I ordered a free trial of energy cleanse and pure Forskolin. 14 days later $89.99 and $79.99 was taken out of my bank account. Called the company and never was even able to reach the company service. This was not stated in the advertising clearly that next time I will be charged $89.99 and $79.99 and I never signed up for a refill. This order was for a FREE trial that said you only paid shipping. NEVER would I pay $89.99 and $79.99 a month to order a trial. I want the money $89.99 and $79.99 to be returned to my bank account and stop any subscription if any as I did not authorize any subscription. Please cancel any further transactions or withdrawals. Please contact me that my complaint was reviewed and approved.

At the end of February 2019 I purchased two products offered, which stated I only had to pay for shipping to try the products. I received the products last week and noticed this morning that my bank had a pending charge for $89.99. When calling the company to dispute the charge, they told me they would only give me 25% of that back, equalling $22.49. I asked the person where within the ordering process was the trial period called out explaining the membership details. She advised it was within the portion that I entered in my credit card information. When asking for the direct website I could go to confirm this, I was given a site that does not even come up. Newyouforskolin.com was the website given, which does not seem to exist. I have had to cancel my bank card in concern more charges will occur. Which is creating more of a nightmare for me since I have monthly payments linked.

I found their product on a advertisement on facebook. I ordered there product for the trail offer off 2.95 and 4.95. Well I never received the products which was keto power and a cleanse. then I was charged 89.99. No where on the site did it say they would charge me the 89.99. I tried contacting them but never got a hold of anyone and then the number would hang up on me after so many minutes of waiting. So I never received the products or was I able to talk to anyone abut any of it.

On 11/03/2018, through a Facebook Advertisement, I ordered Active Forskolin from Pure Diet Health for $2.95 + Shipping. I received an e-mail invoice for this purchase, which I still have, that does not speak to any further charges or services.

Since then, I have been charged $79.99 on numerous occasions. These charges are entirely without my authorization.

The charges are listed as MRSDEVE*HealthyProAdv *** and completely un-authorized.

I have been unable to get in contact with their customer support, despite sitting on the line for hours and attempting to use their call-back service.

This business is taking advantage of people and hoping they do not have the ability or knowledge to find and combat these fraudulent charges.

I ordered a keto power off an advertisement on instagram. There was a free bottle with paid shipping. There was absolutely no mention that this would continue to charge me. Upon checking out ad paying my $4 for shipping, it offered me a second supplement to compliment it called body cleanse extract. Again, stating I only ever had to pay for shipping. Another $4 charge. I then received two charges on my card for $79.99, one for each supplement. I called and they could not find my account anywhere. After 30 minutes on the phone, they decided they needed to send my call to a manager. After being on hold for 20 minutes, it offered a return call as soon as an agent was available. I still have not heard back and end up on hold each time I call. I did not sign up to be charged 79.99 twice.

On February 2nd, I saw an offer for a free bottle of Keto Power diet supplements which you only needed to pay shipping. I bought it, as well as Keto Cleanse, for only the shipping. There was no subscription involved, you paid the full price then and you get your supplements. However, on February 19th, I had two withdrawals of $79.99 and $69.99 respectively at slightly different times. I filed a complaint against the business before the transaction of $69.99 being removed occured, so the complaint only requested the refund of the $79.99. Later that day, the $69.99 was removed, however it was too late to add to the complaint. I did receive a refund of $79.99, so I trust that I will get the $69.99 that was stolen from me unlawfully and without warning. In total, $149.98 was taken from my account, I received $79.99 back, and wish to be refunded the full $69.99 that remains.

I order through an ad on Facebook for a 30 day trail of KetoPower for $2.95 & Cleanse Energy for $4.95 on 2/12/2019. Was also charged a $1.99 fee from Nutra Pro. On 2/25/19, I was charged $79.99 & $69.99 on 2/26/19 out of my account. I've emailed the support desk 3x with no replys and have called customer service twice with no answer & only to be disconnected after 16 minutes. I did not agree to automatic shipments or payments.

I ordered Keto Power and Cleanse Energy trial bottles on 2/19/19. I saw the ad while scrolling through Facebook. I was charged $4.87 for the Keto Power, and $2.95 for the cleanse. I never agreed or read anywhere about recurring payments, cancellations.
On 3/3/19, a charge of $89.99 was deducted from my account under the name "Nutrihlthonlinecleanse nutrihlthononlinecle rice mne". Another charge was then found on the same day for $79.99 under the name "body improved body improved". It has not been 30 days since my day of purchase and I did not agree to continually purchase said vitamin supplements. I was unable to get through to anyone at the customer service number provided on shipping envelope label (***). I also went to their website and it's just a page that says "Thank you for visiting" along with their phony telephone number (a machine puts you on hold and nobody ever answers). I did not receive any literature in my email with directions or instructions on the product. It did not contain any literature about the company or its product. I do not know how to get my money back, I can only cancel my debit card. Buyer, beware.

I saw an ad on snapchat claiming a free trial of their products. After reading the terms and conditions, I continued to provide payment infomation to handle the shipping costs. I ordered a bottle of the keto power and body cleanse extract on Feb. 15, 2019 at 10:23pm. As the ad stated I only had to pay for the shipping fees I was billed $4.87 and $4.95 on Feb. 16th and 18th 2019. Two weeks later I saw a pending charge in the amount of $79.99 and $89.99 under Healthy Care Cleanse and Bodyluckdietforskolin. I did not recognize the charges and found through further investigation that these unauthorized charges were made by Pure Diet. I contacted the company to try to get a refund since there there was no information provided that stated of being charged full price or about a recurring charges or subscriptions.

I have repeatedly asked by e-mailed to cancel my order. It was supposed to be a trial delivery that has turned into a monthly delivery of a product I don't want.They won't take my phone calls. a 4.95 delivery charge has turned in to $89.00 per month debit from my checking account. I found this company through an ad I saw on Facebook, where it started a free trial of the Keto cleanse for $2.95 and the Keto power for $4.95. (The cost was just to cover the shopping charges) less than 1 month later ( so it hasn’t even been a full 30 days for any type of “monthly subscription” to be plausible) , and I was just charged $89.99 and $79.99. No where did it state that there would be reoccurring charges. It did not state anywhere that this was a subsription type ad or I would have never agreed to the first charges. When trying to find a contact site, all I can find is a website that is a blank page that says “thank you for visiting” with some number that doesn’t answer. I do not want to be on any monthly charge subscriptions and nowhere does it say that this is what I was signing up for.

If only this place could receive negative stars... Worst customer service ever. I like many others purchased kept power brand pills that were free and shipping was only $4.95 but after 2 weeks I never received them and got charged 79.99 and it was a recurring charge which meant that I would keep getting charged every month. I tried calling the company it showed up as on my card statement and didn't have much luck. So like anyone else, I reported it to my bank as a fraudulent charge and had to go through all the trouble of getting a new card. I finally am able to get a hold of them and the rep tells me that he can cancel my order, which was great but I still didn't understand the recurring charge.... he said oh its in the terms at the very bottom and you have to click on it to see that you'll get charged because it's a trial.... There were no mentions of membership of any kind on the ad or else I would have seen the terms for the recurring charges every month. So he explained the package is on its way after 2 weeks but if I return it, unopened I can possibly get a refund but it would take up to a month and I would have to pay shipping and handling AND a $15 dollar restocking fee. I mentioned that I had made a claim with my bank and he told me "oh, well if that's the case that's between you and the bank" so when they call this company to check he's going to tell them about the hidden terms and at that point because it's with the bank there will be no way to get any refund back but that I could still send the pills back. SO THIS IS A FRAUD, I asked" so you're telling me I lost almost $100 and there's no way to get it back but you want me to return your pills and pay another $30 with the extra fees????? This company is ridiculous and does not understand customer service, I asked them to email me their ad and he said he would be happy to and I never received it.... coincidence?

So as others have all stated the same had happened to me. I ordered through an ad on Facebook nowhere in this ad did it say there would be a reoccurring price or subscription or anything like that. There is no fine print and this website is impossible to get back to it as well as it clearly doesn't seem to exist. I was charged 2.95 for the keto power and 4.95 for the cleanse that was for shipping and handling. Within a couple weeks I was charged two charges of 89.99 and 79.99. I knew this was not right so I called their customer service line, the rep told me there was nothing to be done and basically told me I was an it l, she was very rude. I told her in my defense that they had no authorization to charge my card and therefore I'd be filing a dispute with my card company. She said ok thank you and hung up. Then the a rep from the other bottle called and said "she wanted to help me but since I even uttered the word dispute that they locked my account and now wanted me to 3 way call my bank and say we would not be filing a dispute" which by the way banks don't do that. This so called "company" has terrible business practices and they are just preying on people who want to better themselves. They count on people not checking their statements which lots of people do not do, so they can steal their hard earned money. Nowhere anywhere did they express any literature of subscription or anything else, no emails nothing.

I ordered a free trial of energy cleanse and pure Forskolin. 14 days later $79.99 was taken out of my bank account. Called the company and was told you paid for shipping only, you didn’t call within 14 days so the pills are $79.99 a month. This was not stated in the advertising clearly I asked for my money back and was told only if the pills were shipped back unopened then I would get $69.99 because there was a 10 restocking fee. This order was for a FREE trial that said you only paid shipping. NEVER would I pay $79.99 a month to order a trial. I asked for a Supervisor and was put on a loop of on hold and no one ever answered after an hour! I want the money that was removed from my account.

I was charged $4.87 for cleanse energy and $4.95 for keto power. I then had a charge for 79.99 from the same account when I did not agree to pay recurring payments nor was I told this was a trial and I had to cancel. I need my money refunded for the 79.99 charge and I need to cancel both subscriptions on my card immediately.

I purchased keto power and cleanse energy from an ad for 4.95 & $4.87. No where in the ad or on the payment page did it say that I would be charged before the 30 days were up for the full price of the products nor did it say this would be an auto re-order unless I cancelled the order. I noticed charges on my debit card of $69.99 & $79.99 and called to find out why there were charges I did not authorize. I was told the website I ordered from had the terms of charges "at the bottom of the page in fine print". This statement did not exist on the page I ordered from. I have now been charged $159.80 for lies and junk from this terrible company. I expect full refund of my money back and have already spoken to my bank and lawyer about pursuing fraudulent charges.

I went to the website through an advertisement on Facebook claiming a free trial of the products. After reading terms and conditions I provided my payment information to cover the shipping and handling of the product for the free trial. Within 14 days of receiving the products, my account was charged 79.99.

I did not recognize the company listed on my account, through googling the number listed on the transaction showed from my bank, I found that Pure Diet were the ones that made the unauthorized transaction on my account. I contacted the company to try to get a refund as the terms and conditions did not state anything of being charged full price for the product or any recurring charges or subscriptions. The company stated they would not give me a refund nor could them send me a copy of the terms and conditions.
