I am rejecting this response because: I want the rechargeable phone battery that I won with the bid of $0.86, I want to keep the $27.00 bid package that I purchased to bid with which was my first beginners package purchase which they required, I want my $60.00 back that they took out of my account without my permission or knowledge which there was no notification about, that's want I want because I would like to keeping using QuiBids, but if they refuse to give back my money then I will file in small claims court for all my money back plus pain  and suffering and mental anquiest  and will move on and never use QuiBids again and let all my friends and relatives know how Quibids take your money out of your bank account if u purchase anything or not if u just register. Our most popular bid packages are available by selecting the Buy Bids tab on the main menu bar. These bids are pre-paid and placed in your Bids Account. Each time you place a bid, your Bids Account is deducted one bid. Once a bid is placed the auction price will go up in increments of 1,2,5,10,15, or 20 cents. . A maximum of 20 seconds is also added to the timer every time someone bids. This gives enough time for someone else to make the decision to bid if they're interested. I completely disagree with their so call response to my complaint, this sounds like a typical response they use for everyone that sends a complaint. This company needs to be shut down so that no one else will ever get taken advantage of again. Their site does not say what they are applying it says or does. let me tell you that when you enter the site it is not free to look at the site and it only allows you to put a card number in before you can view their product , this is the scam part of it, the only time it says anything about the 60.00 is at the top when you are putting in the card number it does not imply that if you start bidding you will get charged 60.00 for bidding I mean are you serious why would I want to pay 60 cents for every time I place a bid. I thought and that's how it comes across that they need your card for future winning bids which I get but not to take money out for every time I place a bid. this is a horrible site and is not clear as I;m sure they are well aware of that's how they get so many peoples money it clearly a well devised scam and they took there time planning out and scamming people out of 60.00 dollars, I am disgusted that they care able to run a business like this and they are getting away with such a outrageous scam. I can not believe a business is allowed to do this to people just for trying out and entering there site. there is no way that if I knew I was paying 60.00 and 60 cents for each bid that I would never do it.. no way not ever. I am rejecting this response because : I have to enter my cc# on many different websites it is standard.....I did not have $50 to blow on some stupid bids that I don't even know how it actually worked, I thought I was earning badges for me to get to know the game & even what I may have bidded on. You did not comply with my policy that no money was to be touched in my acct by you. I contacted you as soon as I seen it happened. within days....& I also asked you to cancel my acct...then you keep sending me surveys to see how your service was....LOL.......I even tried to fill out survey it says the alotted number of responses have been filled....WHAT??  three times you sent me the survey with all responses filled. I never got to send my response. Please just give me my refund of $35.50 & you will never hear from me again.

I am rejecting this response because:Yes, it true I did not bid for a long time. I realized there were major issues during bidding, and I stopped using the service. I did win a flash drive once, but not many people were bidding. Recently, I decided to play (hoping the game would be fixed) so I monitored the bidding and realized Quikbids still have the same problem. I then googled if others were having the same problem, and located a video describing the same problem I was having. I am a former Network Quality Assurance Software Tester, and have failed online programs that didn't meet the criteria of online financial data. It is obvious to me that Quikbids did not examine the problem I reported.  Maybe they are confused on how to test the problem. They can contact me at [redacted] and I can talk someone through defining the problem.   Bids still cross over to other items.  Again it is obvious that Quibids did not check their software or page for cross bidding. When someone complains about a software bug or tampering of their software, it should be checked out thoroughly without provocation.Sincerely,[redacted]
