Items were not delivered by date promised. Hefty delivery charges for items as well.
I ordered from Printerpix on December 5th, 2018. I had two separate orders and the website specifically said to order by December 12th with standard delivery to ensure delivery by Christmas. I paid 29.99 and 25.99 for each orders delivery. Customer service has told me that they had up to 14 business days to process, make and ship order. Offered no refunds for delivery as the picture above on the website clearly says to order by December 12th for standard delivery. Shipping charges should be refunded, in my opinion.

Desired Outcome

I think I should be given the shipping costs back since they were so hefty and the company didn't hold up their end of things. They shouldn't state that an item will be delivered by a certain date if they can't hold up their end of the bargain.

You are correct, I received the order *** on 12/24/18. But the order *** was notcorrectly delivered which was for 2 blankets. I did receive two blankets. But the blanket I received on 1/2 was incorrect as it wasnt mine. The one I received on 1/4 was correct. I called 3 times on 1/4, I emailed pictures and was given a new order number for the blanket I did not receive. *** has not been received. So, yes I would like a refund for delivery charges but I still do not have my whole order.

I just received the email that my order has been shipped. I am still waiting on the refunded delivery charge of 25.99. It is 2/1/19 and the company stated I would receive this in 2 to 5 business days.

Product Quality is Poor and PrinterPix stopped responding. Now even their email is full.
I ordered BLANKETS for the ENTIRE family! Made out of Family Christmas Photos of us in our CRAZY GRINCH pajamas!

Yes..... You know the Grinch, Cute little Green Guy that takes over Who-Ville and steals their Christmas...... WELL........ PrinterPix MUST be related to him because they robbed me of Christmas Presents.

I am on a very tight budget and thought that Picture Throw Blankets would be PERFECT for my budget....... When I received them....... I think some of the ink must have run out because anywhere that there should have been bright green...... was FLAMING PINK FLAMINGO!

INCLUDING the GRINCH! And they can't blame it on MY "picture quality" because the rustic wood background is PINK also!

Tried to get them just to re-print them, through the chat they told me to e-mail, on the phone they told me I had to email..... So I emailed........

Today I tried again because it's been 5 days since I contacted them and my 2nd email was returned that their mailbox is FULL. Which leads me to HERE

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution. / Was hoping that they would just re-do the blankets (I wanted to give them the benefit that maybe their ink had run out)

I placed an order with them on DEC 1st and still have not received my order and I have mad multiple calls to them and have been on hold for over 60mi

I placed an order 3 weeks ago, I was told it would arrive in 14 days. I have reached out for an update multiple times and can't get anyone to help me.
I purchased a *** for 2 blankets, I ordered them on December 1st, one of them I paid an upgrade fee to get a larger blanket when I placed the order. Order #:***

The order status is at 50% and has been for 18 days now, I have reached out now about 7 times asking for a status update. On the 7th I was told that I would receive it within 9-14 days of the purchase date, I reached out again on the 14th and was told it was still in the final stages of production, I asked for an estimate on when it would ship, they disconnected my chat session. I started a new chat, and was told "your order should arrive within 9-14 days of the order"
I then sent an e-mail, I received an automated response saying that someone would contact me within 24 hours, I never received a response from that e-mail.
I then tried their chat again the next day, I asked for an update on when my order would ship out, they told me again that I should have it in 9-14 days of the order date, I explained that its been over 14 days and it hasn't shipped, they told me they would escalate my inquiry. I still have not heard back, and my order has not shipped out. I then sent another e-mail with no response and today I tried to call them, I waited on hold over an hour and no one ever picked up the line.

Desired Outcome

I would like someone to check on the status of my order, since 18 days is long beyond the expected time frame for my order to ship. I would also my order shipped out and valid tracking information sent to me.

Ordered to items from Printerpix via two vouchers from [third party website]***. Was lied to by customer service several times about status of items.
I purchased 2(two) vouchers through [third party website] *** for 2(two) blankets from Printerpix (order #'s: [third party website]***. They were ordered less than 15 minutes from each other and almost 4 weeks prior to Christmas. I did this because I thought it was a good deal after seeing prices from other places. No where did it say anything about shipping separately that I remember. Also, I had to purchase each item separately instead of together which resulted in 2(two) separate shipping charges of $20. I was charged the shipping before the items were shipped. No where when ordering the items does it get me an estimate or time frame for delivery. So I am basically sitting here tracking my order that had no movement for two weeks. I called the company on 12/1/18 after I saw no movement on my items on the website. I was told it would take 7 business days to process. I called back on 12/3/18 and was told items are still being worked. Called again on 12/10/18 where I tried to cancel my order and was told one order was already in the process of shipping and I would receive an e-mail with the tracking number. They also couldn't tell me what day it had shipped from their facility. That was on a Monday. I did not receive the e-mail with the tracking number until that Thursday (12/13/18) at 11pm. I used the tracking number to track the progress where for two business days it sat and did nothing. It finally updated on 12/17/18 saying it was in Orlando. Don't know why it took two days to get to Orlando when Printerpix is in Florida!!! And as of today, 12/19/18 the package is still sitting there. I was also told I would receive both items this week (12/17-12/21). After receiving the tracking number I called back on 12/14/18 to check the status of my other order which I was told was in the process of being shipped and would receive it before Christmas. I called back today, 12/19/18 to ask the status again because by this point I will not receive it by Christmas because there is only 3 business days left to ship the items before Christmas and it's been 5 business days to receive my other items that I still have not received. After speaking with customer service today, 12/19/18 they said my item was almost out of production which was not what I was told last week. I then cancelled the order because there is no way I am going to get the item before Christmas now. I was told I would get my money refunded back to my credit card in 5-10 business days. I also contacted *** and was told my refund would go back to my credit card within 5-10 business days. I've had to reorder through another company that still will not get here in time before Christmas because I waited because Printerpix kept telling me I would receive my iitems. I guess it's my fault because I should of read the hundreds of complaints online about Printerpix all complaining about the same thing! We leave for the holidays on 12/21/18 and I probably will still not have my one item in time that was shipped last Thursday, 12/13/18. For a company that does nothing but print on items, they should be a little more efficient.

Desired Outcome

Ensure I receive my refund for shipping for one of the items since it will not be here in time for Christmas as I was told several times it would. I ordered both items within 15 minutes of each other and one shipped (which still isn't here as of 12/19/18). If I could, I would get my money back from that order as well, but was told since it already shipped I could not. Also, the way this company operates is shady. They do not offer an estimate delivery date at time of purchase so you have no clue what time frame you are looking at. They also charge you shipping in advance before even shipping your item. I had to dig around the website to find that products should be shipped within 7 business days which was incorrect as well. Also, I found on the top of the website order by dates to receive by Christmas, which for standard shipping was December 12. I ordered on 11/27/18 and still no blankets with only 3 days left for postal service to be open for shipping. I ordered close to 4 weeks out from Christmas. Also, I had to use each voucher separately which resulted in two (2) $20 each for shipping. I paid the same amount in shipping as I did for a blanket....A blanket! The company continuously lied every time I called customer service and told me my items where in the shipping process when they weren't. And after reading other reviews, they should not be selling anything to anyone because apparently they have done this to many other people as well!

I didn't log in to receive my blanket for free, but still received the blanket. While I ordered two of the same exact blankets just with different pictures, the blankets were of different material. The free one being of better material than the other blanket I received. The blanket I received and paid for was bunched in one spot so there is a white line through a couple of the photos. While I did have issues with this company I do appreciate them responding back and canceling/refunding my second order quickly. I was never notified that they had issues with processing my pictures. Every time I called I just kept getting told my items were about to ship. That was their answer for theee weeks. While I will not be ordering from them again, I do believe they need to do a better job communicating certain things and learn to better communicate with their customers. If they are going to put an order by date to receive by Christmas they should have the product delivered especially if it was ordered before the order by date. Also, they should be more truthful with where the product is in the process. It also didn't help that when I ordered I never received an estimate delivery date which would of been helpful to know from the beginning so I could of ordered from somewhere else if I wouldn't receive it in time. Instead I ended up ordering a blanket from somewhere else and of course I ordered the wrong one (thought it was the pictures from the one I cancelled) and ended up having to go by another blanket as well. What should of been up two blankets ended up in four blankets and more money. I also should of read reviews as I read many after that were mostly negative of the service and products.

Haven't received my product in the expected time range; and the company doesn't answer the phone.
It has been 3 weeks and the product still hasn't shipped. Also having a hard time getting in touch with the company...they simply don't answer. My order # is:***
Order Date: 11/29/2018. It is now 12/19/18. I paid $20 for the product on *** and an additional $20 for shipping from the Printerpix company itself.

Desired Outcome

The info on my order has said that it is 50% completed. It has said that for almost 3 weeks now. I would like them to just finish up the process and get it shipped out as soon as possible. If that is a problem for whatever reason, I'd like a full refund on the product.

I ordered 11/28 using a***. They finally shipped 12/15 showing delivery 11/27. Their website: order by 12/12 to ensure delivery by Christmas.FAIL
I ordered 11/28 using a*** I purchased 11/26. These were two fleece blankets for Christmas. I checked almost daily for shipping updates. Shipment finally on 12/15 using ***. In addition to paying*** I had to pay $29.99 for shipping. That's alot. *** is the cheapest and slowest shipping. I didn't pay for cheap and slow. *** tracking showed 12/27 delivery. I sent messages to PrinterPix on 12/12 and 12/15 with no response. I called on 12/17 and was on hold 20+ minutes. The rep apologized for these items missing Christmas and offered refund for 1/2 shipping. I said NO and wanted full $29.99 refund. He hung up on me.

I did receive the package before Christmas but that's because I got lucky. The tracking information showed delivery after Christmas. I'm satisfied.

Received canvases which were of extremely poor quality, most too dark or zoomed in too close
I purchased nine canvases with plans to present them as Christmas gifts. They were of our 12 year old Lab that we had to put down in May, so I was excited to get them on 11/21/2018, which was in plenty of time. However, I was extremely disappointed in the quality asa lot of them were dark and too zoomed in to even fit the canvas properly.

I immediately contacted the company via email and corresponded back n forth with "Sage" for quite some time for several days, even sending hm some pictures of the canvases. Despite receiving NUMEROUS apologies, there was no attempt at any resolution or solution. I inquired whether I could just get another product and was advised to just upload pictures for the project with no further instruction. For me to submit such a project would require additional fees, despite me being out $60 plus already.

I have since responded to "Sage" again with no reply, sent email to the company directly, left voice message requesting call regarding this matter and attempted to call, but was on for about 20 minutes before hanging up on 12/18/2018.

For clarification, "Sage" and I exchanged emails from 11/22/2018 to 12/5/2018, on an almost daily basis with absolutely NO OFFER of a resolution coming from that company. Absolutely unacceptable, but completely understandable when I see all the complaints filed against them. I guess I would expect *** to do business with a more responsible and qualified partner.

We would like to let you know that it's in your responsibility to make sure the picture is fitted inside the red square frame on the website (the rest will be wrapped up around the frame) as we provide a self-service offer that will allow you to personalize your product with your treasured pictures yourself.

On the 12/5/18, one of our customer service representatives did offer you to redo your project for free and add it to your basket, so we can offer you a free replacement as a commercial gesture. Please note that we would be more than happy to offer you 5 of canvases for free.

However, for all the misunderstanding and delays that you have been through, please be reassured that $16.99 your shipping fee will be refunded and cleared back to your accounts in the next 2-3 working days.

This company is a SCAM and I do not believe anything they say about a refund for my shipping until it's back in my account. First of all, I find it interesting that they never mentioned that they refunded the crappy deal back in my *** at the time this complaint was originally filed. Yet, they failed to respond to Revdex.com until now. Their solution was for me to do the deal over and repay their ridiculous shipping costs. It is absolutely no coincidence that I traded in that *** for another deal right before this response.

I made it very clear to *** that they should be held responsible for this type of deceptive practices, as well. We consumers purchase deals through *** with a level of confidence that they work with only ethical companies.

To now try to blame me for their extremely poor quality product, which appears to be a persistent problem is ludicrous. Furthermore, their sorry, half-baked attempt at a solution was just thrown out without any intention of follow thru. As my complaint noted, I reached out about resubmitting the pictures; however, the system wanted me to repay the ENTIRE cost and shipping. When I attempted to get clarification and assistance, they stopped responding.

Please do not close this complaint as resolved, because it's not.

I have not received my order placed on 11/26/18 (#***). I have sent three emails and messaged you but have gotten no response. Unacceptable.
I placed two orders with you on November 26, 2018. I received the second of the two, however the first order I placed (#***) still says it is being made. It has been 21 days and it is a week until Christmas. Your processing and delivery times are a blatant lie. I have emailed you guys three times but now your inbox is full and I cannot contact you. I have also reached out via *** message. I would like to know why I have not at least received any information about why my order is taking so long and why, although I ordered a month before Christmas, I have to disappoint family. Iactuslly liked the one order I did receive but due to your company neglecting its customers, I will never order from you again.

Yes, I received my orders. If you had problems viewing my order, why couldn't I have been contacted. The fact that no effort was made whatsoever will be why I will never use this company again.

Placed an order through*** on 11/30/18. I was told by customer service that it takes 7-14 business days to ship. It still has not shipped.
I see that I am only one of almost 90 complaints regarding shipping. Purchased a custom dog blanket through*** on 11/30/18. Order number ***. After a week, I contacted customer service on December 12th regarding when it would be shipped, who told me that it takes 7-14 business days in order for the product to ship. It's still in production! I was told, via email from Hayden PrinterPix Customer Care Team on December 14th, "I would like to tell you that having checked your order status I see that your order is in the last stage to get dispatch and it will be delivered to you very soon." It is now the 18th of December and the website shows that it is still in production. This is unacceptable.

Desired Outcome

I would like half of my shipping costs to be refunded. The shipping I paid was $16.99; I would like to be refunded $8.50. I cannot believe this is still in production as it is one of their own designs, very simple and no digital images whatsoever. This has gone beyond ridiculous.

Customer Service states that my order is ready to ship and waiting on a shipping date. Same status for days with no results.
Orders: *** were placed on December 10, 2018. According to their website the production time is 5 days. I started calling on December 16, 2018 asking for tracking information and was told the items were already printed but a shipping date was not set yet but I should receive tracking information within 48 hours. I asked additional questions and was hung up on. I called back on December 17, 2018 and was told the same status and was also hung up on. When I called December 18, 2018 I was given the same status a third time and hung up on. I do not feel like I will receive my product. This company seems to be scamming people out of money and not delivering anything!!!

Desired Outcome

I want the product within the timeframe promised! IF they do not deliver.. then I want a REFUND.

Was missing a blanket from my order was told it would ship out asap. This was three weeks ago. I have contacted them threw facebook, email, chat, phone (long long long wait) George Smith said it would be out soon. I can prove all my messages if needed. I can't even get in contact to get money back. This was my last resort hopefully it helps. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and never had these kind of problems but will never go threw them again now.

I ordered two custom photo blankets on 12/6/18 and was told it would take 7 business days to ship. I spent over $40 and have received nothing.
On 12/6/18 I ordered two custom photo blankets for Christmas gifts for my sisters. I asked they be shipped to me so that I could wrap them and send them on to my sisters. My order has shown in production 50% since 12/7 and when I contacted Customer Service Live Chat on Friday, I was told that they expedited the process for me and I should receive them this week. Nothing has happened and it's still at 50% production. So I contacted customer service again today, live chat, I waited through 99 customers in the queue and when I was asked for my order number. The customer service rep LEFT the chat. I waited yet again through their 99 chat queue for the very same thing to happen. This new rep LEFT THE CHAT. So for the third time, I explained to them my complaint after waiting through their chat queue, that I would be contacting the Revdex.com and would like a refund. I asked for a supervisor, this representative immediately LEFT THE CHAT. I have video and screenshot proof that they do not handle their customer complaints and do not offer any kind of refund or acknowledgement of their wrong doing. I tried to call the customer service phone number multiple times this morning that's provided on their website, 1-888-322-6733 and the # is not a working number! It says they are not accepting calls at this time. I am truly scared that I paid money to a scam company. I want my photo blankets, and I want the shipping refunded immediately.

Horrible company after waiting 8 days for a rush order with a 2 day delivery fee paid I still have no idea when it will be done. The people on the phone lie to you and give you the run around. I tried to cancel my order and get my money back and he basically said I cannot cancel my order and they will not refund my money. I will have to wait till I get the order.

After 15 days of consistent lies about my order being "on the way" to me I was finally allowed to canceled my order on December 21st and was promised a refund which I have still not received to this day. I figured I'd wait till after the holidays and try again for my refund. I know I have already lost my groupon payment but I'd like the extra money that I spent especially the $45 for the 2 day rush that obviously is a joke. One would think if you place an order for Christmas cards on Dec 6th you would get them in time to mail them out before Christmas. I placed an order with *** for the other presents I bought on December 21st and received them 2 days after Christmas. Serves me right trying to find a cheaper company to order my things from. I will stick with *** from now on.

Ordered and paid for products which I was told I had to pay again to get codes for items I haven't made yet though it states I have 3 months to make.
Purchased coupon codes from printerpix on 12/4. Paid with***. Receipt confirmation attached. I attached terms as well which shows I have 3 months to create. It also says I'll get in time for Christmas if I order by December 12th so I ordered Christmas cards and some of the items on the 7th.I received an email saying my order was received on December 7th at 5:33pm and it was in production. Order number*** on the email with a click link.Invoice is attached above, and it shows I ordered 6 things out of the 11 items I paid for. ( I bought 5 wall calendars and ordered 2, I ordered 1 blanket but haven't made it yet, 3 photo books, but only ordered 1, 10 Christmas cards, and 1 custom key ring. But when I looked after 8 days, it still showed on the site it was in production. I called and was told by customer service they had 14 days to get it out which would be December 24th. While this alone is unacceptable,( you can see in the website email I received it says to order by Dec 12th to get for Christmas) but the bigger issue was I was told I would not be able to get the codes for the items I had yet to make because I must do it all at once on one order. This is stated no where and beside each of the codes in the email it says valid till 2019-03-08. He said I had to pay him upfront for shipping for items I've yet to even order. If you look at the invoice from Treasured Gift, you'll see I had to pay an additional 31.36 which was billed to my*** account just to get the first order. I've tried to make the other items but if you see the screenshots, it shows a charge in the cart instead of 0.00 so I have currently spent over 100 dollars and still received no product and no promise I'll get my other item codes. I've complained to the company and opened a*** dispute. I have not heard from the company via email or phone and it's been over 4 days since I contacted them.

I want a credit on my account. I have not seen any tracking information this has been made or sent and I only show on the website that part of the 100.00 order has even been started and was told the other items can't be ordered though I already paid for them.To me, it's a scam. I pay for something which is also advertised with a "Get free shipping button" only to buy the items, pay 70 dollars, spend hours to make the ones I need now for Christmas and then submit the order to then be charged an additional shipping fee of 31 dollars and still believe I'll get it in time to mail out for Christmas. Seriously- they're Christmas cards. When I call the company and ask why it hasn't been made yet 6 days after receiving an email, I'm told I can't cancel it or expect it before Christmas or I'll be charged a cancellation fee! I ask how do you expect me to pay a cancellation fee when I've already paid for the items and still have 5 more items to make before the deadline in March of 2019. When I explained I was trying to order the remaining calendars and create the blanket I'd already paid for, I was told because I didn't order them all at the same time, I could not use the coupon code and would have to pay again. I told him this was illegal and he put me on hold. I was on the phone for 50 minutes! He came back and told me he'd email me the voucher codes for the items I'd already paid for only if I gave him money for shipping now. I told him I couldn't pay for shipping on items I've not made yet and this didn't sound legitimate. I told him I'd open up a dispute with my credit card company since I wasn't getting what I paid for. I called 888-*** at 11:35 am on December 13th and show the call lasted 51 minutes and 48 seconds. This was the last time I spoke to this company. This was after 3 other attempts where the phone was never answered between 8:29 am and 11:29am.

The response they sent me was incorrect and said I ordered 2 cards and not 10 and didn't address the fact I got the wrong keychain. I sent a picture of the screenshot of my order and sent it back with another email saying how bad the service was. I then received this latest email apologizing for the delay and offering to reimburse me for 50% of the shipping. Seriously- I should get reimbursed for the total ount paid. I had no Christmas cards to send and no gift keychain and they want to only pay for half and then make the remaining 8 cards and send them to me. When do I send these out? For April Fool's day? They were Christmas cards! Horrible service. I want my full refund back. I should receive money just for the time spent dealing with this company and complaining to the Revdex.com.

I received a phone call yesterday and the gentleman listened to my complaint- finally someone listened- and when I asked for a refund back for the things I've paid for and have not still received, he said he would have to contact his manager and call me back. I don't believe that is sufficient yet to close this case when nothing yet has been resolved.

No communication back from company, with numerous tries from me.
I placed an order for Christmas presents on 11/19/2018. Checked delivery status a week later to see where it might be. It showed nothing. Contacted customer service numerous times and never received an answer back. Wanted the order canceled but could not get anyone to answer me. Spent over a half hour waiting for someone to pick up the phone and when someone did answer I ended up in India. there is no direct line to Printerpix in Lake Mary, FL. When I was finally able to speak to someone they told me it has been shipped. As of the day I just called? I should have had this order weeks ago and I am not at all happy that I can't speak to someone actually at the facility in FL. Which makes me think the address for this company is bogus. This company should not be allowed to do business on line.

I want to talk with someone that is actually at the Lake Mary, FL location and let them know that the India call center is not helpful.

Ordered product 11/18/18. Have not received it, company does not answer calls. Sends generic emails in response to my emails.
I ordered a collage blanket through *** for Printerpix. I placed my order on 11/18/18. The order was never sent, the company does not answer phone calls, and I get the same generic emails sent in response to my emails to them. I checked their [Social media] *** site and see MULTIPLE people with the same issue that I am having. I have corresponded with "Stephanie" and "Samuel" through email and they all say the same thing every time.

I placed an order on 11/30/2018, I have yet to receive an update or a response to any of my emails in regards to my purchase.
My order number is ***. I have sent multiple emails including the following dates: 12/10 and 12/13 again I received no response. There policy states items should be shipped out within 10 business days for an order placed on 11/30 I do believe that I am well outside of that service level agreement. I believe a response to my inquiry would have also been nice.

The company responded to my inquiry after I received my items.

Printerpix used deceptive tactics to get me to overpay for Christmas cards.
I purchased a *** code for 75 cards through Printerpix for $12 leaving me to only have to pay for shipping once the cards were ordered. I went to the site, designed my cards, then went to purchase them. I entered the *** code and entered 75 into the number of cards I needed. Shipping was $9.99 which seems outrageous, but $22 for 75 cards still wasn't a bad deal. My order took 2 weeks to arrive and when I received it there was only 1 card in the package. I went to look at my receipt but the only receipt provided is an internet page that can be easily updated on their end. No one orders just one Christmas card and certainly no one who has already paid for a deal for 75 cards. I know I ordered 75 cards, but have no way of proving that since their receipt is internet-based. At the very least, someone in customer service could/should have questioned an order of 1 card if the order came through that way. I know have less than 2 weeks until Christmas and no cards to send to anyone and one very expensive $22 card.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be refunded for the *** cost of $12 and the $9.99 in shipping. I would be willingly to pay the price is one card, but not $10 in shipping as it, obviously, doesn't cost anyone $10 to ship one card.
