- Please see link for information on the recall. It was actually classified as a voluntary service campaign, so it was in a different location:[redacted]- Based on the information you provided, there is no support of a gradual failure. The vehicle had travelled 24,827 miles in your possession. The maintenance records that were provided indicated the intervals of servicing was beyond [redacted] recommendations. Your turbo did not exhibit any indication (sound , smell, or smoke), prior to failure. Without the old part to inspect or pictures, we can not isolate the cause of failure of the turbocharger and therefore will not offer any consideration for reimbursement at this time. Please attach any pictures you can collect from [redacted] and add as an attachment.- I was not able to access your case with [redacted] Customer Assistance, but [redacted] had provided me with some of the information. [redacted] withholding warranty coverage on this repair was determined based on the information provided by the inspecting dealer. There was no techline case opened with engineering or inspection by a Technical Specialist. No other information was provided to me at this time.

* Quirk implies that there was a NTB Recall on my vehicle engine 2X #[redacted]. I did call the NTB and speak with them and they said there WAS NO RECALL issued by them for my 2012 Juke except for three I have supplied, the said it may have been a "[redacted] Campaign", I was advised to call [redacted] Corp and request what work was done on my vehicle.
* I called [redacted] Corp.and was advised that [redacted] conducted a "voluntary campaign", not a "NTB RECALL", on my Juke in May of 2015, which consisted of a component of the engine (timing chain, chain guide, and scopet). this had to have been done prior to be buying it in early June of 2015.
* You mention the oil change time intervals I did on my 2012 [redacted] Juke. You fail to mention that there are two (2) schedules, and schedule 2 clearly states 7,500 miles or 6 months.
* I gave my [redacted] Corporation Consumer Complaint number, this is something that you should be able to access because you work for [redacted]. I do not understand why your are unable.
* You mention that you need pictures of my cars engine. Again, I suggested [redacted], as well as [redacted] Corporation if anyone has pictures it would be them... Again, you are a part of [redacted] I do not know why you are unable to access this claim.
* When this problem first occurred with my vehicle, prior to being sent to [redacted]. I did contact the service department at Quirk [redacted] regarding my vehicle and spoke to "[redacted]", who was very rude, as well as unprofessional and not helpful. I requested the name of his supervisor which he arrogantly supplied to me and told me he would not be in until 9:30am. I did call his supervisor at 9:30 am and file a complaint against him, and he said he would speak to him... the reason I mention this is that if your service department "[redacted]" had done his job the way I would hope he was trained to do (good customer service) Quirk, would have everything that you ask me for now, but [redacted] was not willing to help me so I had to reach out to another [redacted] dealer for assistance.
I am still requesting to be reimbursed in full for all of my out of pocket expenses as previously described. If Quirk refuses I will have no other choice but to file a claim.

response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. I was told to sign checklist before I was shown features of car.  You can't check satalite radio at checkout due to there being no subscription in vehicle so I accepted car in good faith on the word of 2 employees that car had radio.

We did bought the extended warranty also the car was sold to us on October of 2016 in which make it less then six month 4 of them in and my of the shop and now it is proven that it is a hazarred  and if I have the warranty don't mean they sell me a no  safe vehicle because they thought we are week and we can take any thing all do I have to pay for the payment when I don't have a cat? Do I have to pay for the ins when I don't have a car? He lost his work for the same redone we told them the car is not safe since February, my family's saifty is most important thing in the world I have every single paper work Andi have the agreement that mr.quirck signed monitor we can prove where the lying is coming from just as they told GM that he is not the same owner.please all I need is a peace of mind I did not ask for reemprsment of the time that was waisted or the hop the was lost or for the mistreatment from every one because we are Muslim and I were hijab I asked for my right a safe relaiable vehacile.
Regards,
[redacted] And [redacted]

Dealer is not responsible for customer’s lost key.Because the key was mail and certainly at customer’s possession.

We have paid the final payments as agreed.  We have since refunded the inspection sticker fee.  The excess charges are from [redacted] Lease and trust.  Quirk [redacted] paid half of those charges incurred by Ms [redacted].  She has accepted this settlement in good faith and continues even after acceptance.  We have copies of the checks if needed.  We have done more than we were required.  The charges are from a third party company.  If she still has a problem then she needs to address it with them.

At no point in time did I say I wanted a 4WD vehicle.  That was assumed by the sales person. I stated that I wanted the advertised deal and was told the truck sold "a few days ago". When the sales manager called to rectify the issue, I was still requesting a 2WD truck and that's what I was getting. The deal he tried to give me at that point was originally $189 a month and I had to negotiate him down to the original advertised price. I then asked him what the most he would pay for my current vehicle was, and he gave me a price range. My vehicle payoff was within the range he gave me. He then "changed (his) mind" and refused to pay the amount he originally stated he would pay. If he made a mistake that is not my fault and he should honor the price he originally told me he would pay for the vehicle.

[I never mentioned I signed the lease contract on December 30, 2016, I mentioned that I notified the General Manager, [redacted] and  the Sales representative, [redacted] by email on December 30, 2016 not to proceed with the registration and to call  me back so I can talk over the phone. When [redacted] called me on January 3, 2017,  I told him to cancel my lease contract and he was okay with it. He called me few days later to check with me if he can sell the car as somebody was looking for it and I said sure. I was not informed at that time that I cannot cancel my lease contract. I did not receive any correspondence from Quirk Chevrolet since then until I heard from [redacted] about my payments that are due .]

May we please request additional information?1) Name of dealership;2) Year & make of vehicle;3) Approximate date when this happened.Thank you very much,[redacted]

Please note I am declining Quirk Subaru's response for the following reasons:1) Represented themselves as [redacted] participants and in fact they are not.   They never corrected my assumption.  I had called about whether they were [redacted] participants and was given [redacted] as the [redacted] agent.2) There were 2 crosstreks (white) that I was to test drive less than 24 hours before arriving.  When I arrived they were sold and I could not see them.3) [redacted] (e-mail available) said that within the hour he would send me a letter of apology for the GM behavior.  It never took place.  I asked him for the Quirk corporate address he reported he would also send that and he never did.4) I made an appointment with [redacted] to test drive the vehicle.  I was told to come back later , odd in itself, which I did and they still would not make a vehicle available for test driving instead telling me to come on the weekend. This is when [redacted] dismissed me as a customer (which I have been of Subaru for over 25 years).Hence, this leads me to see my interaction with this business as mis-representation ([redacted]) and bait and switch (vehicles are on the lot and then they are gone the next morning) not to mention the volatile and dismissive behavior of [redacted] the GM who denied that there was anyone above him to appeal.

While I appreciate them saying they will remove my number, I have received that same response every time I have contacted them regarding this issue to no avail. Inevitably I receive another automated phone call. I would like assurance that the issue has been resolved after the fact.

I have...

reviewed the response submitted by the business and will contact them for a date to have my vehicle  repaired and if the repair is done correctly it will  satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. It is premature to close the complaint now.  They acknowledged the problem back in October and never took steps to correct it.  I will inform you when the microphone is replaced satisfactorily

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.

Mr. [redacted] visited the dealership on June, 02nd, shopping for 4WD Crew cab Chevrolet [redacted], he stated that he qualifies for GM supplier pricing, he also stated that he has a deal with another dealer that he would like us to try to beat. After presenting a selection of vehicles that fits Mr....

[redacted]’s criteria, he selected stock # [redacted], since it was similar to the one he was comparing to at the other dealer. We proceeded and offered him the GM supplier pricing he qualified for. Mr. [redacted] negotiated the price and negotiated the payment, since he was comparing with the payment he was offered elsewhere. Mr. [redacted] also negotiated the price for additional accessories he wanted to add to the truck, and agreed to include them in the purchase, he also choose to pay $1000 down and finance the remaining balance on 84 month to maintain the lowest payment. After submitting the finance application we returned to Mr. [redacted] with a payment of $445.70 for 84 month, Mr. [redacted] then calculated the monthly payment times the number of months and he wasn’t happy that the total was $37,438.80, while he agreed on a price of $30,700 including his trade and $1000 deposit, salesman acknowledged Mr. [redacted] concern and explained to him that this number includes all fees and finance charges that is not a part of the price.   Mr. [redacted] agreed to make the deal with the given terms, but still walked up to the sales desk to recheck the numbers with the sales manager, who went through the numbers with Mr. [redacted] one more time and assured him that he is buying the car for $30,700 including his trade and $1000 deposit, he also assured him that he will be able to go over the numbers in black and white once the deal printed before he signs anything. Deal was then printed, salesman went with both paper copy and an electronic one, he explained the numbers a third time before he happily signed and left the dealership in order to come back the following week and have the agreed upon accessories installed.   Mr. [redacted] called stating that he just received a bill from the bank with the amount financed of $32,955.94 while he though was financing $30,700, finance manager discussed the numbers with Mr. [redacted] and explained that the sales tax and registration and doc fees are not part of the vehicle price, also explained that the total price for the truck after trade and discount is $31,700, which $30,700 after deducting $1000 deposit he paid. Mr. [redacted] had the chance to review the numbers multiple times, and did sign an electronic copy and a paper copy where the price was broken down on different documents (Purchase and sale agreement, Bank contract, RMV1 form) Vehicle prices never included sales tax or registration fee, and always got covered by the customer. No all inclusive number was never discussed during any time of mr. [redacted] negotiation at the dealership was never a common practice for any dealer to include it in the price of the vehicle.

[redacted] never responded to any of my messages when I personally tried to contact him. To understand what I'm talking about he should've responded when I first tried to contact him months ago. [redacted], the salesman who handled my purchase, told me that quirk would be paying my first month's payment towards my financing. After talking to GM Financial they report that they never received any payment from Quirk. I would like my first month's payment taken care of as promised in the sale.

We had found, as stated in the original complaint, that the repairs that [redacted] recommended for his vehicle were not caused by what had been completed at our repair facility.  We sent to [redacted], as a courtesy, parts that would help facilitate his repairs.  We also recommended a less costly fix for what was found by [redacted] to help the customer.

That is not what happened.  Regardless, the money was refunded a few days ago.

I appreciate their prompt response but I have not received a check in the amount of $35 yet. Also, I have no way of verifying that the balance has been paid off completely, can Quirk [redacted] or [redacted] provide me with a letter indicating that the total balance in the account has been paid off?

Mr. [redacted] freely and voluntarily signed a lease contract on 12/23/2016, not 12/30/2016.  Mr. [redacted] was never informed it would take less than a week for the vehicle to get here.  He was told that it would take about two weeks or so, but we do not know the exact date because we...

do not control **’s transportation process. When Mr. [redacted]’s vehicle arrived on 1/3/2017, he was contacted from Quirk Chevrolet that it arrived. Quirk Chevrolet also paid Mr. [redacted]’s first payment for him to keep him happy with us.

* I have attached a document from the NTSB website regarding 2012 [redacted] Juke and its recalls.  It has had three (3) recalls and none of them had to do with the engine.* I have attached the repair bills.*I have attached the bills for substitute transportation.* I have attached my vehicle service receipts.I was told by [redacted], that neither one of my warranties would be covered due to the prior owner and his/her lack of repair/upkeep.  MY WARRANTIES WERE VOID.* I was also told by [redacted] Corporation Customer Service ([redacted]-case #[redacted])that they would not honor my warranties and repair my vehicle due to the fact that the former owner had voided the warranty.  They did try to find a way without the warrant to help me but eventually there were not able.I had two (2) warranties for this car that I could not use because of a prior owner... this is unacceptable, that I have been lied to.  I am requesting to be made whole and be reimbursed for all of the money I have paid out of pocket because of this matter.
Regards,
