I saw an ad on Facebook for a free trial offer for a weight loss supplement. As I am entering my information, I click to view the terms and conditions page and it would not load so I closed out of it. A few days later I get an email saying I have a shipment coming in from them. Then today I get a call from my bank saying they have deactivated my card do to a fraud charge of $79.99. I looked at my account and it is from Pure Diet Heath. I have bills due that I use the canceled account with that I can’t pay now. I’m sure my bank will help me with my payments but they said they have to do an investigation on the charge. I hope the Revdex.com can reach out to them so I can get my money back from what I consider a scam.

I signed up for a "free trail offer" of Forskolin and Cleanse Energy in November 2018. I was fine with paying only the shipping costs of these items which were $4.87 and $2.95, although the two products came in the same box. I have since been charged $69.99 in both December and January as well as $79.99 those two months. There have been no further products and I have not been able to talk to someone successfully about a refund or about canceling this subscription that I never signed up for in the first place. I have been charged nearly $300 for two bottles of product that were allegedly free. I know I should have probably been more careful and read their policy, but this business practice is poor and deceiving. I hope no one else has to deal with this company stealing their money and time.

My wife uses my card to get what she was led to believe was a free trial offer of Foreskolin only paying a few dollars shipping... A transaction came on my card 1/1/19 for 79.99 which was not authorised from the same company, and then wasn't able to reach anyone on either Customer service numbers altho it says 24/7 customer service. I'd like to get my money back asap and report this scam

On November 6, 2018 I ordered a "free trial offer" of Forskolin and Cleanse Energy. I understood that I would only pay the shipping cost for these items. When I clicked on the terms and conditions it would not open. The november and December statement shocked me when BOFA called me to report suspicious transactions later to realize that Purediethealth charging me recurring fees for the subscription I never agreed/signed up for. I never received the products and why will someone pay 69.99 or 79.99 for the products available at Amazon for $19. The free shipping for $5 was used to collect credit card info. Big time scam and this shabby business must be stopped to save other innocent consumers.

I ordered the Keto Power Supplement from them to try. It said it was throwing in the Body cleanse and when I went through payment there was a price on it but it was still not bad so I did not worry about it. However 14 days later on Christmas day I had a charge for $79.99 from somewhere I did not recognize and I just found out it was them. I closed my Debit card just a few hours after I saw the charge and filed a fraud charge with my bank since I did not recognize the company. I received no email containing terms of service for continued payment, When I filled out the forms I saw nothing relating to later payments or that this was a subscription I was under the impression it was a free trial and if you liked the results you were able to start ordering. When I got the charge I checked my email to see if it was an automatic payment that had happened and I had received no email containing a receipt and no notice that a payment would happen so I had no notice of who to reach out to about this issue until today. I have tried calling them and I get put on hold for around 30 minutes then the machine auto Shuts off on me.

I did not agree to this charge, I have no receipt of this charge being made, I never received any terms of service or agreement plan from the company to know about the charge or how to avoid it so I had no way of obtaining knowledge that this payment would occur or how what to do and the timeline to do it in.

I have received nothing relating to the charge or notice of anything related to the charge. I just want it all refunded and fixed.

I purchased a bottle of Active Forskolin and it stated for 4.95 I believe. No where did it say free trial or that I will be charged $79.99 after a certain amount of time. If that was the case I would not of purchased. I received the bottle and again no packaging or form to tell me that I will be charged extra or that I had to call to cancel. Poor advertisement.

My husband and I decided to try this product because the information stated that it would a FREE 30 DAY TRIAL for $2.95 that includes shipping. We ordered it on December 9th and received it on the 15th. We both tried it and made us both very nauseous and gave us severe headaches. On December 23rd late afternoon we were charged $79.99. I know it was late afternoon, because I paid bills that morning and the charge hadn't taken place. By the time the charge happened it was after they were closed, which is 3pm on Sundays. My husband called this morning 12/24 to cancel and get a refund of the charge to our account. The representative told him that they couldn't do that, because it was a 14 day trial. He asked her 14 days from when. She said for the day you order it. He asked her where did it say that? She said when he signed up. However there was no information given to us stating that and that there would be a recurring charge of $79.99. I have all our emails from this company and the only thing that we received was a confirmation of the original ordered and the cancellation request. If not issued a refund we will be filing dispute with our bank.

I responded through a Facebook ad to a free trial for the Forskolin product. I inialitly paid 4.95 for shipping and handling. Today I was charged $79.99. was informed this was not for an additional product, but actually for the "free" trial that I had recieved. I also paid for another "free" trial for shipping and handling for $4.87 and they also charged me $69.99 for a product called Body Cleanse Extract. There was no fine print, there was no indication they would continue to charge your card after a certain time frame. They only send an email saying the products have been shipped.

I responded through a Facebook ad to a free trial for the Forskolin product. Today I was charged $79.99. I called the customer service number and was informed this was not for an additional product, but actually for the "free" trial that I had recieved. I was told that because I did not call within the 10 days I would be issued no refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I would only be issued a 50% refund. This product advertises that satisfaction is guaranteed as well as it being a free trial. The trial was not free, nor was I satisfied.

On November 13, 2018 I ordered a "free trial offer" of Forskolin and Cleanse Energy. I understood that I would only pay the shipping cost for these items. When I clicked on the terms and conditions it would not open. I got an email stating that it would be shipped to me 1-2 business days. I emailed the company on December 6, 2018 to get a tracking number because I hadn't received anything from them. I got a response from "Gabby" that began with the statement of "I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this recent charge may have caused you." This statement shocked me because I was only aware of the shipping cost being taken from my debit card. When I looked at my bank statement, I had in fact been charged $79.99 AND $69.99 by this company. I cancelled my debit card IMMEDIATELY because I was afraid they would take more from me without authorization. I responded to the email advising that I still had NOT received any product from them and requested a FULL refund of monies taken from my account. December 12, 2018 I received a response from Gabby with a usps tracking number & that my order should be received by 12/13/18. She then, offered me a 25% refund! THIS IS ABSURD!!!!!!

Signed up for trial of Active Forskolin. Just had to pay the shipping charge of $2.95. I didn’t see anything about being charged for keeping the product but I figured detailed documentation would come with the order. It did not. I made a purchase on 11/20/2018 based on a promotion sited online,Only to pay for S/H. As of today I was billed $79.99, to which I called company,only to have the representative tell me about fine print which was never disclosed on site nor in the box in which product was delivered. Christina the representative then proceeded as if there was a bad connection once I demanded a refund, saying that she would call me right back.....I'm still waiting for the call back....huh!

I ordered a product from a Facebook app that stated free product just pay shipping and handling which I done, and when I received the product there was no information about this being a free trial and I have to call to cancel my trial. There was no other information inside the box with the product. Today I received a charge to my account of $79.99 and have never received any other product. I called the company and also emailed the company to get a refund and she said no. I would like a refund since they failed to send any information about cancelling the offer in so many days. They sent zero paper work with this product in the packaging. No where on the ad did it state this was free for 14 days.

I wanted to try Forskolin. I had to pay a nominal fee which was like $2.95. Somehow they also stuck in a Free Trial of this other product called Cleanse Energy which I didnt even want.. That was like $4.95. I let it go, cause it wasnt much money and I thought I would try it. I havent used iether one at this point. It turned out as the free trial is a scam. I was later charged $79.99 for the Forskolin and $69.99 for the Cleanse Energy. I called them to try and understand what was going on just to have them tell me I agreed to a subscription service and I had 14 days to cancel, and since I didnt I was charged this money. I had them cancel "my subscription" and told them I was going to dispute the charge. The guy told me, "go ahead, you agreed to the terms and conditions" But then he gave me a 50% refund. To me that was just to shut me up. Either way, something that I intended to only spend $2.95 on, turned into $7.90 which turned into $80. Total scam. I have the order numbers if you need them. And emails from this company. If you go to their website purediethealth.com, you start to understand this is a scam. These guys should be shut down.

I ordered the product from a Facebook advertisement. Nowhere did it say that it was a 14 day trial. I ordered on Nov. 20 and today received a charge for 79.99. I have tried to get a hold of them on their customer service line but the 1st call I was on hold for 17 minutes and then they disconnected the call. The same happened the 2nd time. I have not used the bottles they have sent me and will happily send back if needed. I just want my money back since I did not want to sign up for the product.

I ordered a trial order of Forskolin for $2.95. On 11-10-18. I received the product on 11-13 or 11-14. I looked at my credit card statement and was charged $79.00. I was told because I did not cancel the product with in 10 days from the order date I would be charged and they could not refund my money.

At the time of ordering there was NO LANGUAGE stating this to be a trial offer. They fraudulently used my information to charge me for product I did not want and more for the product than agreed to. FTC needs to shut this scam down???

My mother was offered a "free trial" of the product Forskolin. She just had to pay shipping and handling charges. She was also offered a "Free Trial" of Cleanse Energy, which she also accepted. She received BOTH products in the mail. She did not open either bottle, thank goodness. It turned out as the free trial is a scam. She was later charged $79.99 for the Forskolin and $69.99 for the Cleanse Energy. When I called the company, thinking she was being charged for a future shipment, I discovered She was being charged for the "free trial" product. I was told that in the term and conditions it stated that it was actually a 14-day trial. When I explained that mother ordered this item and she is 63 years old, and that wouldn't remember the information from that long ago. They stated I would give her a 50% refund on both bottles I wasn't even given a chance to inform them that the bottle where both unopened. My mother is 63 years old, and the card that was charged is one I use for food and medication at the end of the month. That card now is overdrawn!! This whole business is a scam! Also, the supervisor that I spoke to was rude.

We have looked into this customers complaint and, We need to verify some information so that we are able to find Mrs. account. We extended a call to Mrs. on 11/21/2018 to get more information so we that we can try and locate her account but it says it is not a working number. We have also sent an email to Mrs. But, we were not successful in reaching her. We will keep trying to get a hold of her so that we are able to resolve this matter. We would like to apologize for this inconvenience. We want to make sure our customers are taken care of and, are happy. If there is any other information that can be provided to us to help us locate the account we would greatly appreciate it.
