I am rejecting this response because:
No matter what PA report shows I wasn't hit panic button in error (they might pull up our conversation (complain ) I was in Florida at that time and after I came home we did the test and it shows that panel was defective. I told them if anything happens again I'll cancel their service. Yes, they replaced old one, but during replacing process, PA AGENT activate a panic agent and while I was on the phone with him I got Sheriff by my door. Even though I told them in before if something happens again, I gave them another chance and didn't request cancellation. But it wasn't last issue, as I explained in previous letter, after alarm we got Sheriff 3.5 hours after alarm was on!!! 3.5 hours! !! I don't feel safe with this company! !!

In prior messages to Revdex.com, Mr. [redacted] has stated he signed his agreement. So this is not a case of fraud. Per our notations and recorded calls, Mr. [redacted] advised us that the local dealer who acquired his business promised a pay-off of a competitor. When we asked Mr. [redacted] what he owed the competitor, we were informed $444. We sent Mr. [redacted] that exact amount on a VISA gift card. We are unsure why Mr. [redacted] now owes over $2000 to the same competitor. We cannot change actions taken by a competitor. But we did provide a full resolution to this issue before Mr. [redacted] was in 3rd party collection with either company and while Mr. [redacted] was already delinquent with Protect America over $100. We cannot provide further resolution to this matter.
On 11/3/14, [redacted] entered into a 3 year agreement whereby Protect America warranties equipment at no cost. When we replace equipment, standard protocol is to ship standard ground unless the customer specifies otherwise. Expedited shipping may come at an additional cost. In reviewing the recent work...
orders, Protect America did send the 1st camera to the address being monitored and the 2nd camera to a specific address [redacted] provided. Additionally, [redacted] monitoring rate for May was lowered by $20 due to the mishap.

I am rejecting this response because: I have spoken to a manager: [redacted] Sanchez on Dec. 29th when I called protect America. We discussed the fact that Protect America had agreed to terminate my contract as of Jan 31st 2016. This was good news to me, but I had spoken to another manager [redacted] back in November and he had said that they would credit my account for the months of November and December which are now outstanding. They had already credited the months of Sept and Oct because they had not fulfilled their end of a contract signed Aug 6th 2015. [redacted] was going to speak with [redacted] to clear up my balance and return a call to me on Dec 30th 2015 at 7:30 on my cell phone. He did not call me back at the time discussed. I would like to just clear up all that we discussed and will be happy with this resolution. I am looking forward to Protect America to contact me with this final resolution. I also fear that now that Jan 1st has passed there will be yet another month billed to me, so I want this to stop.

I am rejecting this response because: None of this should have ever happened.1. There is a constant give and take in communications with ProtectAmerica: I get Visa Fraud on the phone and they agree to refund, but la[redacted] they don't refund the amount as agreed, and start calling me explaining why they don't have to refund the money. 2. They continue to distort and misrepresent the facts of the case. Here are the facts:1. The fax to discontinue service was sent in August. 2. The September billing should have been the last amount billed.3. Since they 'discovered' this February bill, the amount billed in October should have been used to cover the February bill.4. No bill should have been submitted for November. No services were requested in November or expected or used.5. ProtectAmerica agreed with me and the Visa Fraud unit that the November charge should be refunded.6. ProtectAmerica has not refunded the November charge as agreed. Don't do business with this company unless you are ready for a 'Til death do us part relationship. You'll need a good divorce lawyer if you ever try to leave them! This is all happening because their system is set up to make it as difficult as possible to cancel so they can ride the gravy train as long as they can. And all they have to do to get another few months of fees is lie lie lie. (Oh we never got this ... Oh we never said that ... ).
