I was offered a "free trial" of the product Forskolin. I was to just pay shipping and handling charges. I was also offered a "free Trial" of Cleanse Energy, which I declined. I received BOTH products in the mail. I only opened the Forskolin, thank goodness. I took two of those pills. It turned out as the free trial is a scam. I was latter charges $79.99 for the Forskolin and $69.99 for the Cleanse Energy. When I called the company, thinking I was being charged for a future shipment, I discover I was being charges for the "free trial" product. Since I had opened the Forskolin, they would give me a 50% refund and a full refund for the Cleanse Energy since it was unopened and I would have to pay for the return shipping fees. I am 71 years old and the card that was charged is one I use for food and medication at the end of the month. That card now has an available balance of $3.00! This is a scam!

I ordered a product from an advertisement on my tablet and when I received the product there was no information about this being a free trial and I have to call to cancel my trial. I looked through the box and there was no paperwork with the bottles stating that information. I did not know that I signed up for the 14-day trial not aware that I would have to pay for the full subscription because there was no way to track down the original order form with the terms of agreement. On the order form, there is no redirection to the website where the purchase was made.
When I called 1-888-764-7048 to have them refund, they said I should have read the terms and agreements. When I clicked on that to read it, it would not open. I found the advertisement again today and clicked on the terms and agreements and it still will not open so I can read them.

I ordered a product from a Facebook app and when I received the product there was no information about this being a free trial and I have to call to cancel my trial. There was no other information inside the box with the product. Today I received a charge to my account of $79.99 and have never received any other product. I called the company to get a refund and she said no. I would like a refund since they failed to send any information about cancelling the offer in so many days. Thank you! Becky

I ordered Forskolin online for a free trial. The "14-Day Free Trial" does not include the amount of time that it takes to package & ship the product, or the amount of time that it takes fo receive the product. The product did NOT work for me. The $2.95 shipping was charged on 9/27/18. I was charged an additional $79.99 on my credit card on 10/11/18, which was exactly 14 days from the date the product was ORDERED, but did NOT give me a "14-Day Free Trial," since it was one day for the item to ship (UPS tracking date 9/28), though no tracking information can be found as to delivery date). I believe I received it two days later (9/30), but was not able to try it until the NEXT day (10/1/18) because instructions say to take it in the morning. Thus, I had barely 10 days to use the product before being forced to determine whether or not it was effective. I called the Customer Service number listed on my original order (888-764-***), and it was a 3rd party call center which gave me an address of Attn: Nutra Today, *** They said they would NOT issue a refund, even with the return of the product. I then called the number on my credit card statement (844-552-***) which was designated as a Wyoming address. It was VERY difficult to find the product to issue a complaint, because the address was NOT listed on either the original invoice OR on the UPS package it was mailed in. I believe I should be refunded the entire purchase price of $79.99 because their claim of "14-Day Free Trial" is intentionally misleading, they are VERY evasive, & their marketing scheme is intended to lure people who want a legitimate trial and then NOT give them enough time to actually see any results. I am NOT satisfied with the product OR the Customer Service, and the "call center" refuses to give a phone number to contact the company itself. People should be warned about this type of misleading advertising & I would give them an F rating!

I ordered a trial plan a free sample of pure diet magic mag garcinia and a sample of skobiec*true transformer,each @ $4.95.I have yet to receive either sample but my credit card was charged $89.95for a subscription that was to be canceled in 14 days.But no where did it state that on the ad,like it does on other ads.When I called to tell I wanted to cancel was told I should have read terms and conditions.All other ads I have seen state it right with the ad. All I was told that they would cancel future shipmemts and cancel my subscription.Thing is,I was told the product was delivered to my home,but I live in a apartment complex whereb everyone has a locked mail box and only the mailperson and the tenant have a key for their own box only. I do not belive this scam company for a minute and want a full refund $99.85 for the samples that were not sent and the "so called subscription "charge". This company is a RIPOF!

I was not informed of their trial offer when I read about Active Forskolin in a little app. These guys are Bait and Switch Scam Artist losers preying on consumers and looking for some technicality to bill people and tell them they cannot have their money back.
If they were a true company and really believed in their product, they would happily give you your money back, apologize and wait until consumers see results. When consumers know it works, THEN they will pay for it.
They do not believe in their product and that is probably because BUNK JUNK and just a ploy to STEAL money by preying on people's desires and using a trick like this to make money. Some BS Powder in a capsule they are using to be thieves.
You will get what you deserve! I sure wish I could be there to see it!

On September 6, I contacted Pure Diet Health. I saw an advertisement for a limited time and supply opportunity for free dietary supplements. It was for a 30 day supply. The add said free of charge and I would only have to pay for shipping. The shipping cost was split into two payments. One was for $4.87 and the other $2.95. Today on September 20, 2018, I was charged $79.99 for the products. I then called the customer service number and was told that I only had a 14-day trial and that at the time of the order, I was told that. I was not told that and did not expect that charge. I asked if I could have the charge reversed, especially since the product was shipped on the 6th via United States Post Office and my 14 day trial started on the 6th. I just received the package on Monday, September 17, 2018. Which in my mind the 20th would be the 13th day and not the 14th day. They told me that today is the 14th day of my trial and not the 21st. I have not even opened the package and will be sending it back. They also told me that they will be billing me another fee of $10.00 and some change for returning the product even though I am paying for shipping it back to then without even trying it. I asked to speak to a manager but was not allowed to and I don't agree with their practices especially since I was not aware that this was on a 14 day trial nor does this company place this notice with the shipment. At this point, I want all of my money back including the initial shipping cost.

I was not informative about their trial offer when trying Active Forskolin.
There were three initial charges that were each under $5 on one sample product. An additional energy cleanse was accidentally clicked on during the checkout process.
Fourteen days later there were two charges of $59.99 and $69.99 for online services that I was unaware of. I didn't notice till another charge of $69.99 came through a month later for one of the online services. I called the company and had the "subscription"/services canceled. They stated their 14 day trial offer policy and would not refund the past charges.
Scam, do not order their free product.
In this case, a virtual credit card wasn't used. With virtual credit cards provided by some card issuers. You can limit time and dollar amounts associated with a card.

I try one of their trial products, but the website did not tell me how long the trial was and when it started. I had to hunt down the information, it was not fully variable. When I received my email of the order, they didn't even mention when the trial started or how long it was. They ended up charging me $79.99, but only refunded me $19.99. I feel like since the website was very vague and hard to find the information, that I should get more than just a partial refund for the inconvenience. When I called it was still in the 14 days of when I received the product, knowing the website did not say when the trial started. It did not say the day you made the order or the day you receive the product, and when they email you it does not say that either. I also got charged for $7.99 for the trial and had to pay $79.99, telling me that was the full price of the product. Knowing the $7.99 was the shipping for the trial but I was also charged $79.99, that includes the product and the shipping. So I got charged for shipping twice. When they charged me, I thought it was going to be for this month and I would be receiving products for the month of July.

I like everyone else was charged for a month supply that was canceled prior to the 30 day time period, after speaking to many people and finally a supervisor they said they would put the money back into my account. They never did that. Now that I went to the bank they said I will never get my money back. Fraudulent company. Called today spent 20 minutes and then they when asked to speak to a supervisor they hung up on me. NEVER TRY THEIR PRODUCT

I was not informed about trial period. Charged large sum for products and refuse to refund. money . Product interacts with blood pressure medication and can be dangerous to folk with heart disease . My cardiologist ask me to discontinue. This should be listed.

I cancelled this product in October of 2017, for the same reasons everyone else did, they just flat out lied and shipped product you did not ask for. However today 2/28/2018 I received a shipment for product that I did not ordered and then they got all defensive and ugly on the phone. the first response was we didn't charge you! Yet, you just sent me a cancellation of product, they claim they didn't ship! This company is a major fraud and needs to be stopped for false advertising. They ship product on a canceled account with the hopes that your dumb enough to think you ordered their product...

I ordered a "free sample" of Garcinia Cambogia and paid shipping of 4.99. When I looked at the bank account 2 days past the "cutoff" I saw a charge for 94.62. I immediately called the 800 number that I found at the bottom of my email and spoke with an agent who started treating me like it was my fault that I did not call with the 14 day time frame. Well you know what?!?! Excuse me if I work full-time, go to school full-time, and have a family to take care of so I was not able to call within the 14 day window. It is now only 2 days past the window and I was only good enough to get a 50% refund and a cancellation of the subscription I did not sign up for. That is not good enough for me!!! I wanted to give the product a chance to work because nothing happens over night and sometimes it does not even work within 2 weeks. I am angry to put it mildly!!!!! There was no information in the packaging, on my invoice, in the direct email that stated I had to call. I signed up for a 14 day "free" trial and was given a 30 day supply of a product. Now that makes no sense. If someone wanted a 14 day free trial, send them a 14 day supply of a product. Then, and only then, if they like the product they can order themselves more. Once the product is empty, it's empty. If I wanted more, I would have paid more.
