Hi ***,Sorry for the delay in responding to this complaint I just looked at your account and the reason you haven't been paid is that you haven't requested your payment In order to request your payment, please login to your account, click the "Rewards" tab, and "Request A Payment"
button It can take - business days from the date you request a payment before it is processed.On another note, if you read the negative reviews online, you'll see that in every case the panelist has been paid We were busier than expected in November and December and fell behind in processing payments which is what caused the poor online reviews We are in the process of beefing up our support team so that we don't run into these issues moving forward.I'll reach out to you directly now to arrange your preferred payment method, but please login to your account and request your payment.Best regards,***

*** *** is a lairHe told me last week specially he will email you by the weekend and he never kept his word
The dialogue with *** outlined in *** complaint above did happen the way *** has described*** did complete a qualifying screener for the tobacco study we conducted, but *** participated in the actual study and *** banned me from the Tobacco study, because she didn't like me and the tone of my voice
Bottom Line *** * and *** *** is unprofessional
Product ReportCard.Com, LLC can't even get *** * to apologize to *** *** Espada
The $is mines and I want it nowI demand equal rights now!

We checked with the third part company we use to issue pre-paid Visa cards to our panelists and a card was sent to *** on May 27thOften times people don't recognize the envelop the pre-paid cards are sent in and they mistakenly throw them in
the garbageWe called Swift Cards today to see if ***'s card had been used and it had not so we canceled the pre-paid Visa card and issued her payment via PayPalWe have been in direct contact with *** and she appears to be satisfied

I have received threats from product report card manager by the name of *** said he do not owe me money which is not true I still have pending surveys from this company since april which has not cleared yet yes my ballance is $but I have a lot of pending surveys which have already been pending for several months already also the manager by the name of *** threatened me yesterday saying that he will delete my account and I could not be a member since I reported them to the Revdex.com which I do not care at this point I just want to be paid from this company what they owe me.?

Hi [redacted],Thanks for reaching out.  The reason you stopped receiving our survey invitations is because our email system received a "Hard Bounce" message from [redacted].  This basically means that [redacted] told us that this email address isn't an active email address.  Someone from our support...

team will reach out to you directly via email to resolve the issue today.  In addition to that, the negative reviews online regarding our company are usually posted by fraudulent members of our panel from countries outside the places we do business.  It's frustrating to have to defend ourselves constantly, but it seems that's the business we are in these days.Best regards,[redacted]
