Good afternoon,The response from our local team in her region stated the following in order to resolve the concern...We are ordering the casing and cores and upon them arriving into our warehouse we will be inspecting the frame again to ensure that everything is all set. Our team stated that upon speaking with the customer that they were happy with this resolution. in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The company contacted me one time and as I sent an email to [redacted] @ the Revdex.com, the employee was very rude and snotty.  I requested that someone from corporate contact me.  The items have NOT been received as I have purchased another dresser and chest from another company.  I will NOT pay for items that were never delivered!  I have all textes with Todd S[redacted] that the itms were not, all the way to him trying to switch my furniture.  The company has NOT been truthful for the items were not delievered!  Email sent to the Revdex.com general inquiries mailbox..."I am writing this email because I was contacted by a "Jennifer" at the Raymour & Flanigan Service Center.  I returned her voice message that did not leave a name but a phone number and that her phone call was in regards to my Revdex.com complaint.  The voice message was unprofessional as was the call as I returned the voice message.  I contacted the phone ####-###-#### and advised who I was and that I was returning a person's phone call.  The answerer did not know who may have left the message, therefore as I waited, a "Jennifer" was the individual who got onto the line.  I requested clarification if it as corporate or the store calling me.  She seemed to be apprehensive to answer the questions.  I specifically did NOT want anyone from the store contacting me as I have been given the run around for months and now I have been advised that the store manager who I was dealing with is no longer at the company!   To continue about the phone call, Jennifer was rude, demeaning and showed disregard for the situation at hand.  I advised that I wanted to speak to her manager or someone within corporate.  I am not trusting of any individual that will not provide proper details on the company location calling from as well as not seemed to have read the complaint.  I do not feel that I have to reheasre my complaint a it is very clearly written.  The fact is that I have NOT received 3 items of furniture and am being charged for them.  None of them have been delivered as I have the text from the former manager as well that can be sent to the Revdex.com if needed.  (They will be screenshots directly from the texts)."
As you see, that this has definitely NOT been resolved.

Hello,Per the delivery management,"We inspected the first replacement for the customer the day before delivery as we always do for all of our deliveries.  At some point the arm became loose, whether a manufacture defect or what.  The team arrived at the home to find that the arm was loose...

on this sofa as well.  The team called me and I advised that we would have a brand new sofa out to her at her next earliest convenience.  I offered the customer a Saturday delivery with a morning time frame so as to avoid wasting anymore of her valuable time.  The Mrs. agreed and appreciated the thought.  When the customers husband came home to learn that the sofa was in fact not delivered due to the same issue he called the Buffalo CSC very irate.  In speaking to one of our Customer Care Coordinators he demanded redelivery Thursday 10/6 after 4 PM, which we honored.  At this time he was offered the $100 GC which he was ok with.  On Wednesday the delivery team timed their day for Thursday, I explained to them what had happened to this customer thus far and the delivery team suggested delivering the sofa at 6:30AM so the customer did not have to rush home from work or leave early from work.  We finally got in touch with the customer at approximately 2:00PM on Wednesday and the customer said that 6:30AM would work best.  The team took the sofa to the customer at the agreed time on Thursday and to the best of my knowledge the customer was completely satisfied."Thank you,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12660815, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, [redacted] finance ha's informed me they have not received the refund and until they do they are continuing to charge my account even though I no longer have the sofa. I am waiting for confirmation from both Raymour and [redacted] to confirm the refund has been received and taken care of. [redacted] has no recollection or notation about a refund after speaking with one of their customer service representatives.
