Hi ***,Thanks for reaching out We have made serious improvements to our customer support so I'm surprised you are having issues Our team just reviewed your account and there really isn't anything that is completely out of the ordinary I'm sure you are aware, but "Pending"
rewards become "Available" when we officially close a project The clinical trial studies last a lot longer than most other studies In addition to that, ProductReportCard is not responsible for paying the incentive for showing up at the doctor's office That being said, ProductReportCard does pay the $incentives for terming out of the screener as a thank you for attempting to qualify The only other outstanding incentive is for the Food Processor Study which is an internal study we are running that is taking a lot longer to close than we anticipated Our team is going through all of the data now so we should finalize that one within the next week or so Someone from our support team will reach out to you directly today.Best regards,ProductReportCard Support

I am rejecting this response because:I have multiple (supposedly contradictory) data points in my user profile because I have two different avenues of employmentI both own a small business where I work from home *** *** *** * *** if you'd like to double check yourself) as well as am employed by a larger multi-office company (retail management for *** ***)I sure hope that your hyper-devotion to "detailed" and "honest" user data takes into account that your participants may well have more than one piece of information be true for them at any given timeIn future, if you would prefer that your participants pick and choose their relevant profile information and be LESS thorough or "honest" about ALL of their employment data, maybe you should be more upfront about that during the initial membership processI am uncomfortable receiving a paper check from this company because of all of this convoluted mess I have been met with over (what should have been) a simple matter of a *** transactionYou now say that the reason why *** is not an available option for my payment is this supposed hour wait and your desire to avoid "unnecessary support tickets," when your initial contact with me (and your subsequent responses during my phone call) were claims that *** payments were completely impossibleI do not trust this company, and you have done absolutely nothing to engender any trustYour responses have all been contradictory and condescending, up to and including your snide allusions to my "reviews all over the internet." Your company promised me payment in exchange for a serviceAny complaints or reviews I put up "all over the internet" in effort to finally receive this payment from you fall firmly at your own feet for refusing to fulfill your end of our contractIf you had simply informed me that *** payment would take over hours (a time period which has elapsed THRICE now since that initial contact) and to please be patient in waiting for my payment, that would have been no problem whatsoeverBut, instead, I was sent lies about your inability to conduct your business as outlined in the terms on your website, subjected to a dismissive and rude representative when I called to voice my concerns, finally ending with an unnecessary questioning of the validity of my entire account on your website in an effort to keep from having to pay me the funds I am owedAt this point, if I were to give you my address, I have no faith that I would ever see a dime of the money owed to meAs it is, you have already closed down my account, making it impossible for me to even siand LOOK at the documentation of the payments owed and pending (which, incidentally, was done immediately following your response to my *** *** review, instead of after the email you claimed you would be sending me for further follow-up, which never came)Your company's seemingly knee-jerk impulse to immediately do an "in-depth" analysis of every single one of your participants who dares challenge your "we'll pay you whenever/if we feel like it" method of conducting business is extremely telling of your company's prioritiesThese supposed "troubling" pieces of information didn't keep your company from accepting my labor and time (nor, more importantly, the fees you no doubt collected from the companies for whom you conduct these product tests and surveys) but the moment I went looking for ACTUAL reimbursement for my efforts, your company went looking for any excuse to not pay meFirst your supposed technical issues (which have not driven you to actually CHANGE the information available on your website about the service your participants should realistically be expecting from you, nor were they truthfully disclosed to me during your initial contact with me), but now my entire account's legitimacy is called into question as one last hail mary to claim I should not get what I am owed? Again, I do not trust that your company will send me a check, and every piece of correspondence and contact that I have received from you has done nothing but solidify that mistrust.By your own admission, there is nothing wrong with your *** system that hours of my own patience wouldn't fix, so please, do as you claim you are able and send me my *** paymentUnless of course there's some OTHER convoluted reason as to why you cannot pay me what you owe me

The explanation you gave around the inconsistent data in your profiles makes sense. Our team has come up with a few different solutions to give people that have more than one job a chance to be honest and thorough when completing their profiles.
