Quad Pay is awesome I used it at party city to buy the remaining items for my sons birthday party. The app was easy to navigate! I cant wait to use it again I’ve been raving about it to my friends in family all day!
I enjoy this app! I can spread out purchases in 4 payment and it does not cost me but a few dollars more. I have used on many websites, my favorite is ***. I will continue to use for sure!
I do NOT recommend this app! I placed an order and within 2 hours cancelled the order but was charged my first payment thru QuadPay and when I contacted them to let them know it was immediately cancelled and the order was never sent they told me it would take up to 10 business days to get my money back!!! Ridicules for items that where never shipped nor charged from ***... please don’t use this service, It’s been 8 days and I still don’t have my refund.
They took two oayments out of my account for merchandise I never received
Hello - I have researched this complaint and although it took some time to locate the individual due to multiple email addresses, we were able to determine that the refund had already been processed. We wrote to him at the email that he provided the Revdex.com as well as the email we have on file to let him know the refund had already been processed and that it could take time before it posts to his account which is in accordance with our terms of service.Note sent to our customer:Hi ***,We're very sorry to hear that there was an issue with your order. We do understand that you are seeking a refund for your incomplete order and we can confirm that the payment you have made to us for $47.25 was refunded on Jul *, 2020 at 4:24 PM EST to the card ending in ***. Please allow up to 15 calendar days for your refund to fully process and appear on your card statement if it hasn't already done so. We have emailed you a copy of your refund receipt so that you can keep it in your records and use it to locate your refunds. I see now what the order came from. I order my grand daughter vlothes from fashoon nova. Disregard the refund request. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you all

The app was easy to use, linked to the retailer’s checkout without a problem.
Great app!! Doesn’t charge your bank until you finalize your transaction, unlike klarna who takes your money right away. Even if you cancel your order !!
This app is such a blessing and what I most love is the excellent service that they provide. I will highly recommended. Love it ????

I have now used QuadPay at three different stores and I love it. Does exactly what it is supposed to do with no hidden fees. I love that I can use it anywhere even with store that aren’t pre-loaded.

I absolutely love this app. I had never heard about QuadPay ran across it while doing a search. This app is super user friendly and the response was awesome. I’m definitely telling my family and friends about this app. Wish I had found it sooner!

I’ve used QuadPay for several purchases now and can say it’s a great app. It allows me to purchase what I want and pay for it over time without any outrageous fees or interest.
QuadPay is amazing. They process refunds for the store almost immediately, have a very easy to use and intuitive app, and offer flexible, interest-free payments for all stores with no credit check. I am so grateful to have found them!
Placed an online order with Walmart.com and used QuadPay as my checkout method. QuadPay splits my payments up to four equal payments. Walmart ended up cancelling my order. I wrote QuadPay regarding this and through email and they stated that a refund will happen on 7//20. On 7//20 no refund posted and ANOTHER payment has posted. Called my bank to let them know what was going on but also needed to report this matter.

I have researched this complaint and have also validated that the refund was posted on this account on 7//20 which is the day the merchant released the funds to us. Her future installment payments were also cancelled when the refund posted to her account. I also wrote to our customer to provide her with a screenshot of the refund posting and the remaining installments being cancelled.

I LOVE this app!! Super easy to follow and the store choices were perfect!! Better than any other app I’ve tried for splitting up payments over a few weeks!! I recommend %100!!
So I’ve used many other 4 payment applications and all very different in their one way. QuadPay I’d say has really stood out in a good way. Very highly impressed on how easy it’s been on any store purchasing to your choice as you can google in on your own if not in website credit card will populate on bottom of website and be copied to your purchase. Also very neat you can go in store and make purchases with your credit card. Only thing I’d say is letting you have your QuadPay card be mailed to you.
App is pretty easy to use, and keeps you up to date on how much you have available to spend. Great feature!
I used the payment system and paid the payments early before they were due! I returned item to the store and credit was given back to quadpay $128 and they gave me a refund of .52 cent

The app is easy to use and the selection of companies to buy from is outstanding.
I have had great experiences in Quad Pay thus far. It was very easy and convenient and will be using again in the future.
