I ordered the Keto Power off an advertisement on Instagram. There was a free bottle with paid shipping. There was NO mention that this would continue to charge me. I also received an email confirmation that had NO mention that there would be any additional charge. I paid the $3 for the shipping. I then received a charge on my credit card for $79.99. The bank reached out to me asking if this was legit. I called the number on the email receipt and it sent me to a call center. They gave me $60.00 back. The lady was rude and said its not her problem that I signed up for a trial. For the record, I did NOT sign up for a trial.

I seen an ad on a game app for a free bottle of keto capsules and it only required a shipping fee, so I looked into it. As I read this ad, I decided to order a bottle, keeping in mind that there was no obligation attached or listed. The shipping cost of this product was only $4.98 and then the ad offered a body cleanse that was a shipping cost of only ($2.98) in which I accidentally ordered. First of all, there was no way of cancelling the accidental order. Second, when I received my “free” product there was no contact information available within the package. Third, keeping in mind that I never saw a condition of having to continue buying more product in which I have never received any other shipments of said product, I have now had almost $300.00, well $299.96 to be precise, taken from my checking account- 1st charge of $69.99 and $79.99 taken out of my account on January 28, 2019 and 2nd charge of $69.99 and $79.99 taken out on February 25, 2019. Lastly, the fact that I have no contact information to cancel this so called subscription and try and get a full refund back for the product that I have not received after the 1st original free bottles, is beyond frustrating. I stress over every dollar spent and now I’m just hoping that this complaint will help me get my full refund and cancel any so called obligation that I am supposed to have with this company.

I ordered trial products (Cleanse Energy for $4.87, and Keto Power $2.95) on February 10th. There was no further authorization for any purchases, nor any additional charges mentioned in my confirmation emails. Yesterday I was charged $69.99 and $79.99 by Pure Diet Health. These were made without my authorization. If you go to their website (www.purediethealth.com) it merely has a "Thank you for visiting" message, with a contact phone # and email. The phone number does not work. I have already emailed support. I need this resolved immediately. My debit card was declined this morning due to insufficient funds because of these unexpected charges.

I was charged 2.95 for the keto power and 4.95 for the cleanse as I went through an add on facebook that was for shipping and handling. On 02/8/19 I called and had to cancel an overcharge they made on my account and cancel both diet services from continuing onward. I never agreed or read anywhere about recurring payments, cancellations, etc, just a 30 day trial with guaranteed results. On 02/22/19 a charge of 79.99 was deducted from my account under the product name of "healthy Body. Another charge was found on 02/24/19 for 69.99 under the name of "activelife". it hasn't been 30 days since my day of purchase and I didn't agree to continually purchase said diet supplements. I was able to get through the customer service and ask for a full refund, but was offered no refund and said that their website clearly states their terms and conditions which it does not and gives you a bogus customer service number, the customer service rep only said if I had issues with the free trial to call back in 14 days it was never explained over the phone that I had a subscription that I was going to be charged 149.98. I also went on the website and its just a page that says" thank you for visiting" with an email address. I did not receive any literature in my email with instructions on the product, or about recurring charges being there. I will be contacting my banking institution as well to report the fraudulent behaviors of the company.

I ordered Keto Power and Cleanse Energy trial bottles on 2/10/19I saw the ad while scrolling through Facebook. I was charged $2.95 for the Keto Power, and $4.95 for the cleanse. I never agreed or read anywhere about recurring payments, cancellations, etc, just a 30 day trial with guaranteed results. On 2/2419, a charge of $79.99 was attempted to be deducted from my account under the name “New Natural Skin Cream" (Same name as the $2.95 s&h fee for the trial bottle). It has not been 30 days since my day of purchase and I did not agree to continually purchase said vitamin supplements. I was unable to get through to anyone at the customer service number provided (1877.844.1367). I also went to their website and it's just a page that says "Thank you for visiting" along with their phony telephone number and an email. I did not receive any literature in my email with directions or instructions on the product. It did not contain any literature about the company or its product. I do not know how to get them to stop attempting to take money out because once I make a payment in my card, it will be available for them to take WITHOUT my permission.
This is a scam and I feel silly for falling for it!!

There has been 2 more attempts at taking money from my account for the body cleanse now. You can’t claim you’ve fixed the issue then continue to try and remove more money. I am about to have a late payment slapped on my credit card to to me trying to avoid having unnecessary charges posted from this company. Biggest mistake I’ve made was trusting this company. And still can’t teust them because they’re still Trying to take money.

I purchased a free 30 day trial of a diet medication and cleanse from a facebook ad for 4.95. No where in the ad or on the payment page did it say that I would be charged before the 30 days were up for the full price of the products nor did it say this would be an auto re-order unless I cancelled the order. I noticed the charges on my debit card and called to find out why there were charges I did not authorize. I was told the website I ordered from had the terms of charges "at the bottom of the page in fine print". This statement did not exist on the page I ordered from. When I try to look up the website to confirm my charges, the website does not exist. AFTER I received a cancellation confirmation I was charged another 69.99 on my debit card. I have now been charged $299.96.

I saw an advertisement for a Keto Power 30 day trial for $2.95 of a shipping fee. The order was confirmed and charged to my account on February 5, 2019 and shipped on February 7, 2019. I received the package on February 12, 2019. Obviously it has not been a complete 30 days from ordering OR sampling this product. Every email was vague with no additional information provided about the order or any fine print. I was also charged for another product which I quickly voided and cancelled. On February 21, 2019 a charge of $79.99 was taken out of my debit account with no notice and completely without my awareness. Many other people have been experiencing this problem and it is completely absurd and infuriating. It was hard enough for me to cancel the one product that I DID NOT order, and the company just so happens to leave you on hold or disconnect when trying to get a rightful refund for this product. If a charge that big is going to be made, let your customers be aware of it! This is unacceptable.

It has not been 30 days since my day of purchase and I did not agree to continually purchase said vitamin supplements. I was unable to get through to anyone at the customer service number provided (1877.844.1367). I also went to their website and it's just a page that says "Thank you for visiting" along with their phony telephone number and an email. I did not receive any literature in my email with directions or instructions on the product. It did not contain any literature about the company or its product. I do not know how to get my money back, I can only cancel my debit card. Buyer, beware.

I was wrongfully charged $79.99. When I saw the pending charge I called the office support and was told the office was closed, this was Saturday evening. On Monday morning I called again and then proceeded to email to follow up when I did not get anywhere past being on hold. It is now Wednesday evening I have emailed five times and called three. I have no heard anything back and now the charge has been completed. I did not sign up for any subscriptions or purchase anything past two products in which totaled a maximum of $10 .

I went to the website through an advertisement on Facebook claiming a free trial of the products. After reading terms and conditions I provided my payment information to cover the shipping and handling of the product for the free trial. Within 14 days of receiving the products my account was charged 79.99. As I did not recognize the company listed on my account I did research and found that Pure Diet were the ones that made the unauthorized transaction on my account. I contacted the company to try to get a refund as the terms and conditions did not state anything of being charged full price for the product or any recurring charges or subscriptions.

I am having the same problem as everyone else, I did the trial with the Keto Cleanse and Keto Power. I paid just for shipping for them which added up to $4.87. This was on 2-5-19. I haven’t even tried them and I was charged $69.99 for something else. I made sure to check that I wouldn’t continue to be charged when I first got the trial, so I’m not sure why I’m being charged this. I called and talked to someone who said they could offer me a 25% refund. I haven’t received any product, so I should be able to cancel it but they will not let me.

On 2/1/19 I purchased a bottle of Forskolin Extract and Body Cleanse Extract for $2.95 and $4.87 which I received via USPS on 2/6/19. On 2/15 and 2/16 my credit card was charged $79.99 and $69.99. I carefully read the offer before purchasing the initial supplements and there was nothing indicating a subscription or recurring charge. I have reviewed my receipts and see nothing indicating that I have signed up for a subscription. Upon contacting the company and asking about the subscription I was directed to a website newyouforskolin.com which only contains a toll free number and a link for terms and conditions. The company is unable to provide me with any documentation that shows I have agreed to enter a subscription service. The company has offered to refund me 25% of my "subscription" charge. I declined the 25% refund and requested 100% or proof that I agreed to subscription billing, which they are unable to provide.

I ordered Keto Power and Cleanse Energy trial bottles on 1/06/2019. Order Numbers *** and *** and charged $4.87 and $4.95. I never received the Cleanse Energy and noticed that $69.99 was deducted from my debit card on 1/23/2019 and I have a pending charge of $79.99. I was unable to get a hold someone at 1-877-844-1367. My car note was rejected due to INSUFFICIENT FUNDS for the first time ever!!! There was no documentation or literature in the packaging providing instructions nor was it explained over the phone when ordering that I was suppose to cancel anything!

This is very deceptive to prey upon people wanting to better their health inexpensively. I live paycheck to paycheck and every penny truly counts for my family.

Pure Diet Health is saying They sent me their product and they charged me $4.89 and $ 4.97 and said it was delivered to me on Jan. 17 2019, Then they took $69.99 and $ 79.99 out of my bank account. I called customer service and they told me the best they could do way to return 50% of my money.
I never ordered their product and never received their product. They said the post office delivered it to my apartment on Jan. 17, 2019. I was home all day and I never received their product. I never otherized them to take money out of my account. I am on a fixed income and can't afford to lose that kind of money.

Ordered Keto Power Free trial bottle through Instagram Sponsored Ad, paid $4.99 total to receive the free bottle. I received confirmation email of purchase and on the email it did not contain any information on agreement to monthly subscription or cancellation policy, or how long I had to cancel the trial. There were no Terms and conditions link in the email. I Ordered it on 01/11/19 and received the merchandise 01/14/19, I have proof of delivery. I had no knowledge that they subscribed me to the product and that an automatic charged will be done on my account for $79.99, 14 days after the order was made. Upon receiving an alert from my Credit Card on the 79.99 charge on 1/27/19, I immediately called the number on the purchase email for customer service and there I was informed on the subscription and the terms of cancellation. The customer rep advised that the 79.99 was not going to be refunded as I was well aware of the charge. I explained that I had no knowledge of the automatic subscription and was not interested on the product and requested immediate refund, I requested to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold for more than 15 minutes which I hung up as no one came on the line. I called twice on Sunday 1/27 to speak to a supervisor and was never transferred. I received an email confirming the cancellation to the subscription but no refund. I emailed Pure Diet Health customer service and complaint about the charge and requested a refund. I received a response advising that they will offer a 25% refund for the charge. I disputed and requested a supervisor. I provided on the email copies of the purchase orders to show no information on subscription or cancellation policies. I never received a reply to my email. How does the trial starts from the date of order and not the date of receipt?

I ordered 1 keto pill product and was sent two bottles of pills. When I was not sent any information on entering into a reaccuring charge of monthly subscription of 69.99 and 79.99. I called and I have to pay shipping and handling plus a $10 stocking fee. I did not receive any information on a reoccurring monthly fee. Totally unsatisfied with product also. Pills are in the garbage. I had to give a 1 star to be able to post this review. It should be no stars.

On November 7, 2018, I responded through a Facebook ad to a free trial for the Forskolin product for a total of $4.95. On Nov. 20, 2018 I was charged $79.99 and again on Nov. 21, 2018 I was charged 69.99.After reviewing my bank account I was also charged on Dec. 20, 2018 79.99 and Dec. 21, 2018 69.99. I have been charged Jan. 22, 2019 79.99. This is a total of 379.95. I would not have ordered anything had I been made aware of their recurring charges. I have tried calling them several times and I get put on hold for around 30 minutes then the machine auto hangs up on me. I did not agree to this charge, I have no receipt of this charge being made, I never received any terms of service or agreement plan from the company to know about the charge or how to avoid it so I had no way of obtaining knowledge that this payment would occur or how what to do and the timeline to do it in. I have received nothing relating to the charge or notice of anything related to the charge. I just want it all refunded and fixed. Trying to get a hold of these people is ridiculous. There is no telling how many people are being scammed.

On November 15, 2018, I received a 30-day trial product Forskolin for the shipping price of $2.95 through a Facebook advertisement. At every point during the transaction, I verified that there were no recurring charges, or automatic shipments unless I requested additional product. On November 29, 2018 (well before the 30-day trial period had ended), my account was charged for the full price of the product - $79.99. At that point I contacted their customer service number and requested a refund as I had not had 30 days to test the product and was not going to continue using the product as it did not perform as advertised to that point and I was unhappy with the results. In the flurry of the holiday season, I did not follow-through to ensure that the charge had been refunded. Approximately two weeks ago, my husband informed me that a package had arrived for me and he had forgotten to mention it. At that point, I checked the package and have been trying to contact their customer service for return information. I have not been able to get through to them due to my inability to remain on hold for more than 30 minutes at each attempt. My bank called me requesting verification of a charge on my card this morning - another charge for this product that I did not want. I tried calling their customer service number again and was told that they were unable to stop processing on the product being issued today and were unable to issue an RMA number for the product received earlier this month as it has been more than 30 days. I submitted that they show the product was delivered on January 4th, she replied that it was from the charge date, not the receipt date. I stated that today was day 30 from the charge date, and she told me that it had to be RECEIVED by the within the 30 days. I stated that this information was nowhere in the documentation I had received and requested to be transferred to a supervisor. After being on hold an additional 30 minutes, the call was disconnected.

I will close this complaint and accept the response once the refund is actually received. As they state it will take 5-10 business days for the refund to process, I expect to respond positively in 2 weeks.

I ordered two healthcare products from Pure Diet Health equalling less than $8, then they charged my account almost three weeks later for two charges, one being $79.99 and the other being $69.99. My issue was ignored by customer service several times until finally someone agreed to a partial refund.

I went to the website through an advertisement on Facebook claiming a free trial of the products. After reading terms and conditions I provided my payment information to cover the shipping and handling of the product for the free trial. Within 10 days of receiving the products my account was charged two separate charges one for 79.99 and one for 69.99. As I did not recognize the company listed on my account I did research and found that Pure Diet were the ones that made the unauthorized transaction on my account. I contacted the company to try to get a refund as the terms and conditions did not state anything of being charged full price for the product or any recurring charges. The company did reply back and said that as long as I didn’t report them they would refund my money and also explained it was a 14 day trial which again was not mentioned in the ad or terms. I responded and said that if I did receive the refund I would not report them and that even though they claim it was 14 day trial, I only had the product for 10 days so I was within the 14 days. I waited for a second reply for 24 hours and still have not received a refund or response. I will be contacting my banking institution as well to report the fraudulent behaviors of the company. At this point it is not only about the money but integrity and honesty in business.
