The dialogue with [redacted] outlined in [redacted] complaint above did not happen the way [redacted] has described. [redacted] did complete a qualifying screener for the tobacco study we conducted, but he never participated in the actual study and thus did not earn the $150 incentive. I'm not sure how we are...

supposed to handle she said he said disputed through the Revdex.com, but we are more than happy to follow any suggestions you have. Please call me next week to discuss because we have had a couple of complaints recently that are difficult to resolve due to the fact that they aren't true.

Hi [redacted],Thanks for contacting the Revdex.com.  I just checked all of our records and it looks like there was a breakdown in our process that has caused your delayed payment.  Overall, we have caught up with our payments requests and are within the 10-14 business day window we promise our...

panelists, but your payment was somehow missed in the mix.  I see your reply to my email on January 21st, but I do not see you included in any of the spreadsheets we prepare for our accounting department.  All of that to say I'm sorry and this is completely my fault.  I will follow-up with you now via email, but you will be paid via Paypal this afternoon between 4pm and 6pm MST.Best regards,[redacted]

Hi [redacted],Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving.  We mailed your check on either November 10th or November 13th so it should have arrived by now.  Please confirm that you have received it.Best regards,[redacted]

Hi [redacted],Thanks for your post.  The reason we ask our panelists to verify their employment history is because it gives our customers confidence in the survey data we collect. Companies make serious decisions based off the research they conduct with us and we simply cannot afford to provide bogus...

data.We do not sell or share your employment information with anyone. It is used internally for targeting (sending you surveys that you will most likely qualify for) and verification so we are comfortable that you are who you say you are. Please reply to the email we sent earlier today with the name of your current employer and your position within the company so we can add it to your profile.  We will process your payment this afternoon regardless, but we would appreciate it if you can help us here. Best regards,[redacted]

Hi [redacted],We aren't ignoring you.  I wrote you last week explaining what happened.  When we merged your two accounts, we found duplicate rewards for completing profiles.  After removing the duplicates, your "Available Rewards" total is $17.10 instead of $25.  Why would we be on the hook to pay you twice for the same information.  The email you received was the automated email our system sends when you request a payment.  I'm not sure how you think we should resolve this, but right now you need to earn an additional $8.00 before you can legitimately request a payment.  We have paid you two times successfully in the past 12 months so you should know that we are a legitimate research panel that pays it's panelists.  In additional to all of that, when I tried calling you last week to give you a detailed explanation over the phone, you hung up on me.Best regards,[redacted]

Hi,
We just checked [redacted] account and it appears there are a few issues that might have caused our support team to not respond right away.
1) We have never had a project with the number [redacted] so it would be impossible for [redacted] to have taken a survey with that project number. Our most recent...

project number is [redacted]. I'll reach out to [redacted] directly to see if "[redacted]" was a typo.
2) A good portion of [redacted] reward balance comes from surveys he was invited to and completed due to the fact that he mentioned he is a small business owner. That being said, we have yet to validate [redacted] employment which has put his payment requesting a "pending" status. I'll follow up with [redacted] directly to see if he can provide some detail around the business he owns so we can release his payment.

Hi [redacted],Thanks for sharing your concern.  Unfortunately, we have no idea what you are talking about.  We do not sell or share anyone's personal information so the calls you are receiving have nothing to do with us.  In addition to that, I can see that you just signed up on October...

26th, 2016 so you haven't been a member of our research panel for very long.  Your account is inactive and your email address has been removed from our distribution list.  What is your goal of your Revdex.com complaint.  We are very confused, but willing to help you in any way we can.Best regards,[redacted]

Hi [redacted],Thanks for reaching out!  Sometimes rewards are not credited immediately due to the nature of the project.  If the project has a qualitative aspect to it, we have to wait for our client to get back to us with "final" IDs which can take up to ten days.  It's not ideal, but...

sometimes term points are later in the survey which you describe in your complaint.  We do our best to not send surveys that are designed like this, but sometime a few will slip through for which we are sorry.  I need to understand which project you are referring to where you didn't receive your reward in order to investigate so I'll reach out directly via email now to get more detail.Best regards,[redacted]

I HAVE FOLLOWED THE BUSINESS INSTRUCTIONS AND ANSWERED THEY QUESTIONS.  SO THEN THERE SHOULD BE NO MORE OF A HOLD-UP WITH MY FUNDS.  THANKS

[redacted],I just tried calling you to see if I could better understand your support email and Revdex.com complaint regarding payment.  When I looked at your account history, I can see that you have received payment from us twice in the past so you know we aren't ripping people off.  In addition to...

that, I noticed that your current "Available Rewards" total $17.10.  You are fully aware that you need to have a minimum of $25.00 in "Available Rewards" to request a payment so I'm confused.  Unless you have another account under a different email address (which is against our Terms & Conditions), your claim that you requested a payment on July 23rd simply isn't true.  Below is a screenshot of your account showing your "Available Rewards".  Please help us understand what we are missing.Best regards,[redacted]

Hi [redacted],I'm disappointed you didn't reach out to me directly.  Have you checked your PayPal account for your payment?  We paid you via PayPal as promised on February 10th.  I'll follow-up with you via email directly right now.Best regards,[redacted]

Hi,The statements in the last complaint are not true.  Below is the email I sent yesterday.  You can clearly see that there are no threats.  Please advise.[redacted]From: [redacted] To: [redacted] Sent: Monday, July 18, 2016 5:04 PM Subject: ProductReportCard Rewards Processing Hi [redacted], Hope all is well!  We received your Revdex.com complaint earlier today and wanted to follow-up directly.  When we check your account, we see that you have been paid twice in the past when you requested payment.  Currently, you have $18.25 in “Available” rewards and need to $25 in order to request a payment.  Please help me understand your issue.  Also, let me know if you’d like for us to delete your account and remove you from our research panel.  It seems you are unhappy with your experience with us and the last thing we want to do is cause you unnecessary stress.  We’d like for you to remain an active panelist, but do not want to continue sending email invitations if you’d prefer we stop. Best regards, [redacted]

Hi [redacted],Thanks for reaching out.  I just checked our records and see that we deposited $25.05 into your Paypal account on September 8th, 2015 per the instructions in your email reply to my email on September 7th.  Please check your PayPal account and confirm receipt.  I also...

forwarded our email string from September a few minutes ago.Best regards,[redacted]

Hi [redacted],Thanks for reaching out!  I just checked our records and you are correct that we never sent your check.  This is completely my fault.  I must have forgotten to add you to our approved to be paid spreadsheet that we send accounting every day.  We just added you to...

Monday’s sheet so your check will be mailed Monday afternoon.  I’m so sorry for the mistake and hope you understand it was a simple human error!Best regards,[redacted]

Hi [redacted],Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving.  After checking with our client and the project manager from our team, it sounds like you received the "Survey Closed" message because the survey was not accepting responses from cell phones.  In the future, please make sure to carefully read the survey invitations we send because they often times will include important information including whether or not the survey will accept responses via cell phone.  If you are able, we recommend taking surveys on desktop or laptop computers to avoid this issue.Best regards,[redacted]

Hi [redacted],Thanks for reaching out.  On the Rewards tab of the website, we ask that you give us 10-14 business days to process payments.  You requested a payment on March 26th so it's been 7 business day.  I'll reach out to you via email this evening to arrange your preferred payment...

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2015/12/24) */
[redacted] has called our office numerous times and has been told the exact same thing every time. We cannot load rewards for qualitative projects until we receive "Final ID's from our customer. We received final IDs on the 22nd, loaded [redacted]'s...

$150 reward, and then deposited his $150 plus the other rewards that were in his account into his PayPal account yesterday afternoon. The amount of the deposit was $169.75. The email address we used for the deposit was [redacted]@gmail.com. I have a feeling that if [redacted] looks in his PayPal account he will see that his money is there.
Best regards,
