I received a swift response from QuiBids after my email and Revdex.com complaint and then received a credit to my Amex for the full amount this morning. Judging by the amount of people that have and continue to experience this issue, it's clear that the company is aware of the problem with the website's operation, yet choose to leave it as-is. I would never feel comfortable doing business with a company that started relationships this way. That said, with respect to the issue at hand - a refund of payment - I am 100% satisfied with this company's speedy resolution process.

They still did not explain that I was being charged $60 immediately. I thought there was a 30 day trial at which time I would pay $60. I also tried to bid on a few items but was outbid each time by the same person. It also did not specify in large print that you were using your bids so quickly. I was disappointed with the site and was expecting much more than was delivered. I still would like a refund based on good faith.

Quibids had ample opportunity to take the honest path. They chose not to do so and are withholding 2 gift cards that are due to me.
I gave Quibids numerous opportunities to correct their actions and they chose not to do so. I do not want to contact them again as this is now in the hands of the Revdex.com of Oklahoma City and I trust that they will be able to resolve the situation better then I was able to.

I believe they are running a scam. I feel they are promoting an auction site that is not what people think an auction is suppose to be. At regular auctions, you don't have to buy bids every time. I understand the registration fee, but not have to buy bids over and over.

I disagree with the response. The customer is NOT given the option to sign up for an account without entering credit card information. Upon signing up, it is NOT clear that the customer's credit card will be charged by signing up for an account. Again, I emailed the website the day of immediately following to cancel my account and again later that week to speak with customer service and never received a response. I made 2 attempts to reach customer service and unfortunately because I am disputing the charge that the company has decided to reply. I never received a confirmation email that my inquiry was received. I have the time and date of when I attempted these actions.

After reviewing your account it appears your account has been permanently disabled due to the fact that a chargeback has been filed with your bank or credit card company against our company. When a chargeback is placed it means that your bank or credit card company initiated a dispute of a charge on your behalf. This chargeback is sent to our company requesting certain information including the date of the transaction, what address the user registered with, etc. We respond to these disputes supplying the bank or credit card company with the requested information. The bank or credit card company then decides whether the customer or our company wins the chargeback. If the customer wins the chargeback, the bank or credit card company credits the amount disputed back to the customer's account. If our company wins the chargeback, we are able to issue the refund.
