I Received sample bottles of Forskolin extract and Energy Cleanse supplements and I was told that I would only have to pay shipping costs. I ordered these on 3/26/2019. It was not specified in the fine print that I was on a trial period. The fine print did not say I would be paying for more bottles. I do not want them and I cannot get them to issue me a refund. Please help. I tried to go back to the webpage and I couldn’t get to it. On 4/10/2019 they took 79.99 and 89.99 from my account without authorization and without any confirmation. I was told I could not get a refund. It didn’t not say anywhere in the sample bottle shipping confirmation email about me receiving or paying for anything else.

I received an order of Active Forskolin from Pure Diet Health and could not locate how this was charged and for what reason. At the time I wasn't sure of the company so I let it go after trying to investigate and get a hold of someone via the support email on the package or phone number on the package which was not answered. I then received another bottle in the mail and tried to call and email again. I was told in a reply email that I paid the original for $4.99 + Shipping and after a month without cancellation I therefore agree to a monthly shipment at 89.99 and since this is their terms there would be no refund. I called the number again after finding the 89.99 charge on my bank account and after threatening to take it to my bank as fraud the "membership" was cancelled and I was giving a 50% refund. I let them know I would be taking this to the Revdex.com as I did not give permission for these charges and I still have yet to learn where this order originated from. Supposedly this has been cancelled, but I am furious I now sit with 2 bottles of garbage that hasn't been opened as I don't know what it is or how I got it. I am furious that I was only refunded 50 percent of 89.99. These charges are entirely without my authorization. I would like my other 50 percent back along with the 4.99 and S/H from the first month when I could not contact anyone.

I received notice that they would refund the second fifty percent of what I was charged for a total refund but it has not appeared back in my bank account, so I will not accept until the money has been put back into my account.

I recently submitted a complaint about being charged $79.99 twice but I was only refunded for one of the purchases. I tried calling and emailing but those don’t work so I resort to this. I was wrongfully charged twice for $79.99 twice, was refunded for only one of them and would like to be refunded for the other. Thank you.

I bought this product from an advertisement on Instagram and clearly stated that it was a one time purchase of $4.87 and it said nothing about it being a monthly subscription. However, this month I was charged $89.99 without my knowledge of the transaction going through. I would like my money refunded and to cancel the unknown subscription that was never agreed to. I was not satisfied with product and would not care to continue using the product and again, I would like my money refunded.

I ordered the product Forskolin from an add that I saw on Facebook. The ad said it would be a free trial and to just pay the shipping off $4.95. They not only sent me the Forskolin but sent me a Body Rinse also and then charged me $79 for the Forskolin and $69 for the rinse. No where on their ad did it say I would be put on a contract for extra charges. Also they used the TV program Shark Tanks footage to verify their claims. I'm on Social Security and this is going to overdraft my checking account.. I called the company and they just put me on hold and never answered. I would greatly appreciate some help on this

I ordered Keto Power and Cleanse Energy trial bottles on Feb 14th of 2019. I saw the ad while scrolling through Instagram. I was charged $4.95 for the Keto Power, and $2.95 for the cleanse. I never agreed or read anywhere about recurring payments, cancellations. On 2/28/2019, my account was charged $79.99 and again on 3/30/2019 for $89.99. Nowhere did it state that there would be reoccurring charges. It did not state anywhere that this was a subscription type ad. When trying to find a contact site, all I can find is a website that is a blank page that says “thank you for visiting” with some number that doesn’t answer. I do not want to be on any monthly charge subscriptions and it was explained clearly that this what I was signing up for.14th 8

Ordered a bottle of Forskolin on Facebook and was to pay only $4.98 in shipping. Two weeks later I received a bill for $89.00. When I went to the bank they told me they could cancel the payment if I got a new card. They recommended I contact purediethealt.com for a refund. After discussion with the customer support group they offered a 25% refund. I refused, then they offered a 50% refund. I refused, then they offered a 75% refund and I refused and told them I was one phone call from having the payment stopped at the bank. They finally offered me a 100% refund if I did not continue with the bank stop payment.

DON’T get involved with this company!!! They send product you didn’t order; they didn’t cancel my recurring order when I requested it within a week of initial contact—the product made me physically ill—and they hang up on you instead of answering your questions. What a scam!!

I ordered two products from this company, both as a trial. I ordered the Keto POWER pills and the Keto CLEANSE pills. I had no idea this was a subscription because it didn’t say it anywhere in the checkout. I got a charge of $89.99 for the Keto power pills and another charge of $79.99 for the Keto cleanse pills. I would like a full refund for both of these charges as they are not authorized.

I was guaranteed a free bottle of forskolin extract and a bottle of body cleanse extract. All I had to do was pay for the shipping. I paid for the shipping on 3/14/19. 3/28/19 I got charged for 89.99$. 3/29/2019 I got charged for 79.99. There was nothing in the fine print about continuing the product just a free sample. I did not expect to even get a charge like this. This is ridiculous of how they scam you. It said all I had to pay for was the shipping cost for the free bottles. I don’t have the money to cover that cost that they charged me. My bill for my card is due in 8 days. Please help me. The order itself was wierd. You try to go back to the website but it won’t allow you. You can’t even see your order anymore. You get a email saying your stuff was order but you can’t click on it to go to the website. The number they provided was fake. It wasn’t an actual company.

I ordered a sample of Keto Power on december 11th. After a week I called to cancel my order and considered the issue closed. 2 ½ months later on February 28th The company sent 2 months supply unsolicited and then on 3/36 another month supply. I called to complain and get a refund for it all. I was told they didn't have a record of my first call and could only refund half of the last shipment if I returned the product.The first telephone operator could not find my account, but finally did after 10 minutes looking.

this is an absolutely scam, they removed money out of my account without my consent, the product is a joke

This “company” is not clear enough with their trial and cancellation policies or with pricing and billing. You are given only the information in the check out window and nothing more. I ordered trial bottles of a diet supplement and did receive them, but in the single confirmation email I received there was never any further information of when you would be billed for the whole product, when you could cancel or how, or information on what you would be receiving. I received ONE shipping notification with no indication that more would be coming. This is a disgusting and predatory company that sells useless products to vulnerable people, and is exceedingly unclear with their policies. They are rude to you, refuse refunds, and bill outrageous amounts before you can even realize it. They make it difficult to find information and IMPOSSIBLE to get back to their website which I’m sure is impossible to navigate to find what you’re actually signing up for. I am disgusted and out of over $200. This business needs to be shut down before they ruin lives.

I ordered this product off of an ad it was an only pay shipping purchase. Since then I have been charged multiple times for about 70$ which I did not authorize. This is a scam. I never received anything in the mail and CONTINUE to be charged. I have called multiple times and never get a response this is horrible. I ordered Active Forskolin from Pure Diet Health for $2.95 + Shipping. I received an e-mail invoice for this purchase, which I still have, that does not speak to any further charges or services. Since then, I have been charged $89.99. These charges are entirely without my authorization. The charges are listed as NEWNATURALSSKINCREAM (BTW I ordered a diet supplement, don’t understand why it’s listed as skin cream) and completely un-authorized.

This company somehow got my credit card info, and has been charging my c.c. $99.00- $79.99 monthly for 4 months!!! I just received their product for the first time a few days ago, thats how I found out about them. I called the # to tell them I would like to send back their product and ask for a refund as I never ordered their product, nor did I receive it until a few days ago and they said well, you have been a customer of ours since Dec.2018, I said a "customer"? well this is the first time I received your product..that is what red flagged it to me!! They said well if I would like to incur a $10 restocking fee...I could get an RGA#? I was like WHAT? I ordered active forskolin on 3/11/2019 on my bank information I was charged $4.95. Now I also have a charge for cleanse energy for $4.87 and a charge from nutra pro for $1.99. I never gave permission for them to charge me for anything except the forskolin. I also did not sign up for anything continuing charges. I TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER PROVIDED TO INSURE THAT I AM NOT UNDER ANY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION AND THE PHONE NUMBER IS A JOKE AND SO IS THE EMAIL. SO BASICALLY THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED BUT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO DO THAT.
