Wrong product delivered
On September 19th I received my package but upon opening I noticed that 1 of the 3 items I ordered wasn't what I requested. I emailed customer service who apologized and said they would get the right item made and sent to me but because it was a custom piece it would take 4-6 weeks. I asked them if they would like for me to return the wrong piece and they said no to keep it.
After 6 weeks I emailed asking about the status of my order and *** said that it was in production but should be going out soon. Each week I checked the status and kept getting told the same thing accept once I was told that they had recently moved but would get my order out real soon. Another week went by and still nothing. This time *** tells me again it's in production but she would bring this to her supervisor attention.
Now when I email I get no responses. I commented on FB to one of the postings and I received an instant msg that my "original" order was shipped. When I told them the above they provided me "***'s" email and was told he would be able to assist me. Well *** isn't responding to my emails either.
I just want the piece I ordered and paid for which was the Fancy Monogram in a "C" for ***.

Desired Outcome

The item I ordered and didn't receive which is the Fancy Monogram-C (***)

On behalf of the entire staff here at Redline, we do apologize for the frustrating experience you encountered with our business. Now, I would like to clarify that we did receive your several emails, and were able to respond to each email within 24-48 business hours, including the email stating that the piece was completed, which was listed on 11/30. Now, officially, the remake was re-shipped on 12/1, and you were also sent the updated Tracking Information.

I do apologize for the production length for that remake monogram, as I can agree that your monogram should've been prioritized much higher given the importance. But, I would like to stress that our Customer Service team provided you with as much information as they possibly could on each and all of the correspondences we had with you. With that said, the remake was shipped on 12/1 and delivered successful on 12/11. I appreciate your response and am thrilled to see that the remake was received successfully :)!

We have not received our order, #XXXXXX, placed October 11, 2018.
We placed our order for metal monogram signs on October 11, 2018. The order number is XXXXXX. Payment was made through PayPal and was already charged to our credit card. The order is for 213.60. We have tried emailing their support address and it came back undeliverable. We have tried calling and got a message saying because they are so busy they are not taking calls. We have no idea where to turn except to the Revdex.com.

Desired Outcome

We would like them to tell us if and when we will get the order. It is for Christmas presents. If it not coming on time we would want a defund.

We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any miscommunication that ensued when contacting the business. When researching your previous attempts to contact the business, it appears that the first email was sent on Friday, 11/30, requesting an update on your order. Given the amount of emails we've received recently, our response to your request was sent in on Tuesday, December 4th, stating that your order was shipped on that day, December 4th. You were also sent a Shipping Confirmation Email on the 4th which included your tracking information.

We understand how frustrating it can be when you're unable to receive any information regarding the order, and apologize for the slight delay in our response.

For future reference, please note that our support email is ***@redlinesteel.com, and all messages sent to this address will be received successfully. Once again, we apologize for the slight delay in response, but were thrilled to see that the order was shipped on 12/4 and delivered on 12/10.

We did finally receive our order. The only recommendation I would make to Redline Steel would be that they not shut their phones and online support down so that people can get in touch with them when they need help.

This was a gift for my parents. They absolutely love it! Hangs above garage door. Very high quality. Would recommend to anyone.

This company is wonderful. I have ordered many products from them with perfectly made product results, every time.
One order I recently received was damaged due to the postman folding the package to make it fit in my mailbox. I contacted Redline Steel and they were quick to offer a replacement, at no charge.
I don't know how other companies can compete when such excellent customer service is available from Redline Steel.
As long as I am able I will support this amazing company.

Arrived in the specified time frame, well packaged and absolutely beautiful. I plan to order an eagle after Christmas and I highly recommend the company and their products that I have ordered. I might add they gave an immediate response when I emailed support with a question. Off all the metal companies I could choose from I recommend and will continue to use Redline Steel.

Totally in love with redline products. I love the candles they make as well as their steel products. received a paw keychain (completely free) a few months ago to try out redline steel and I will always order my decor and candles from Colin. Love the fact that this company is run by Veterans ~ I bought my 1st item as a gift and when I saw the Heart with the Cross inside I had to have it for myself and it looks GREAT on my wall...
