This Company tried to say that I agreed to send me a thirty day trial of a one year subscription and if I was not satisfied, I can send the invoice back with the words cancel across it I have not received any of the subscription or the invoice, which they sent to "collections" I called Progressive Business Publications and found the customer service person very unfriendly, she finally cancelled my subscription and I was able to get her to send me an email saying it was cancelled and collections would cease Do not take any calls from this company ever!

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Again: 1) I told them I did not want their publicationThey sent it anyway 2) They did not send "publications" to meThat is a bold face lieYes, I occasionally received something from them, and I threw it awayBut I did so because I never asked for their productI told them I didn't want itThey sent it anyway 3) After they supposedly sent me a bill, the collections company used coercion to gather the money, threatening to come after me directly and hurt my personal creditThis is extremely unethical behaviorThis is the only reason I paid and it is the reason I'm filing with Revdex.comCompanies like this need to be stopped 4) This is not an isolated eventThere is a line miles long of people they have stolen money from, on a technicalityI never signed anything saying I wanted their productI verbally told them not to send me anythingI verbally told them I did not want their productTheir salesperson said he would send it anywayThis company continues to swindle money from people- in this case the [redacted] A simple google search will reveal that this is their M.OThey call people, send them products knowing that they aren't going to be read (it's unsolicited junk mail, after all), then they charge them and claim, "well, they didn't cancel the service"I didn't have to cancel the service because I never asked for the service This unethical behavior needs to be stopped Regards, [redacted]
