When the situation first came up, both parties agreed that the customer should be aware of how many payments they have remaining in their leaseIf they tell us payment why would we assume 10?We (Quirk ***) decided to absorb payments to help the customerAs far as any damage , we
do not appraise or take responsibility for any such thingAt this point we are wondering when this customer takes any accountability for their own mistakeWe feel at Quirk that we have gone above and beyond to help with this issue

To Whom This May Concern, The repairs in question were performed at the customers request with full knowledge that this would be a starting point to his concern and may require further diagnosis to repair the vehicleAfter the repair was performed we stated to the customer we would need to remove
the dashboard to further inspect the issue and we would cover the diagnosis time to do soThe customer scheduled an appointment for Tuesday 11/1/with the shop foreman to investigate furtherThe original quote for the initial repair was and due to the fact his issue was not rectified we deducted off the bill as a gesture to the customerDue to the customers frustration and multiple previous repair attempts at two different repair shops we are trying to help the customer resolve his issueIf the customer wishes to keep his appointment we will be happy to continue in helping him to find a resolution with his vehicle

Quirk *** needs to get there facts straight, as it is not a recall but eight (8) recalls and two additional repairs There is not one, safety conscience employee at Quirk *** that would continue to drive around with such an unsafe vehicle, and the management at Quirk *** knows it I guess Quirk *** can wait until the *** *** *** makes a demand on them later on, as they do not want to deal in good faith with me right now

Mr*** came to Quirk Chevrolet to lease a *** that we had advertised. The *** that he chose was a 4xand the one advertised was a 2WD. That resulted in either the payment being higher or more money down to equal the advertised payment. The next day Mr*** filed a
Revdex.com complaint. Atef, a sales manager at Quirk Chevrolet, contacted Mr*** to resolve this issue and to try to make a deal with him. Atef informed Mr*** of the details on the advertisement and they both agreed upon a payment, $+ sales tax. (the advertised price) Mr*** had a *** lease that has negative equity in it and if he wants Quirk Chevrolet to pay it off, then the payment will increase. We were leasing the *** to Mr*** at the advertised price and we cannot cover negative equity and offer the same payment. We offered Mr*** to go forward with the deal and not trade in or payoff his ***. We would still like to sell/lease Mr*** a ***. Please contact me with any further questions.

To Whom It May Concern:Mr*** came to our dealership several times from February through April in order to help to him trade out his *** he bought a year ago. At that time we told we were unable to get him financed due to extreme inequity on his trade and the
lack of his credit history. On May 4th, 2017, Mr*** once again attempted to trade his vehicle using our online tool. On the same day Mr*** spoke with our internet consultant and his previous Sales Consultant *** ***, they both advised Mr *** that with current incentives we possibly could help trade out his current vehicle for new vehicleMr *** agreed and would like to move forward with process and scheduled the an appointment on the 8th at 10am to finish up the paperwork as he stated on the complaint letterThen again on May 5th our internet sales consultant called Mr *** to confirm the appointment and explains to him to processOn May 6th, we start our process by submitting the application to our lender to get the loan approvedDue to the extreme negative equity and the lack of credit we called Mr*** to inform him that we needed more time to work on the approval process. We did not want Mr*** to come in and wait several hours at the dealershipMr*** was upset, because we told him not come in and why did we start the process without his authorization, then he called and spoke with our sales manager *** ***, he stated to *** that he's okay to start the process on Friday May 5th but did not authorized us to do so on Saturday May 6th and asked us to remove the credit inquiries and his personal info from our database*** advised him that we are unable to deleted all his info from database due to previous purchased record, but will do best to send out the letter to *** and *** *** to remove the credit inquiry, but not guarantee the resolution. On my 8th, *** was on vacation and relayed the message to our office manager to generate the letter to send to the credit bureau and *** ***, which we did. We also sent a copy to Mr***We have done everything that was requested and resolved this matter.Sincerely,*** ***General Manager

Mr *** came in to our showroom on April interested to purchase the Nissan *** at our advertised priceWe informed Mr *** that vehicle is available at advertised price and we honor the discounts and explained to Mr *** that discounts that included the $10,federal
credit and state rebateOur special page is very clear and easy to understandBelow is the link for specific vehicle with details.*** ***General Sales Manager

It looks like to me that it is Quirks in Massachusetts (MA) that you have a complaint with and not us in Maine (ME)We are two different companies with no working tiesWould you please email or call the Revdex.com ###-###-#### and have it removedI have spent enough time on
this for a $that we had nothing to do with Again the abbreviation for Massachusetts is MA and Maine is ME

*** *** has responded twice with essentially the same response. There is no further response that can be made. We do not know what she is talking about and we don't have any more to add to our response

*** *** purchased the vehicle from us being of sound mind. She was comparing this to another vehicle. She chose to purchase the *** ***. At the time she purchased she was repeatedly asked if she was sure this was the car for her. She emphatically said YES!
After some time passes *** *** came back and said the car was too small for her boyfriend and that the seat wasn't comfortable and asked if she could return the car. We instructed her that we were unable to take the car back. She then came in again, this time with her father, asking if she could bring the vehicle back again. Again she was instructed that she could not simply "return" the vehicle. We did inform her that she could trade the vehicle in on a different vehicle and she chose against that option and asked if we could look at a couple things that were now not working. The items listed that were not working HAVE been addressed and repaired and the customer HAS the vehicle. The vehicle is a safe vehicle and passes Massachusetts State Inspection. ** *** stated that she did not receive a copy of the used car warranty. Attached is the copy she signed for at the time of sale. The vehicle is still under factory warranty as well. The original factory warranty was 5yr/60,miles of limited comprehensive coverage. We are a *** dealer. We instructed the customer to take the vehicle to a *** dealer to perform the repairs needed, if any. We have NEVER turned her down nor turned her away. I hope this settles this matter

*** are hot cars right now and we do not hold carsLike I said on my last reply the ad is car and car only if its sold its soldWe do not give customers info out its a privacy law

The original required check was issued to the wrong lending institutionThe problem has since been corrected and payoff was sent to the correct institution

Here at Quirk Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Dorchester have never stated that an oil change service could not be performed at our facility. In fact, what has been communicated to the customer is that an appointment must always be made in order to guarantee parts for Mrs***'s
vehicle is available and/or in stock. Any other issues that Mrs*** experiences, relating to brand specific items; malfunctioning lights, electrical issues and/or powertrain related concerns are items we are unable to address due to lack of resources on the vehicles brandWe would be available to assist in any way we can based on our capabilities. We aim to please & provide an exceptional service experienceWe apologize for the mis-understanding

The manner in which I purchased the car is not of significanceHowever, I was never repeatedly asked if I was sure about the carI was told by the salesman that they are a "one-day business and like to get things done quickly." I should not have to go to a *** dealer to have repairs doneI did not purchase the car from a *** dealer, I purchased it from Quirk ***Therefore, they are the ones who should do repairsMy car WAS refused repairs by Quirk ***The car's head gasket is still cracked and the transmission still needs serviceThey had an opportunity to fix these defects when I presented the car in person and they did notAs for the warranty, I did sign it but they dealership never gave me a copy to retain for my recordsI believe that I qualify for a return under the lemon law. Regards,
*** ***

There is a process when a leased car is returnedIn an average situation the customer receives a bill for any damage in about daysWe held the lease return in this case to try to alleviate the issue with remaining payments. The dealership is never responsible for damageI am not quite sure why the customer thinks we areWe receive lease returns almost on a daily basis The customer is responsible

Revdex.com:Quirk Nissan has updated their website to explain the discount in detail; this satisfies my request to add a disclaimer to the advertisement.  My issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted].   I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. To be clear, I find it disappointing that Quirk still chooses to blame the customer for what could have simply been deemed an honest mistake on their part; but the core issue has been resolved an no one else will be mislead.  This was my goal and I am satisfied.
