I so love the work Redline Steel, LLC. did on the God is good art that I ordered, It was package correctly, and got here in a timely manner. My sister will love it as well for it is her Birthday gift. I have my eye on another piece. Can't wait to order it. This one will be mine. I would have to say, As far as Redline Steel, LLC. goes in my book, I would recommend their artwork to anyone. I Absolutely love their art and would love to have so much more of it.

I ordered 4 items from Redline Steel approximately a year ago and received the items in approximately 3 weeks and was satisfied with the products received. I ordered 2 items on 9/19/2018 (order #468330). The website states: "All Orders can take upwards of 4-6 weeks from the customer's order date (if not sooner) depending on several factors such as the design time, fabrication processing, and various internal resources that are necessary for these specific items." It has now been 8 weeks. Since 11/10/2018, I have left messages on their live chat, emailed them and called the 800 number and have not gotten a response. This is unacceptable customer service. I would like to know the status of my order.
We have been in communication with you as it relates to your purchase and apologize for any communication difficulties that you may have encountered along the way. However, we have responded to each of your messages within 24 hrs thus far. Although we apologize for any delay in fulfilling your order, I would like to confirm that your order has been fulfilled and has shipped. Again, we apologize for any confusion, frustration, or inconveniences you may have experienced, but please double-check your Spam/Junk folder in case you are having issues receiving our emails. Thanks!
At the time when I submitted the Revdex.com complaint, I had not heard from Redline Steel regarding my order. Minutes after I submitted the grievance, there was an email response to my email with an update on my order and acknowledged the lack of response and delay in processing orders due to a recent company move. I did receive the items ordered 3 days after the email interactions. My grievance is their website stated 4-6 weeks turnaround (and it turned out to be 8.5 weeks). I would have like to have been informed up front when ordering that there may be an additional delay in receiving the order due to the move. It wouldn't have stopped me from ordering, but it would have been good to know. Also, if there is a live chat and an 800 number, there should be customer service reps to man these modes of communication during business hours. I never got a response with the live chat when it was "live" and the 800 number said it couldn't take calls due to "heavy call volume" and there was no way to leave a message. They did respond in less than 24 hours when I emailed them (which I appreciate). I am happy with the products ordered and the outcome and I appreciate their gracious responses in email. Thank you to both Redline Steel and Revdex.com for your acknowledgement and time.

It took a few weeks to arrive, but well worth the wait. It is a Christmas gift. It is extremely well done.
And the best part is it's MADE IN THE USA...I recommend this company if you are looking for great product. Whether for yourself or as a gift.
