I was told to sign checklist before I was shown features of car.  You can't check satalite radio at checkout due to there being no subscription in vehicle so I accepted car in good faith on the word of 2 employees that car had radio.

1. Vehicle was not sold as a Certified Pre-owned, but WAS sold with an extended service contract for repairs, which is still active (see attachment 1)2. Extended service contract also includes roadside assistance / towing coverage / rental car.3. Vehicle is still within 5 years / 60,000 miles of...

[redacted] Powertrain Warranty , with nothing indicating it is "NULL AND VOID"; (see attachement 2)4. Both mentioned engine repairs from the prior owner were actually [redacted] Recalls. These were not performed due to engine failure.5. Vehicle was sold with 29,594 miles, and was reported to have 54,421 miles when serviced at [redacted] (customer put 24,827 miles on vehicle)6. Quirk [redacted] does not have any records of scheduled maintenance since the vehicle was sold to Ms. [redacted].7. Revdex.com case does indicate how the vehicle was diagnosed or what repairs were needed to correct the vehicle.

I would like to personally apologize for the series of unfortunate incidences that you experienced during your visit at Quirk Chevrolet.  We continually try to do our very best for all of our customers, but unfortunately, sometimes we do fail.  There is no excuse for us to have you wait...

here for that long and to take this long to respond to you.  I did another check request today for the inspection sticker refund and I will make sure it gets sent out today.

The truck was originally purchased on 2/15/2016 and Mr. [redacted] complained several times to [redacted] regarding the wheels.  Mr. [redacted] was unhappy with the wheels (see attached) and then waited until 3/7/16 to decide to pick it up because he was trying to get the wheels for much less...

than we were able to offer them to him for.  Mr. [redacted] saw the wheels the day he purchased it and we spent a lot of time researching what different wheels would cost to upgrade.  I called Mr. [redacted] the day before he picked up the truck and everything seemed to be good.  Mr. [redacted] picked up then a few days later, 3/7/16 brought it back on 3/10/16 to get assist steps installed and the bumper fixed which was alleged to be damaged by Quirk Chevrolet.  Instead of us, Quirk Chevrolet, denying anything or replacing the bumper with a “refurbished” part as Mr. [redacted] stated, we replaced it with a new ** bumper.  Mr. [redacted] was referred to us by a respectable customer which is the reason why we have been trying hard to resolve this with him.  What Mr. [redacted] is requesting is unreasonable.  I called Mr. [redacted] on 3/11/16 and we did not have a pleasant conversation.  The truck was not in a “major accident” and does not have any “paint work.”  We are not willing to upgrade his wheels, but we did offer him $500.

Wow!Now they are saying that I’m not telling the truth.How naive and stupid I was doing business in this place. I don’t know who wrote that response but it seems that person has no idea what’s happening.First of all, I’m not a liar.I’m not making up a single word.They said everything I wrote in the last comment.Upfront fee for 0%apr? Are you kidding me?Who is this Earth would accept such thing?[redacted] didn’t mention once about any fee if they could get it for me. Not at all.If I knew such thing I would never do it because I mentioned to him I had an offer of 1.99% from a Credit Union where I have an account.They know all that. I still can’t believe this is happening to me.Please show me where, in the contract, is mentioning about the upfront fee for financing at 0%apr.Also why in the field “discount “ $6,272.45 was added to the total.To me, discount means a deduction from the usual cost of something, not addition.And that what was promised to me.

We sold the [redacted] that [redacted] was referencing for Mr [redacted] and he was not interested in other colors for the vehicle
