I ordered from a facebook special, so I really wasn't sure what I was going to get. It's a beautifully made sign that arrived in a good time (just over a week, I think). As it was an facebook ad piece, I bet they had them ready to go. I'm assuming a more custom piece would take longer, but I will definitely order again!

Their product is beautifully crafted and looks gorgeous wherever you place it in your home. They package and ship their product exceptionally well and protected from bending. I ordered item on 10/12/18 and they took my money out of my account that day, but they haven't sent out my item and said they have no idea as to when
When or even if they will mail it out. The customer service rep, Shannon, was rude and said they don't know when it will be delivered. It is not a custom item and was in stock. They only have to pull it and sent it out but they won't do it. My order number is XXXXXX. The have a phony phone number that they don't answer. It is just a number to patronize their customers.

Desired Outcome

I want it to be delivered no later than November 12th.

Thank you for following-up with our company regarding your recent purchase made on October 12th. I'd be more than happy to clarify some information and hopefully ease your concerns moving forward.

Now I do have your correspondences with our company open and would like to note that we never mentioned having 'no idea as to when or even if they will mail it out." I have attached the correspondences between both parties to this response down below as a reference. Furthermore, I do apologize for the misunderstanding, as you stated our representative had been "rude," as this was not our intention, and do apologize if the response was perceived as being rude.

We do ship hundreds and sometimes even thousands of orders each day, and with over 500,000 orders placed with our company, it is extremely difficult to pinpoint an exact date of shipment for anyone's order. With that said, we have been extremely transparent with our customers in stating that our orders average 4-6 weeks from the customer's order date before being shipped/fulfilled. This was also mentioned in the company response to you. Although we cannot guarantee an exact shipping date, we can generally estimate the time-frame by basing that off of the order date.

Even though your item is a "Stock" piece, we typically fulfill orders from oldest to newest, which is why we cannot simply pull the item from the shelf and fulfill your order considering it would delay others' orders that were placed prior to your order.

We understand how frustrating it is, from a consumer's standpoint, to not have an active phone line for customer's. This was also explained to you with reassurance that we handle all support online via email and live-chat in a prompt manner, which did occur as we responded back to your order inquiry on the same day of your email requesting info.

In addition to the large volume of orders, we recently moved into a larger facility that is double the size, and have not yet set-up our phone service. Regardless, for any customer that contacts the business, we generally respond back within a couple days with our response. However, we do intend on providing a call center in the near future.

With lead-times averaging 4-6 weeks, and with your item being a "stock item", I'd likely expect shipment closer to the 4th week, if not sooner. Based on our current production schedule, I would still expect your order to be shipped within the next 7-10 business days (or at-least prior to November 12th.)

Again, please advise that it is not in our best interest nor our intention to ignore our customers or provide false information, and sure do apologize for any confusion, misunderstanding, and frustration this has caused. With that said, we are working several hours a day in order to fulfill as many orders as possible, and look forward to a quick shipment on your order.

My original order came with one piece missing! When I contacted them they were so wonderful and sent the second piece immediately!!

They are definitely a great customer oriented business and being vets is awesome they so care for us and our country!!

I love the products I have gotten from Redline Steel! Their customer service and their stance on customer satisfaction cannot be beat. One item I had ordered had a finish on it that didn't look right to me. I took a picture of it and contacted customer service. They got back to me within 24 hours. They sent me a new item and it was perfect just as the other items I have purchased from them. Made in the USA. Owned and operated by a US veteran. Beautiful products. A-1 customer service. Great interaction with their customers on social media. I'm a fan!

I love Redline steel. We purchased (last yr) the Tree of Life and the Love with the O as a dog paw in black. A beautiful addition to our new house.. I have read many of the comments about Redline Steel regarding shipping issues and negative customer service. I am happy to report that, in my experience, not only was the product shipped ahead of the original estimated date, but that I also received tracking numbers and confirmation emails.

I am very pleased with my experience working with Redline Steel and will be ordering from them again.

I ordered the Dog Love plaque after I made the excruciating decision to do the right thing for my best friend, and let him rest.

The plaque is very well made, and has place of pride above my dogs ashes. It brings comfort each time I see it, as it's almost a reminder from Tucker himself, as to his love for me.

Simple, heartfelt, and of excellent quality. I definitely recommend Redline Steel.
