In January 2019 I ordered Forskolin and a Cleanse from an app on Facebook. It was clearly stated that it was free and all I had to do was pay for shipping. There were no long-term obligations and I signed up for no future supplies. Yesterday I checked my bank account and saw a $79.99 for Foskolin and another $69.99 charge for something called true gold. I immediately called the numbers listed on the online bank statement. The true gold number kept me on hold for 32 minutes and I was never able to speak to anyone. I called the foskolin number listed and after getting my information the lady told me there was no account for me. I told her what I had been charged and I needed to speak to someone now. She then hung up on me. I called my bank at that time to dispute the charge and cancel my debit card. My bank informed me that the fund would not be put back in my account until after the investigation. Due to needing my money for expenses I then called the Forskolin number again and was able to speak to a supervisor. I immediately disputed the charges and informed her that I needed these charges reversed. She refused to do so saying that I signed up for future products. I informed her that I did no such thing and would let the bank address this. I then received an email from the company stating they were canceling my subscription at my request. This was clearly sent to cover them since I didn’t call to cancel a subscription I never signed up for anyway. This company’s practices are unethical and illegal at best and with the amount of Revdex.com complaints they receive for the same mis practice something needs to be done to stop them. I have no order numbers or anything to even fill out the next page of this form. Just the information on my online banking.

Cancelled item still got charged . Item was stll sent ,refused item went back would not give me my full refund just 50%. Was charged 79.99 a month for item that was supposed to be 2.95. This company is reaping off americans that work hard for money. Because I didnt send it to the right location. I refused item didn't open it so I sent it back where it came from. Company was only going to give me 25% then when I talked to supervisor they changed it to 50% this is robbery. I want full refund!

I ordered a "free trial" from oure diet health and just had tonpay shipping...they included a cleanse for an additional 2.95 for shipping...I did not sign up for any account or reaccuring charge...on january 22 2019 my bank was charged 79.99....I did not authorize this charge nor did I recieve any type of email or receipt....this company is a total scam and I want a full refund of the 79.99 asap...I looked at my irder reciept and there is not even any way to contact this company for a refund...this is absolutly ridiculous...please just refund my money...and help other people from falling into this trap..

On January 4, 2019, I had ordered two items from the shop costing $9.81 all together. Then on January 18, 2019, a charge of $79.99 was added and on January 21, 2019, a charge of $69.99 was added. When I order the products on 01/04/2019 I did not sign up for anything and I never ordered anything again. Also, I never received any kind of email or receipt for the charges. I tried calling the company but I was put on hold for over 30 minutes and never got to speak to a representative. I did email the company as well but reading other Revdex.com complaints I found it more efficient to just file the complaint. These purchases and charge add up to $159.79.

On November 8, 2018, I responded through a Facebook ad to a free trial for the Forskolin product for a total of $2.95 (order # 1424689). On Nov. 23, 2018 I was charged $79.99 and again on Dec. 24, 2018. I would not have ordered anything had I been made aware of their recurring charges.

I have tried calling them several times and I get put on hold for around 30 minutes then the machine auto hangs up on me. I did not agree to this charge, I have no receipt of this charge being made, I never received any terms of service or agreement plan from the company to know about the charge or how to avoid it so I had no way of obtaining knowledge that this payment would occur or how what to do and the timeline to do it in. I have received nothing relating to the charge or notice of anything related to the charge. I just want it all refunded and fixed.

I ordered a free trial of the forskolin and the body cleanse on January 4, 2019. The products arrived. However, on January 21, 2019, my account was charged $79.99 and $69.99. I did not authorize any charges other than the initial shipping fee. Just like the other complaints I read, I was not able to get anymore information to cancel or any billing information. I want a full refund. I am so angry as I did not expect these charges and now will have to pay some bills late.

I ordered Forskolin & Body Cleanse Extract. It was to be a free trial I only pay shipping of $2.95. My account was charged $69.99 for one and $79.99 for the other. I have emailed purediethealth.com with no response and I called their number to be placed on hold then told no one can take my call. I ordered a bottle of forskolin on 1/5/19. It said it was throwing in the Body cleanse and when I went through payment there was a price on it but it was still not bad so I did not worry about it. However 14 days left I get an email from my bank stating that there was fraud on my account. I had a charge for $79.99 from somewhere I did not recognize and I just found out it was them. I received no email containing terms of service for continued payment, When I filled out the forms I saw nothing relating to later payments or that this was a subscription. I was under the impression it was a free trial and if you liked the results you were able to start ordering. When I got the charge I checked my email to see if it was an automatic payment that had happened and I had received no email containing a receipt and no notice that a payment would happen so I had no notice of who to reach out to about this issue until today. I have tried calling them and I get put on hold for around 30 minutes then the machine auto Shuts off on me. I ordered a FREE TRIAL, its said nothing about any extra charges, I received 2 emails both confirming a $2.95 charge not a $79.99 CHARGE. This is absolutely ridiculous. I authorized a ONE time charge. I disputed it with my bank but now I have to wait 10 business days to see that money! Awful. AND when I call there was no answer! I was left on hold for 30 MINUTES! Waste of time and money.

On Jan 2 I ordered the Body cleanse and Forskolin on one time offer at 4.95 and 4.87, I have both my receipts and there is no fine print that there is a subscription or automatic renewal of being charged any more money. On the order form there are no terms that indicate there will be additional fees. I have repeatedly called over and over and get no answer. Their website only shows this now

This was a trial item and then all of a sudden my card was attempted to be charged 79.99 for a subscription. No where did the trial item state it was a subscription. This needs to stop and I see that MULTIPLE people have this issue with this company. How is this company still allowed to be in business!?

I ordered a bottle of forskolin on 12/31/18 and only was supposed to be charged $2.95. I looked over the ad to make sure I was not signing up for anything or any future charges, I did not see any information. I did not know that there would be a charge of $79.99 until I checked my bank account on 1/14/19. I emailed the company and requested a refund. Their response was that they understood and offered me a 25% discount on the charge and that my account had been cancelled. I emailed back and again requested a full refund. Their response was now a 50% discount/refund on the charge that had occurred. Again I emailed back and requested a full refund as I would not have ordered anything had I been made aware of their recurring charges. To date I am waiting for their next response.

In Nov I purchased what was said to be a free trial (pay shipping of 5.00 ) only for Forleskin and a an additional product called cleanse. I attempted to open the terms and conditions but they would not open. When I got the product there was no additional information. Today Jan 14th I received another bottle of each product and have been charged 69.99 and 79.99. I called the number on the outside of the package and she said to simply return to sender. through talking with her what she meant was pay for the shipping back of a product I did not authorize and then they were going to charge me a 10.00 each restocking fee. I tried to look at the website and it is blank.

I was charged $79.99 and $69.99 by this company after ordering a free trial from them and only paying shipping. I never authorized the money to come out of my account. I have tried several times to get in contact with this company to get a refund and it leads to me getting hung up on or no one answers. I want a full refund!

Ordered product Fortskolin extract for payment of 4.99 which was for shipping cost. Received product. Then received another bottle in mail which I never order. Talked to customer service that informed me it was a 15 trial offer that needed to be cancelled by me. I had no nowlege of this and I was told I was billed 69.99 on Dec 16 2018 and then 79.99 on January 4 2019 from my checking account. I want my money back for false advertising and misleading information. Company has no ethics!!!!

I responded through a Facebook ad to a free trial for the KETO Power product. I inialitly paid 4.95 on 12/12/18 for shipping and handling. Today I was charged $79.99. was informed this was not for an additional product, but actually for the "free" trial that I had recieved. I also paid for another "free" trial for shipping and handling for $4.87 and they also charged me $69.99 for a product called Body Cleanse Extract, they also charged me $29.99 for Daily Mood Booster. There was no fine print, there was no packing slip or reciept, there was no indication they would continue to charge your card after a certain time frame. They only send an email saying the products have been shipped. I called and canceled on 12/27/18 and recieved a cancelation number. They charged me again on 01/11/19 for $29.99. When I called and asked why they said it was a mistake and they did not see an account cancelation. I have read all the other Revdex.com reports and this company is fraudulent and scammers. Please help me recover my hard earned money!

I Ordered products that were supposed to be free except for shipping and handling only to be charged $149.98. Order Numbers are: #*** and #***. I called to cancel the subscription and have my card reimbursed only to be told that it was for the original purchase which is supposed to be free. I offered to return the portion of the pills that I have left for the reimbursement because they were making me ill, but was refused even a partial reimbursement. Their ad says the pills are free and the customer pays shipping and handling which is what I did I don't want a subscription and it was canceled but I also don't want to pay $150 for pills that were supposed to be free. Any help you can give me with this situation would be much appreciated.

Bought an item for pure health on a Facebook add that said free just pay shipping. No where did it mention that I would be charged 79$ a month later. Very poor business conducted like that to trick people. I even checked my email receipt and no where in the email or order confirmation did it say I need to cancel or return the item. I will be writing many reviews on Facebook and other media’s until this is resolved.
