I am rejecting this response because: I need to know what fees Protect America is charging me and I need this in writing. I need to know exactly what I'm being charged for. [redacted] stated in Revdex.com case # [redacted] that they do not charge fees. The last bill I received from your company was for $216.60 and that was in December of 2015.  [redacted] also stated in Consumer Financial Bureau case # [redacted] they don't charge fees. They said your company sent this to them saying that I owe $435. Look at these 2 cases that I already filed against [redacted] and they are saying this is the amount you told them I owe and if that's the case you should be able to show me how I owe this amount. I have already talked to them you need to tell me what you are charging me for because this is the amount you sent them saying I owe according to them.

I am rejecting this response because:I do not have any records of the attached contract prior to what was e-mailed by Protect America's sales representative on June 12, 2015.  In addition, I asked the same sales representative to provide a copy of the voice agreement he stated I may have entered and did not receive that.Finally, I have sent and Protect America has accepted a final payment in the form of a cashier's check that was noted "Balance Paid in Full," with a letter enclosed requesting they contact me directly to discuss why I would still be required to pay monthly fees for a service I was no longer using.  The organization did not respond, but instead continued to send notifications to my previous address even though I notified them of the address change and called me continuously for weeks after.  I would appreciate Protect America's honoring my request to cease trying to collect additional payments from me.  As stated in all communication to them for the past eight months, I am no longer using the service.

Protect America has received the complaint submitted by Mr. [redacted]. Upon review, Mr. [redacted]’s account will be credited for the month of June. He has also received an electric copy of his monitoring agreement for his records. Mr. [redacted]’s account is set to cancel June 30, 2016.

Protect America has received the complaint submitted by MS. [redacted]. We have reviewed the account and calls. On the recorded sales call dated 02/29/2016, she was advised that she has the right to cancel the services by returning the equipment within 14 days of the shipment date. We ask that...

In prior messages to Revdex.com, Mr. [redacted] has stated he signed his agreement. So this is not a case of fraud. Per our notations and recorded calls, Mr. [redacted] advised us that the local dealer who acquired his business promised a pay-off of a competitor. When we asked Mr. [redacted] what he owed the competitor, we were informed $444. We sent Mr. [redacted] that exact amount on a VISA gift card. We are unsure why Mr. [redacted] now owes over $2000 to the same competitor. We cannot change actions taken by a competitor. But we did provide a full resolution to this issue before Mr. [redacted] was in 3rd party collection with either company and while Mr. [redacted] was already delinquent with Protect America over $100. We cannot provide further resolution to this matter.

I am rejecting this response for a couple of reasons. First, this response does not account for the May charges if you assume they received the equipment on April 28. The April 28 date is contrary to a customer service rep telling me they did not receive the equipment until May. Second, since they sent me equipment after I returned everything it would have been impossible for me to have sent ALL equipment back within the allotted time frame from the original cancellation date of March 16.Third, I do not know what Protect America's policy is regarding replying to email, but they did not respond to any emails I sent concerning the account (attached). The email address was provided in their emails to me regarding the cancellation as an appropriate method of contact for questions or inquiries regarding the account. Not responding to my emails significantly delayed the return of the unwanted second shipment of equipment.And last, the email I received from them states the final cancellation date of March 16. It does not state that I breached any agreement with them regarding late equipment or any other issue. For the above reasons I believe I am owed a refund of all charges less the $75 restocking fee per the original cancellation agreement.

We received the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted]. In reviewingthe recorded calls between Ms. [redacted] and Protect America we found that duringthe sales call Ms. [redacted] made it very clear that she wanted to use her existingsystem.  Our installation departmenttried several times to contact Ms. [redacted] to walk...

her through the install process.Ms. [redacted] said she wished she never signed up with us because she’s not homeenough to go through the install process. Ms. [redacted] is a 5linx marketing representative.This allows a cash payout for purchasing and installing a Protect America alarmsystem. Ms. [redacted] said she really never wanted to sign up she did it for the5linx bounty but doesn’t think it’s worth it anymore. At this time we wouldlike for Ms. [redacted] to contact our install department to allow us the opportunityassisting her in taking over her current system.

For his further review, we have enclosed copies of his payment history that demonstrate Mr. [redacted] originally set up the accounts on EFT for both of his accounts. I am rejecting this response because: I have spoken to a manager: [redacted] Sanchez on Dec. 29th when I called protect America. We discussed the fact that Protect America had agreed to terminate my contract as of Jan 31st 2016. This was good news to me, but I had spoken to another manager [redacted] back in November and he had said that they would credit my account for the months of November and December which are now outstanding. They had already credited the months of Sept and Oct because they had not fulfilled their end of a contract signed Aug 6th 2015. [redacted] was going to speak with [redacted] to clear up my balance and return a call to me on Dec 30th 2015 at 7:30 on my cell phone. He did not call me back at the time discussed. I would like to just clear up all that we discussed and will be happy with this resolution. I am looking forward to Protect America to contact me with this final resolution. I also fear that now that Jan 1st has passed there will be yet another month billed to me, so I want this to stop.
