I've attached the support email string with [redacted] for your review. I'm not sure how to resolve this issue. [redacted] is rude to our support team and most of her claims about studies that require a download being illegal or not...

working properly are simply untrue. For instance, one of the projects that she refers to as illegal is a study we are running on behalf of Microsoft. As you can see from the support string, it is almost impossible to reason with [redacted]. We have stopped sending her invitations to our research studies because we no longer want her opinions. The only reason we have not terminated her account entirely is because we are fearful that she'll broadcast things about our company that are not true all over the internet. Please let me know how you suggest we handle this claim.
