Placed order on 9/29/2018. It has been 5 weeks and still have not received my order. they charged my card the day I placed my order. And it has been payed for. You can not call them it goes directly to voice mail. You can not e mail them it says they are not in the office. If I can not get my product then I want my money back.

I sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconveniences you encountered throughout your experience thus far, but I'd be more than happy to help clarify some information, as well as, hopefully ease your outstanding concerns and issues you still have.
As a reference, our Office Staff works 9 am - 5 pm (M-F), and is not available on weekends. Therefore, we have an "Automated Message" that responds to any email sent after 5 pm on Fridays. The automated message states that we are out of the office, but that your email would be attended to and handled to the best of our ability once we arrive back in the office on Mondays. However, due to the amount of emails we receive over the weekend, it's possible we aren't able to respond back until that Tuesday because we typically will work from oldest to newest in our email inbox.
With that said, we definitely are always available to contact and all messages are responded to as soon as possible, ensuring each customer is heard from and accommodated.
The Order, which was placed on September 29th for a few of our beautiful designs was indeed shipped on 11/5 and is currently 'Out for Delivery' according to the USPS Tracking. As a reference, I have copied that tracking down below for your records. Although the main goal is to decrease our lead-times and overall length of an order once it's placed, we are still actively advertising 4-6 weeks from the customer's order date until further notice. Given our recent move as a company, we haven't been as productive fulfilling orders as we were prior to the move. However, I can assure you that our new equipment and machines have recently been installed and configured seamlessly from our end, and as a result, we are back to pushing as many orders as possible each day.
Moving forward, I would like to encourage you to reach out to our Support Dept. moving forward, as I noticed there had not been any prior correspondences via our support email.
With that said, I apologize on behalf of the company for any frustrations or confusion that has occurred and affected your overall experience, however, we look forward to a quick and efficient delivery. From the moment I placed my order until the day I received it, there was always someone available to answer any questions I had. Tracking the package was easy. But the best part of my transaction was the product itself. I found it to be absolutely beautiful, well made, and I'm proud to have it outside our porch door.
