I am rejecting this response because: they did nothing to accommodate me for the inconvenience that I had to go through. They could have least treated us to a night, after having to go through such horrible service. This hotel made my brother go outside, and they also overcharged me. When I called to let him know, he said that he got a different rate, and I had to argue with him about my money! I will never do business with this brand EVER!

I am rejecting this response because:I am out expenses due to your error. Simply crediting back points, doesn't cover those expenses. I also purchased the points, to have enough to book this resort, for $121. The night that we were displaced I had a hotel receipt for $182.04. Not to mention the Thanksgiving meal that we had no way to eat because our condo had a full kitchen and our hotel room had a mini fridge. There is no accurate way to put a figure on that. I do not believe crediting back points is a fair settlement. You need to make this right. I wasted hours & hours of my vacation on the phone with choice trying to sort this out and it was a FULL 24 hours that we were displaced before anyone could figure it out. A fair compensation is to take care of our expenses, while you displaced us at the very LEAST. This will in no way make up for my vacation time with my family that was lost spending time trying to prove that we in fact, had a reservation.

To redeem a Choice Rewards night simply choose that option after you type in your destination.  During the Fall promotion period the FREE night is an 8000 point reward.  You earned 2 or more rewards during that period. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting the response because I do not think it was meant for me.  The response appears to be to somebody named [redacted] for their stay at the Comfort Inn in Whitsett, NC.  My name is [redacted], not [redacted].  I will be staying with my wife, who is also not named [redacted] (nor [redacted]).  Additionally, I am booked to stay at the Comfort Inn in Newport News, VA, not Whitsett, NC.  This stay has not yet occurred, but the response indicates it is for a stay which already happened.  Finally, I have not filed a credit card dispute, so that part of the letter is incorrect as well.
