I am rejecting this response because:The terms and conditions don't state that bids will be used when you select voucher only. I had the setting on voucher only. I should of been only using voucher bids. Once they were used up then I should of not been able to bid anymore until I placed the setting back on bids. I did not grant permission to use my bids. I am requesting the bids to be credited back to my account if no refund will be given. If a refund or refund of bids are not credited back then I will dispute the transaction  with my bank as this was not described correctly. I hope we don't have to go that far. My request is more than responsible. At very least the bids should be credited back. I am hoping for a fair resolution so we can end this issue. Thanks

I am rejecting this response because: I don't care about the measley $5 you kept from me other than the Revdex.com needs to know that your business is a real scam.  I had to give a CC to open the account or not have access to the site.  I had no idea you were using that money for bidding which is a total scam because you keep resetting the clock.  I thought the card was for purchases not to be used to bid.  What a scam.  I will make it my mission to alert others to this fact.

I am rejecting this response because:Have not heard back from [redacted] ([redacted] boss) after talking on phone to him explaining the many emails sent to customer service and Erik about the gift cards not received.  Have not heard from him-the conversation was 2 days ago. Nothing has been done about my missing cards that they say shipped 5/9/17. Waiting on 3 more Walmart gift cards that Quibids said were mailed 5/31/17.  [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Their platform has everything tilted in their favor and I am being hung out to dry.  They are closing my account as a way to not award an item. Let me begin by saying that auction was over $40 in price when it ended which meant at $.60 per bid, more than $2400 in value had been spent. Not only am I not getting awarded the win, the other participants are not getting their money/investment back. They can claim all day that vouchers have no value, but they sell them all day long and $.60 each. I have nearly 1500 vouchers in my account.  I paid full price for many of those.  By closing my account, they are robbing me of my opportunity of utilizing them to win a product. I think arbitration is the next step.

I am rejecting this response because: Quibids has not responded to the problems they caused by wrongly charging my account $309.99 in the original complaint, and my 309.99 was credited back to my account on 9-29-16, after my 4th complaint on 9-27.Quibids tied up my money from 9-5-16 until 9-29-16 even though I tried every way QuiBids offers to stop this transaction. Phone call on 9-6, e-mail to Quibids support, speaking with QuiBids customer support on two occasions, and speaking with Quibids customer support supervisor on two occasions. All of my contacts with Quibids were either ignored, are were allowed to fall through the big cracks in Quibids systems. My original complaint offered to forgive the numerous problems caused by QuiBids lack of response beginning 9-5-16 and not completely resolved, or responded to as of this date. Quibids failed to acknowledge my offer.

Let me state the question again: Why SPECIFICALLY and I limited to lower-value auctions? I know QuiBids understands the question, and I know there's an answer. They just choose not to give one.

This is Not acceptable, one of the very first things I did when I logged on was have my info and NO where did it say I was going to be charged! I would of never paid that seeing I am a mother of five kids and could not afford that and actually took from my water bill that I had to call and get a hold on so it wouldn't be shut off! This site is bad and shod be ashamed and even the voices of the people who answer the phone already know why you are calling! They are rip offs and should be against the law for any one to be able to legally STEAL from people! I would hope that the Revdex.com checks this for them self and shut them down, if I don't change my mind I will also have other news who DO care about Americans money check this out! They should be ashamed and shut down .
