/17/18 - one person told me the order was not started. The next person told me it was in final stages of production. My order number was *** . I decided I wanted to cancel since it will miss Christmas for delivery. They want to change for me that rather than refund me for this horrible service. Their 888 number often just hangs up on you so you can't get through to them. I paid $35 for*** then $49.99 for the shipping. Still no product or an estimation of when the order will be filled.

I either want a complete refund (*** and shipping I paid them), or if they do complete the order a discount on shipping, or them to pay for the items to be delivered by Friday, December 21. If I don't have the items by the 21st I don't need them.

I wish to be refunded my shipping costs for products not sent in the amounts that I ordered. Instead, Printerpix has waited almost 2 months to respond to my requests. When they finally responded, they asked me to place my order again, once for $19.97 shipping for Holiday cards and then again for $9.99 shipping for Holiday cards. Why would I want to use their system again that only sent me 1 individual card? Holidays are over. They are ripping customers off by charging outrageous shipping costs and not fulfilling orders in the amounts requested.

I ordered these items for the Christmas holiday in well enough time for them to be delivered in a timely manner and I am still waiting on these items.

If I could give this company 0 stars I could. Unbelievable and horrible customer service. I can't honestly understand how the company could still be in in business.
I have attempted contacting the company multiple times in multiple ways and have received absolutely no help in correcting issues that are THEIR fault!!!!
I ordered 10 books through a *** deal and when received, the printer only printed half a photo in all 10 books. When contacting customer service I was told to send an email with a photo of the error to customer service, which I did. Its been 2 weeks with no response. Now when contacting customer service via telephone, I wait for half an hour on hold and then the call drops with nothing. I attempted their live chat and every few minutes I go from 18 in the queue to 25 and then back with no response. I attempt to email their contact us box and I get a response stating that the box is full and not accepting messages.

I have tried several times to contact printer via phone and email, finally got into contact with Syid today and he said it was an error on my part and wanted me to pay for shipping again. I have already paid shipping once 4.99 for 1 card .They told me it was my error because they only sent me 1 card and that I would have to pay the shipping again to receive he rest of my cards. Also no one ever answers the phones, I called twice only to be put on hold for 40 minutes each time before hanging up. They have a great product but the service is awful and they do not honor their own business.

I have dealt with this company off and on for several years. Every time I swear I will not deal with them again,but after a while a good buy comes up and I try them again. This year I ordered a personalized item on November 13th for Christmas, giving them plenty of time. As of today, December 14th it still shows the item in production and when I call or go to the support desk I am told the item is completed and just waiting to ship. I have asked for a manager and I am told they will call back and don't. From now on even if they are giving away an item I will not purchase from them.

I placed an order November 15th. it is now December 12th and I do not have a tracking number on my item and I can't get any help from customer service
on November 15th I purchased 2 custom blankets, that according to their website would take 5 days to produce. when I checked the status of the blankets 5 days later it said they were halfway through. I called the customer service department and was told it is in its last stages of production and would be shipped shortly. I waited a few days and still never received a shipping number. I called again and got the same exact response. after calling and chatting online with the customer service department someone finally tells me they had to reproduce the blankets. at this time, I was already at 9 days or so. I have literally talked to this company via email, phone, direct message and on chat and every single time I talk to them they tell me they are going to escalate the matter it is in its final stages of production we will get it to you asap and rush the shipping. it has almost been a month and I can not get a straight answer on what the issue is. they are literally reading me a script that they tell every customer that has an issue. I do not believe anyone is really looking into my purchase and I can never talk to anyone over the supervisor. the whole customer service department is in India but the company is in the United States and I can never speak to anyone that has even seen or touched my product or has any real knowledge of what is going on or can actually fix my issue.

I need my products along with a shipping refund.
I placed my order with Printerpix on November 24th and was charged $40 for shipping. The website stated that average shipping time would be 12 days. I have had the worst customer service experience of my life using Printerpix for a simple order of 4 photo books.
The order was placed 2 months ago, I ordered 4 of the exact same book for Christmas gifts, they were photos of a family trip. Each time I inquire with printerpix via phone, email or live-chat I am told, I am so sorry for the delay, we will expedite your request now and it will go out within the week. They have never been shipped. When I ordered early October they quoted a 10 business day turn around for gifts. Plenty of time for Christmas, now we are a few weeks out and I seriously doubt I will ever receive the books after the way they have treated me.
When I first would call, I would get the same spiel, Now when I call, I give my order number and they miraculously drop the call, I will call right back and the same thing, I provide my order # to the representative, they say "let me pull that up" and the call disconnects.
Now when I email, I get no response.. Live chat doesn't do anything as the representative says they will expedite and end the chat.
This has been the most ridiculous experience I have had. If I ever get my books it will be a complete miracle.

Printerpix does produce quality work, but are very hard to communicate with. After two months of communication someone did come through and we did get the second item that we ordered. I believe that the Revdex.com helped a great deal in obtaining our purchase. Thank you for your service. You do a great job for American consumers.
Still in Production 31 days later
I used *** for a personalized blanket for 19.99(using my personal debit card). I redeem the code, after finalizing the blanket I then get charged another 19.99(using my personal debit card) for shipping. I received my confirmation(11/10/18 11:10:09am) that the order(#***) has been placed. I would check my email regularly for a product sent email but never received one. Finally on Dec 1st 2018, I started calling customer service on a regular basis to find out why the email says that the blanket is still in production. I would get the same response that the Customer Service Agent and their Supervisor would get on the production team and expedite the blanket and also give me next day air for my inconvenience. Well I have waited until 12/11/18 to finally cancel my order. Then to be told I will not receive my 19.99 back because it has been past a certain date and that I would actually have to pay a cancellation fee but since I paid the 19.99 for shipping that they would take that off the $30 cancellation fee. I demanded to talk to a supervisor and was put on hold for over 10mins. When the Customer Service Agent got back on the phone he said his supervisor is busy and that he looked over my complaint and that he would refund the 19.99 for the shipping. But not to expect it for 7-10 business days. The gentleman that help me was Sam D.

I appreciate their response, now only if they would have followed through with it all.
It says in the response I would receive my refund of 19.99 in 2 to 3 business days from 12/15/18. I did not receive my refund until 12/21/18.
Then when I received my blanket the quality of materiel is not as advertised and the writing on the bottom of the blanket was spelled backwards (like they wrote it in a mirror)

Never fot any replacement order! I received part of my order late Dec, then had to complain for the other part delivered last week. And it arrived broken. Terrible business. Will never use again.
I purchased 4 mugs. One arrived broken and customer service will not resolve.
I purchased for mugs for $60 including shipping. One arrived broken. I have contacted the vendor through email, phone and live chat. They keep referring me to open a ticket, yet they don't resolve. I have spent over 3 hours trying to contact. The csr center is in India and although polite, they don't resolve.
Desired Outcome
A replacement of my broken product by Christmas or a refund.

Ordered a blanket and never received
Ordered a custom blanket for my daughter as a Christmas gift on November 18th. Was told it would ship within 7-15 days. Here it is a month later and nothing. I have called several times saying that it looks like my item is done and it is preparing to ship, also have tried the Live Chat and been told that it was being sent to the supervisor to make sure my item is sent out right away. Still on their website it says that my product is only 50% complete and no shipping date set. It's almost Christmas and the item that I bought for my daughter to go to college with is no where to be found. I want what I ordered, I can not afford to go and get something else. Thank you very much! I did receive my package after Christmas and my daughter was very pleased, was not the size I was expecting from the picture but looking back at the description that was my fault for not reading the fine print.
I ordered product on line 11/1, have not recieved as of 12/17, sent several emails to business, no response, phone # doesn't go thru.

Are not responding to my emails about why there is no progress on my order
Placed an order on Dec 4th. Since Dec 7th my account only shows order 50% done. On Dec 9th there web page said there system was down and that issue would be resolved by the next day. It has had the same message all week and my order shows no progress. I have sent 2 emails this past week asking about what is happening with my order. They have not emailed me back. I ordered from *** 10 Mugs. Order was placed on 11/25/18. There is still no shipment, when I checked 12/17/18 - one person told me the order was not started. The next person told me it was in final stages of production. My order number was *** . I decided I wanted to cancel since it will miss Christmas for delivery. They want to change for me that rather than refund me for this horrible service. Their 888 number often just hangs up on you so you can't get through to them. I paid $35 for*** then $49.99 for the shipping. Still no product or an estimation of when the order will be filled.
I either want a complete refund (*** and shipping I paid them), or if they do complete the order a discount on shipping, or them to pay for the items to be delivered by Friday, December 21. If I don't have the items by the 21st I don't need them.

Why would I want to use their system again that only sent me 1 individual card? Holidays are over. They are ripping customers off by charging outrageous shipping costs and not fulfilling orders in the amounts requested.

I have also called and have waited on hold for more than 45 minutes with no answer, on the live chat option on this companies website representatives will not give you any information. It will connect but there is never a service rep on the other side. I have been told my blankets were in the last stages of production and they have been that way since the day I ordered them. After checking for any shipping information I see that one of the two blankets I have ordered has been taken off of my tracker and my order form so I have paid for these items for them to disappear and to never be shipped. I ordered these items for the Christmas holiday in well enough time for them to be delivered in a timely manner and I am still waiting on these items.
I would prefer for a total refund and or my items to be delivered ASAP.

If I could give this company 0 stars I could. Unbelievable and horrible customer service. I can't honestly understand how the company could still be in in business.
I have attempted contacting the company multiple times in multiple ways and have received absolutely no help in correcting issues that are THEIR fault!!!!
I ordered 10 books through a *** deal and when received, the printer only printed half a photo in all 10 books. When contacting customer service I was told to send an email with a photo of the error to customer service, which I did. Its been 2 weeks with no response. Now when contacting customer service via telephone, I wait for half an hour on hold and then the call drops with nothing. I attempted their live chat and every few minutes I go from 18 in the queue to 25 and then back with no response. I attempt to email their contact us box and I get a response stating that the box is full and not accepting messages.

I have placed an order using a *** and paid for shipping, I then only received 1 out of 25 cards. I have tried several times to contact printer via phone and email, finally got into contact with Syid today and he said it was an error on my part and wanted me to pay for shipping again. I have already paid shipping once 4.99 for 1 card .They told me it was my error because they only sent me 1 card and that I would have to pay the shipping again to receive he rest of my cards. Also no one ever answers the phones, I called twice only to be put on hold for 40 minutes each time before hanging up. They have a great product but the service is awful and they do not honor their own business.

I have dealt with this company off and on for several years. Every time I swear I will not deal with them again,but after a while a good buy comes up and I try them again. This year I ordered a personalized item on November 13th for Christmas, giving them plenty of time. As of today, December 14th it still shows the item in production and when I call or go to the support desk I am told the item is completed and just waiting to ship. I have asked for a manager and I am told they will call back and don't. From now on even if they are giving away an item I will not purchase from them.

I placed an order November 15th. it is now December 12th and I do not have a tracking number on my item and I can't get any help from customer service
on November 15th I purchased 2 custom blankets, that according to their website would take 5 days to produce. when I checked the status of the blankets 5 days later it said they were halfway through. I called the customer service department and was told it is in its last stages of production and would be shipped shortly. I waited a few days and still never received a shipping number. I called again and got the same exact response. after calling and chatting online with the customer service department someone finally tells me they had to reproduce the blankets. at this time, I was already at 9 days or so. I have literally talked to this company via email, phone, direct message and on chat and every single time I talk to them they tell me they are going to escalate the matter it is in its final stages of production we will get it to you asap and rush the shipping. it has almost been a month and I can not get a straight answer on what the issue is. they are literally reading me a script that they tell every customer that has an issue. I do not believe anyone is really looking into my purchase and I can never talk to anyone over the supervisor. the whole customer service department is in India but the company is in the United States and I can never speak to anyone that has even seen or touched my product or has any real knowledge of what is going on or can actually fix my issue.
i want my product that i paid for ASAP. i want a tracking number and the fastest delivery possible. i want to talk to someone in charge that is not in a whole other country that actually knows what is going on with my order.

I need my products along with a shipping refund.
I placed my order with Printerpix on November 24th and was charged $40 for shipping. The website stated that average shipping time would be 12 days. It's now December 12th and I cannot get an answer except that my product is in the last stage of production. I was given the exact same answer 9 days ago on December 3rd. I have had the worst customer service experience of my life using Printerpix for a simple order of 4 photo books.
The order was placed 2 months ago, I ordered 4 of the exact same book for Christmas gifts, they were photos of a family trip. Each time I inquire with printerpix via phone, email or live-chat I am told, I am so sorry for the delay, we will expedite your request now and it will go out within the week. They have never been shipped. When I ordered early October they quoted a 10 business day turn around for gifts. Plenty of time for Christmas, now we are a few weeks out and I seriously doubt I will ever receive the books after the way they have treated me.
When I first would call, I would get the same spiel, Now when I call, I give my order number and they miraculously drop the call, I will call right back and the same thing, I provide my order # to the representative, they say "let me pull that up" and the call disconnects.
Now when I email, I get no response.. Live chat doesn't do anything as the representative says they will expedite and end the chat.
This has been the most ridiculous experience I have had. If I ever get my books it will be a complete miracle.

I wanted two identical prints. I paid the shipping for the 2 prints. We received only one
We ordered the prints in mid October 23. The package was on Oct. 27, 2018. It contained only one print. I emailed the support line in early Nov. and got anonymous support until Nov.5, I got George S who said he would send it if I paid the postage. I agreed and he was supposed to send me a link. Somehow when I tried to reach him for the link, I could not. The next support came from Ana. She said place the order and recreate the project, notify her and she would take care of it. I did so. Wrote three times to tell her it was done

Printerpix does produce quality work, but are very hard to communicate with. After two months of communication someone did come through and we did get the second item that we ordered. I believe that the Revdex.com helped a great deal in obtaining our purchase. Thank you for your service. You do a great job for American consumers.
Still in Production 31 days later
I used *** for a personalized blanket for 19.99(using my personal debit card). I redeem the code, after finalizing the blanket I then get charged another 19.99(using my personal debit card) for shipping. I received my confirmation(11/10/18 11:10:09am) that the order(#***) has been placed. I would check my email regularly for a product sent email but never received one. Finally on Dec 1st 2018, I started calling customer service on a regular basis to find out why the email says that the blanket is still in production. I would get the same response that the Customer Service Agent and their Supervisor would get on the production team and expedite the blanket and also give me next day air for my inconvenience. Well I have waited until 12/11/18 to finally cancel my order. Then to be told I will not receive my 19.99 back because it has been past a certain date and that I would actually have to pay a cancellation fee but since I paid the 19.99 for shipping that they would take that off the $30 cancellation fee. I demanded to talk to a supervisor and was put on hold for over 10mins. When the Customer Service Agent got back on the phone he said his supervisor is busy and that he looked over my complaint and that he would refund the 19.99 for the shipping. But not to expect it for 7-10 business days. The gentleman that help me was Sam D.
I would love to see my product shipped to me for no cost after 31 day of waiting to be even produced.

I appreciate their response, now only if they would have followed through with it all.
It says in the response I would receive my refund of 19.99 in 2 to 3 business days from 12/15/18. I did not receive my refund until 12/21/18.
Then when I received my blanket the quality of materiel is not as advertised and the writing on the bottom of the blanket was spelled backwards (like they wrote it in a mirror)

Never fot any replacement order! I received part of my order late Dec, then had to complain for the other part delivered last week. And it arrived broken. Terrible business. Will never use again.
I purchased 4 mugs. One arrived broken and customer service will not resolve.
I purchased for mugs for $60 including shipping. One arrived broken. I have contacted the vendor through email, phone and live chat. They keep referring me to open a ticket, yet they don't resolve. I have spent over 3 hours trying to contact. The csr center is in India and although polite, they don't resolve.
A replacement of my broken product by Christmas or a refund.

Ordered a blanket and never received
Ordered a custom blanket for my daughter as a Christmas gift on November 18th. Was told it would ship within 7-15 days. Here it is a month later and nothing. I have called several times saying that it looks like my item is done and it is preparing to ship, also have tried the Live Chat and been told that it was being sent to the supervisor to make sure my item is sent out right away. Still on their website it says that my product is only 50% complete and no shipping date set. It's almost Christmas and the item that I bought for my daughter to go to college with is no where to be found. I want what I ordered, I can not afford to go and get something else.
