Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your bids as they were used in auction which helps determine the outcome price of the auction. All information pertaining to the refunding of bids can be found in our terms and conditions which are agreed to upon registering on our website. QuiBids is incorrect. There are two steps to register. The first is choosing your username/password/email address. The second step is where they get you. The next page you come to is where it says to start bidding just scroll down. There you are REQUIRED to enter your credit card information to proceed and says nothing regarding that you are buying the $60 bid pack other than you can buy one. But once you put in your credit card info to proceed you are automatically charged the $60 but without you realizing it. Upon further investigation of my own you cannot bypass the second step of entering your credit card info and unknowingly purchasing an unwanted $60 bid pack unless you close the web page and go back to the initial QuiBids website login page. This is unethical business practice if you ask me. I will not accept a response from QuiBids unless its a full refund of the $60.

While the business states that they have the prices listed on their sign up pages - this is completely false. I would love to concede and say, "you guys are right." But apparently that's a point which we are going to have to disagree on. I am wholly disappointed as I wish they valued their customers as much as other companies do. All of this over just shy of a hundred bucks - comes off as a scam.

It's not a true auction. If you were to go to any other auction and were you to bid on an item and did not win, if they say you didn't win , but that will still be whatever amount you did bid, you'd laugh and say see ya!

The price is listed, yes. The fact that you are purchasing it, however, is never mentioned. It is offered as an option, but there is no obvious link back to the main site, nor is there any indication that your credit card is being used at that moment to buy that pack. It is presented as though your card is needed so you can use it on the site later. I was unaware that I had spent any money until two days later when the charge finally appeared on my bank account. By then, the bids had been long since spent.

Yes, a refund was given on Nov 8, 2015. Then on Nov 10, 2015 it was taken back by your company. I am still waiting for the $60.00 to be put back in my bank account. As I said before I never made a bid, or seen anything to advise me that there would be any charge against my credit card.

I registered and 100 bids just showed up on m account so I assumed they were free because I was never notified I signed up for a package. I don't care what you say I was never notified that my card was being charged and that the bids were worth money. I'm not dropping this case until I get my money back because this is absolutely ridiculous and an obvious example of deceptive sales practice
