*** *** knew what the numbers were that were presented to him prior to him freely and voluntarily signing the financial documentsMr*** also knew that a bank would not lend someone $70,at 0% for free. No one mislead or found a sneaky way to deceive Mr*** as he
stated. No one here stated to him that “It’s too complicated to explain...” or “Even if there’s something wrong...” He financed it at a 0% interest rate which was paid for upfront. He knows this and this was cleary explained to him. He came the next day to pick the vehicle and we reviewed it again with him

Basically, Quirk is saying that they can advertise any price they want to and then say that the product is sold but offer no proof since that would violate someone’s privacyWith that type of reasoning it is clear that the Revdex.com cannot or will not help to stop Quirk’s adsQuirk knows perfectly well that their ad was a classic bait-and-switchI will file one more complaint with the Attorney General’s office and then drop the matterI will just have to accept the fact that Quirk is a dishonest car dealer that I will never do business withI am also very disappointed with the Revdex.com for not helping to resolve this issue

response to this complaint did not address a single issueTo simply state that the car was sold, sorry, makes a mockery of the Revdex.comAny company that dismisses a advertisement complaint with absolutely no proof does not deserve to be a member of the Revdex.comQuirk *** advertised a new *** *** for $15,Quirk claimed that the car was sold on Thursday, February 12, I asked to see the sales receipt and I was shown a bill of sale for a car that had a base price of over $20,That is not the car that was advertised!This is the car that I came to see:advertised price: $15,723destination fee: $795documentation fee: $299tax: $1051.06inspection sticker: $35Grand Total: $18,038.06All of these number were verified by email with the salesman just a couple of hours before I drove to the dealership.It is very easy for Quirk *** to prove that the ad was truthfulAll they have to do is show the sales receipt for the $15,base price *** *** that was sold on Thursday, February 12, and show the VIN number so I can contact the buyer to verify that the sale is real and not another falsified documentWhat makes this matter even worse is that Quirk *** is still running the ad for $15,and it has been days since I visitedIt is a completely adIt is taking sales away from honest dealers and it is wasting the time of every customer that responds to the adQuirk *** does not deserve to be a member of the Revdex.com.Regards,

The parts were showing in our system at the time Mrs*** called, However the parts on hand were not in saleable condition, We then had to order the parts which would take up to another days for us to receive and then ship out, Mrs *** had called to cancel the orderWe then refunded the

recalls on his vehicle we at Quirk performed one on May 17, 2014and another dealer had done others on December 12, The vehicle doesstill have open recalls that remedy’s just became available for on March The customer was madeaware we had no remedy for these recalls at that time and was informed this backon 2/20/The customers concern isin regard to the vehicle and with***/*** themselvesThe dealership performed all open recalls whenremedies became available from the manufacture

The left rear blinker bulb was indeed offered to be replacedAs was the KEY BATTERY that was going bad (which was left out in the businesses response)However, *** refused to fix the rattle in the car by saying "there's nothing we can do! The problem has to do with the bass!" He also added "you didn't purchase the car here, so there's nothing we can do!"He also offered to "CALL A *** REPRESENTATIVE!" It was NOT offered to get a 2nd opinion to another dealer What does that have to do with anything at all? If there is a CONFIRMED problem which you're admitting in your response, then why would a business refuse to fix it when it wouldn't cost them anything with the vehicle being well within the warranty range! My vehicle is under the manufacturers warranty, it should not rattle period! And it shouldn't be denied the chance to even be looked at when it has any rattling that wasn't there at the beginning!*** heard the rattle in the car himself, when the volume of the radio was at level 20, which is half what the stereo allowsThe bottom line is that *** WOULD NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO FIX THE RATTLE INSIDE THE VEHICLE THAT IS UNDER THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY!!And yes I did swear at *** which I mentioned in my first post, because of his attitude towards customers & constant argument of the issue that needed to be addressed.Regards,

We satisfied our obligation for the $on 1/9/when we sent check number *** to *** in the amount of $1136. The $was thought to have been sent the same day, after inspection, we have since sent the $also owed. This issue is done and satisfied. Thank you for your time

It is unfortunate that Mr*** is so upset but Quirk Subaru does not engage in "bait and switch" business practices. That is a very accusatory remark and is not unlike the rude remarks that Mr*** was yelling in our showroom. He was unreasonable and was acting with disrespect toward sales people and management. We asked him to leave because his behavior was so extreme and rude. *** *** was mistaken that Quirk Subaru was part of the *** membership and has been notified of such

This is not accurate. Mr*** knew the price of the vehicle and the trade value as he stated in his statement. Mr*** owes us or the bank the payoff amount. We can get the payoff with just the VINPlease review the paperwork to confirm. He is obligated because the

highway on 2/17/17. Update: Because the bolt that snapped off stripped the thread where the bolt is tightened, the garage had to replace the alternator to get the screw inThe dealership called and want the mechanic to use a nut to hold the bolt in place instead of doing the full fix which is replacement of the alternator.The car is currently at *** *** in *** **
